This build is similar to the most current and best Sea Stompy (click to view), build that I've seen.
So in this deck the combo is between the interaction from Sword of Light and Shadow and the Grandeur ability. I play a Linessa, Zephyr Mage discard another Linessa putting my opponent behind. I equip a Sword on an evasive creatures and then every turn I can return a Linessa to hand and discard it. Alternately, if I manage to ultimate Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, I can just reuse the grandeur ability infinitely at any time. I have Intuition to search for combo pieces or it can also get 3 Force of Will if I need to counter something. Vedalken Æthermage can fetch for another Linessa or a Trinket Mage. He can also be recurred with the Sword to fetch again. Misthollow Griffin is an evasive creature that is great with Force and Chrome Mox, and is included in the current version of Sea Stompy. Trinket mage is also a cornerstone of Blue Stompy decks as it can fetch Seat of the Synod, Chalice of the Void, or Mox Diamond. I would love some help brewing a deck that abuses the extremely powerful Grandeur abilities of these two ladies. Oriss, Samite Guardian's is arguably stronger, but I can't imagine it would work in a stompy build. This deck isn't competitive.... yet, although I have beat top tier decks :), but it's the best list I've come up with so far. I took a game off Deathblade game 1and the opponent tilted, raged and quit. Typical Legacy player, eh? I just beat a Thopter Foundry Wizards tribal deck. I've only tested it a few times, and it's a blast.
At the moment, it feels easier to assemble some combo pieces in blue because we have Intuition. The best card for this deck would be Endbringer's Revel, but I can't seem to fit it in, maybe because I'm only using a Stompy shell and it's black, but with high CC cards I can only imagine a Stompy build would work.
Additional Notes:
Sword of Light and Shadow is actually very good on it's own, it protects from most of the best removal in the format, Swords to Plowshares and Dismember. I have Sword of Fire and Ice from the blue and red matchup and Lightning Bolts.
With Oriss, it's similar to some decks that were trying to abuse Isochron Scepter and Orim's Chant. I wonder if there is a deck out there for this combo.
UPDATE:
So I just played two matches vs Eldrazi and won both! First match went 2-0 then 2-1. Sided out Chalice for Back to Basics and a Pithing Needle to name Wasteland. Wasteland is the bane of Stompy decks. I would even run two Pithing Needle in this deck because Eldrazi is so popular and a Wasteland can be very lethal. That's 5 sources with 3 Tinker Mages. There was only 1 game in which I got the loop off with Linessa and Sword and the game ended with them having 0 permanents on the battlefield!! I had to troll him after that one. "I said this was supposed to be competitive why did you bring that ***** deck to the table." Even if I don't get the loop off I can win with tempo play by activating Linessa.
LEGACY: Soldier Stompy WW // Blue Stompy UU // Fit Variants BGRW // Sol Land Brews BGRUWC MODERN: Pure Pili-ness GU // Red Devotion RR // Green Devotion Variants GRWUG // U/G Emerge CGU // Lots and Lots of Brews BGRUWC
Hmm interesting, seem great. Green also has Genesis, which is one of the better cards for dick. Again, Stompy decks already have tight mana bases and are weak to Wasteland, so including dual lands to splash green seems suicidal.

There's also Tortured Existence for a non-Stompy build, which could be paired with something like Squee, Goblin Nabob
