I'm getting back into constructed Magic and I'm trying to determine if it's worth shelling out the cash/trades to put together a Legacy deck. I understand it's not the most popular format, but even if I can get in one event per month I'd be more than happy. So, just wondering if anyone knows of some one-of or even recurring Legacy events in the midwest.
Where are you located? There's a couple stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area that host events fairly frequently, and Madison has a decent legacy crew.
Madison does, really? I live in Madison, and I never seen any Legacy events at any of the local stores--only Standard.
MoxMania has two Legacy events a week for small buy-ins ($5) and really good prize support (2-2 gets two packs or $4.50 in store credit i.e. nearly break even). Madison is one of the more lively Legacy scenes compared to other places I've lived. I'm actually missing it quite a bit.
I know that in the Southeast Missouri area there is a shop in Poplar Bluff that has some legacy. Though in the SEMO area...magic is kinda weak compared to other areas in the state as I have heard.
The Mana Vault in Fond du Lac WI has a weekly Legacy event 30 proxy for $6 every wed starting at 6pm cst and then every month or every other month they hold a large event 25 proxie for $25. all money goes into the pool

Idea was found looking into the past useing the time turner to go to egypt. After study have made improvments to device and are ready for testing. Waiting for Slaker to come back to throw him through it. I hope he turns out better then the elf i captured.
