Here's a deck I've worked on for quite some time now. It basically revolves around the cards Armageddon and Land Equilibrium to achieve a hard lock on your opponent. Propaganda, Ghostly Prison and Aura of Silence, all insure that your opponent will basically not be able to do anything, during the whole course of the game, when this combo gets online. I've originally posted UWG versions of the deck on various websites, but have come to the conclusion that green shouldn't be necessary, so I totally cut that color. I initially used green for Birds of Paradise, Land Grant and Wall of Roots, but I found that running Mox Diamond/Chrome Mox and sticking to two colors opposed to three, performed more efficiently. Here's the list followed by a brief 'rant' about the deck.
The entire deck revolves around Armageddon effects throughout the game. Every single card has synergy with any Armageddon effect. Chrome Mox/Mox Diamond produce needed mana after a Geddon and even after laying down a Land Equilibrium. Propaganda/Ghostly Prison effects make it virtually impossible for my opponent to attack. And Supression Field stops Belcher, Divining Top, Deed, Welder, Ronom Unicorn and it's kin, Mogg Fanatic and a million other things, Aura of Silence stops a billion threats, especially Belcher as well as opposing moxen and numerous things that people essentially run Disenchant for. I chose Iron Maiden as the kill card. I intially ran Ebony Owl Netsuke but found that Iron Maiden would be dealing more overall damage during the course of the entire game. I tested Misers' Cage for a long time and it was great, but I felt that Iron Maiden might be the most optimal choice. Hunted Phantasm is used as an additional kill method, and the beauty of this card is that the tokens it produces usually can't attack with a Prop effect and no lands on the board, making this beast pretty one sided. The evasion helps as well, making sure I can attack successfully with a creature, something that can't initially be done with just a huge beater and a couple Propagandas in play. I chose the best blue spell in the format, of course, as card manipulation with Brainstorm, yet I also chose to include Impulse, a spell which should be considered a compliment to Brainstorm but not as powerful, yet gets the job done. I run stuff like Force of Will and Daze in the same manner. Daze helps me stop early stuff, but I've been considering Force Spike in this slot as well. When I play this deck, I usually never play land once I get a Land Equlibrium in play and resolved a Geddon. Reason being, I can generally wait till I draw artifact mana while my opponent sits there hopelessly awaiting his doom. I never want to break the lock unless I absolutely need to play something that's essential for me to play, in order to win the game. And that's usually only one land.
{I would also like to note that the latest errata on Land Equilibrium makes the card much more powerful. Initially you could play a land, tap it, before having to sac it, making Burn a bad matchup. Now, it's a replacement effect, and you actually need a land in order to play another.}
Well, that about wraps it up. Let me know your thoughts on the deck and if it can be improved upon. Thanks ahead of time. Let the discussion commence, if you will.
Isn't this supposed to have City of Traitors in it?
I think 7 Armageddon is a bit too many... and Impulse doesn't seem very useful.
I'd go -1 Maiden +1 Phantasm, and mainboard Supression Field, if only just so that you don't auto lose to Aether Vial, but more importantly because it's useful.
Go down to 6-7 Propagandas, you don't need 8. The rest could be Oblivion Rings.

Celebrating 3 years of open-minded acceptance, indispensable help, great advice, and incalculably-creative deck-design... Thanks for all the magic!
While netdecking and testing VileHorror i thought about Biorhythm. Sure its really expensive, off-color and crappy but still you're always the one with creatures while playing VH. That made me think.
But, I would agree with cutting some propaganda effects.
Question: Where do you plan on getting 3 Ravages of War? I mean really, you need to plan some sort of armed robbery, or sell some kidneys to get those.

I know someone that has a playset but I'm not sure if he's willing to part with them. Doesn't Ebay occasionally have them? If it ever reaches the point where I have no access to them, I could always run Mystical Tutor in it's place to search for Armageddon. Yet another card that pitches to FoW.
I regret not picking them up when they were $40 a peice like six months ago.
@Isamaru - City of Traitors seems good. If I included Cities I'd probably have to go with Fact or Fiction, Compulsive Research or something similiar over Impulse.
P.S. - @Isamaru - How many City of Traitors would you run?
Flagstones are bad becuase I never want to have extra land in play, having a land after an Armageddon is not the goal (read Land Equilibrium). Same goes for Academy Ruins. The only reason I think that City of Traitors is a good idea is becuase it helps me achieve the lock quicker, regardless of me losing the land after a Geddon. Why on earth would I run Crucible? Again, read Land Equilibrium and the overall strategy of the deck. Trinisphere also doesn't play nice with my Dazes and FoW's, and why would I even need the card after achieving a complete lock? They won't be able to cast spells regardless. I've also already mentioned both Mystical Tutor and Fact or Fiction and stated my opinions on both cards. I do agree that they warrant inclusion within the deck and that's something I've already stated.
EDIT: Oops, I just realized this wasn't the most up to date version of UW Geddon Equilibrium that I had. My most recent list wasn't even printed off MWS, I was using an old print out. I'll post the most recent list as soon as I can. My latest version apparently runs Pendrell Mists.
I dunno, running 6 Geddon affects has always seemed to work best for me in Mono-White Stax. It just ensures I always have one of them 4th turn. Also I understand your mana base is tight, but, no Wasteland? Really?

5th is just a guy snapping his fingers. Maybe Nicol Bolas can get mana that way, but I can't.

My bad, for some reason, the whole time I was thinking Land Equillibrium was Limited Resources. I can certainly see how several of my suggestions seem out of place or useless. I should get some sleep x.x

Something of an explanation please? Is killing/forcing them to tap out to save their creatures better than making them pay mana to attack?
Well...maybe. It's to keep them from potentially playing removal, isn't it?
Yes, Pendrell Mists is to ensure that, if I ever have the combo removed from play, I've already Wrathed the whole board. I only run two, so it's not a significant part of the deck. I usually play it after a lock to clear the board, to ensure that troublesome creatures are permanently dealt with.

Yes, my current list runs six. Why would I run Wasteland? Seems pretty useless and counterinituitive.

City of Traitors
Ancient Tomb
Flagstones of Trokair
Academy Ruins (just one)
Crucible of Worlds
Trinisphere
Enlightened Tutor
Mystical Tutor
Aura of Silence -at least one maindecked, fetchable with Enlightened Tutor- vs. enemy Crucible of Worlds, etc.
Impulse needs to go. I definitely suggest Fact or Fiction in its stead.
