Other than another pack of Conspiracy, what pack was added to the draft you participated in? What cards were played and actually relevant?
In the first draft I was in, the person who opened a Lorebroker added a Dragonsmaze pack. I am pretty sure he did it just to troll the table. Although there were a few very relevant cards that got played. The person to his left played r/g and drafted Armed/Dangerous, the person to his left played b/w and got the rare from the pack, Teysa Envoy of Ghosts. I played u/r splashing a black card and a green card, and picked Blast of Genius with my first pick from the pack and then a Golgari Cluestone with my second pick.
During the game, the r/g guy tried to alpha strike the guy who added the Dragonsmaze pack with Armed/Dangerous entwined, but someone else cast Respite to save him. Then sometime later, I used the Blast of Genius to kill Teysa.
M14, which was profoundly disappointing a choice. Add some useful cards, for certain, but overall was meh.
Modern Masters, which added some power removal. I think I got the Path to Exile out of the pack to add to my StPs.
Last night I added Alara Reborn, as I had no experience with the set and figured it'd be fun(Also knew nothing about the set, which was a point in its favor). Unfortunately, the cards I took ended up being in colors that were heavily drafted in the Pod, so they were useless to me.
Dragon's Maze. Everyone got a little something out of that one.
The U/R player got an Izzet Cluestone
The Bant player got Trostani's Summoner (which won him the game as Trostani's Summoner did in DGR draft).
The W/U fliers (me) got Ascended Lawmage.
Everyone else I'm unsure of.
Unhinged. The guy who opened it first-picked a foil swamp and passed me the only card that ended up being relevant, a Enter the Dungeon. I got another lore seeker in pack 3 and first picked a normal mountain.
One player assumed no one else had boosters to add to the draft, so he took Lore Broker and added his last unopened Journey to Nyx prize pack. He pulled a foil Ajani out of that pack, clearly rewarded for his generosity. The other rare from the pack, Setessan Tactics, blew me out of the water when I declared war on the player who drafted it by attacking into him with my Fireshrieker'd Grenzo. Fortunately, that player's board got wiped when the guy I saved from decking (with my Reito Lantern) reeled off a Volcanic Fallout after all the fighting was over.

This just made my night. That is absolutely fantastic. Always loved Enter the Dungeon. One time, I was playing against my friend who had put double Farewell to Arms on me and then cast Enter the Dungeon. I had to use my mouth to transfer my deck under the table and it was freaking hilarious. I would assume the dungeon battles during Conspiracy must have been about equally hilarious.
I have a friend who bought a pack of Homelands when Conspiracy came out, just to have something to disappoint everyone with in case he opened Lore Seeker.
The one time I drafted with someone who opened a Lore Seeker, they added a pack of Theros, which was useful, yet unexciting :/

It was really interesting, to be honest.
