With the passing of Top Miracles, the format has opened up considerably, and I have seen some people have success with UB Standstill. However, I don't see a thread for it anywhere. The decks seems well-positioned, with a variety of removal, counter, and hand destruction. Anyone else running it out there?
I am testing the 1-of Cryptic Serpent over a Tombstalker or another Jace or another piece of hate because it is a fine clock, generally only costs UU by turn 3-4, doesn't deplete your Snapcaster Mage targets, and can be pitched for FoW.
Only 2 Thoughtseize instead of 3 in order to bulk up removal and counter a bit (I could also drop Cryptic Serpent, the deck doesn't need a beater.) 1 Spellbomb in place of a 3rd Surgical.
Hoping to get some players who know this deck and can add quality knowledge on when Standstill is cast, when it comes out, etc., as well as general lines of play and matches. I am new to the deck, so I lay no claim to any particular skill with it, but I have played counter control decks since I started in 2010, so will claim some affinity for it.

Ensnaring Bridge, well, for the obvious.
