Strong Candidates Trophy Mage + Swords - the only card I would consider cutting for this is Hero of Bladehold Riders of Gavony - vs tribal most commonly Eldrazi, can't be tutored with Recruiter though which would usually make me discount it as a sideboard creature, but because I foresee Eldrazi and D&T being the hardest matchups for this deck - I haven't played them yet - this bad boy could completely turn the game in our favor, at least vs. Eldrazi. Spirit of the Labyrinth - at least of these in every D&T deck, because it hoses so many decks. I think I need to figure out how to put this guy in, unfortunately he's not great with Palace Jailer, but I don't see that being a huge issue.
Other Possible Inclusions: Rayne, Academy Chancellor - nice vs Discard spells and removal and Recruitable Venser, the Sojourner - is actually great at dealing with creature decks, and amazing with Jailer and Thalia's Lieutenant and decent with Meddling Mage and Revoker. Costs 1 more with Thalia but 2 less with Grand Arbiter. Paves the way for Alpha Strikes, and can make a blocker. He does a lot! Biggest downside is not being a human creature so he might just not be worth it with the manabase, especially since I see him being the best vs Eldrazi and they run Wastelands. Brass Herald - the Goblin Ringleader or Enlistment Officer for every tribe, probably too pricey though, would definitely only see single copy in a deck if it makes an appearance at all. Stoneforge Mystic - I'm mentioning this here because although it may seem like a great deck for SFM, and I would include her without hesitation if I could get away with it, but she would have a problem with the mana base. Not being a Human would mean I wouldn't be able to cast her quite often early and that's a problem. I haven't had issues with the mana base so far (anymore than any other Stompy deck), and have played enough matches to prove that it's just fine, but she would be way too clunky I think. Standard Bearer - this card seems absolutely bananas, mostly vs Infect. Watch Infect try to pump their creatures. Mother of Runes try to give something Protection. Flickerwisp try to Flicker something. It also saves a target from being destroyed. So it's not good enough to include I suppose but it's a really sweet card. PLus the chick is hot and I want to smash that.
/ Matchups:
First Game reports 2/6/17
R/B Reanimator 2-0:- He could have got the quick win but didn't find a reanimation spell before I drop some hate, and this deck has tons of hate game 1. Post-board is much harder for opponent, my whole deck is a problem for them.
BUG 2-0: I played this twice, I can't remember the score, I beat both of the BUG variants one of them 2-0
Miracles 1-0: I won game 1 and opponent ragequit.
Elves: Opponent misplayed game 1 but maybe could have won if he didn't, I bring in more hate and if I'm on the play it's very hard for them.
Smallpox Deck: I lost 2-0 to some smallpox deck that I think had great draws.
Infect: Lost first match 2-0 second lost 1-2 but I mulled to 4 on 3rd game and didn't draw land for two turns, and it was still not a blowout. This match depends on who is drawing the right spells. Everytime I cast Holy Light for the win he had a Force for it.
Turbo Land: first game he outraces me and wins with 3 life, second game I get Thalia 1.0 turn 1, into Arbiter turn 2, into Thalia 2.0 turn 3, into Orb turn 4 and he scoops. Third game he just got the nuts, and even though I think I had a turn 2 or 3 Arbiter after Thalia again he responded with dropping Marit Lage while Arbiter was on the stack. 1-2

This "monarch" thing...that's legal in legacy? That's somehow not limited to some fringe format like conspiracy? And this "Winter Orb" thing...you don't have anything in your deck that only costs 1 mana...
