I just discovered that actually and was coming back to correct myself. That actually makes it easier for me. Going with the honor path... white promo lol
I looked though all of the commons/uncommons, and I think Green and Blue are the most consistently strong. However, depending on your luck, I think black has the most power cards that need to be dealt with. If you are lucky and get a few Grey Merchants and or a solid Black Creature or two, black is going to be hard to deal with.
As far as the promo's go, I think Blue and Black have the best "power" cards, but White has the most consistent because of its cost.
I voted green, assuming the promo pack would be all one color. Now, I am debating again. I think I might go black, just because the demon is a 6/6 flier who spawns at least 2 extra dudes.

No idea because my favorite decks keep getting banned or having the rules changed against them
So what is the special pack composed by? Random cards with no relation with the color you choose? If so, it is just a pack as any other, not special at all.
Here's a video that shows the seeded pack around 1:15 in the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Ub1VGHI5WXI#t=1m20s
It seems to be 7 of your color choice and 8 off color. It also has your promo so 16 cards total. Looking at the rarities it seems that your on color cards are 5 common and 1-2 uncommon (can't make out the last rarity to well). This seems to idicate that the rare in your seeded pack can be of any color.
So, as ever, I'm tempted to play green in sealed because it has the biggest threats at common along with the added chance for fixing. With opponents less-likely to have removal, I'll jump at a chance to have a better board state than them. Green's creatures seem to have a consistent quality about them on the board where other colors have do-nothing slots.
I'd be looking for blue to be my second color for its Welkin Tern and Wind Drake and splash 1-2 removal spells from another color, preferably red given the blue 2/3.

I wonder if the off color cards are random or if they thought they might help your main color in some way.

the seeded packs are supposed to correlate w/ your hero's path so if you choose white (the path of honor) i still expect your off color cards to relate to the theme of honor......maybe....
at very least i expect some cards to show up in some color seeded packs while being absent from others
The specialized booster is just a booster of cards from the color you pick. So the Blue pack has all Blue cards.
There's still a lot of chance no matter what you pick but I'd look at the Uncommons and Commons of each color to see what limited goodies you'd most like to pick up if you want to be competitive or the Mono-Colored Rare's and Mythics you'd like to have a slightly better chance of pulling if you just want to leave with a few new tools.
No, we know explicitly that that's exactly what the the Blue pack isn't. There will be (at least?) 7 blue cards in the blue pack, but we know for sure it isn't all blue.
Wit's End is the PERFECT answer to your opponent's Monomania however.
Just hold on to your Wit's End when they Monomania, so you can Wit's End them on your next turn!!!
I think this is fairly reminiscent of the "Jace Battles" we have seen in past standards.. My guess is we will soon witness the great Monomania-Wit's End battles.

thanks for the clarification mod
Did you already say what you would be playing?
Thanks you very much DarkNightCavalier for the Sig.
Do you have a source for this?
