Canadian Thresh is a RUG control-ish deck that aims to control the early game before bringing in goyf to end it. Although it used to focus mainly on threshold, this emphisis has shifted in the past years. Red gives this deck significant reach, especially in the form of Grim Lavamancer and Fire//Ice. Fire//Ice especially is a powerful and versatile tempo card.
Canadian resembles Team America, but trades the hand-disruption of black for additional reach and usually is more resilient. Canadian mirrors are very facinating matches to watch.
1) You spelled "Threshold" wrong.
2) I believe you're supposed to have mod permission to make a new thread in this forum.
3) There is already a thread for threshold here -> http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=205907
4) You spelled "Umezawa's" wrong.
Warning for backseat modding. Next time, just report the post, thanks.
An ability exists on the stack independently of its source. Removal of the source after that time won't affect the ability. Some abilities cause a source to do something rather than the ability. Any activated or triggered ability that references information about the source checks that information when the ability is put onto the stack. Otherwise, it will check that information when it resolves. If the source is no longer in the zone it's expected to be in, its last known information is used.
