This deck has been overperforming for me, while it is only cockatrice I have played over 15 games and only lost to MUD. ( CHALICE! ) Of course that is only by 2/3 games, I have lost a few g1 where they left. But my winrate is well over 75%+
I have tried several versions of this deck but not enough. One with Counter/Top, Jace and Miracles. But I realized U/W miracles does that better.
I have been thinking of lots of cards like Spellstutter Sprite and Vendillion Clique . I have tested V clique but snap is more useful IMO. I was also running 2 Umezawa's Jitte first but one can do for now. And DIG > Cruise has been an idea but 2 Mana is a lot.
The 17 lands is not a problem you have 8 cantrips that dig 3 cards.
Probe has been suggested by my friends but 8 fetches is alot of life loss already, and I don't want to cut anything
Thoughts? Pretty cheap to easy to make for around 600-700$ and most players own a playset of Forces and fetches which makes this deck much cheaper.
Considering taking MBT out because stifle is super good against storm, but they do have a lot of hand disruption.
EDIT : Daze is very good. But I like alot of my 2/3 Drops. Spell Snare/Pierce are filling in for it. But I haven't tested it yet.

[spoiler=Matches]Beat U/W/R Miracles 2-0. G2 was very close and he almost stabilized at 1 life but could not find a 3rd Terminus. Stifle Proved useful g1 to stop a terminus, he tried to counter it but I snap'd it back.[/spoiler]

Was talking so someone on cockatrice and he told me that Chasm Skulkerwould be good if you want to make the deck alot faster but jankier, seems good in a budget build in which you can't afford TNN, but TNN does different things which is that he is very hard to kill and other combat related things, still this can become 10+ very fast. Illusory Angel hard to see running this over clique but in a creature centric with Ancient Tomb and City of Traitors and lots of creatures I can see it
