Here is my current take on the Ascendancy combo. It is very different then the versions that have been posted previously. Currently working on a sideboard. The deck can go off on turn 1, but is very consistent in the turns 2/3.
I think that Bloom Tender needs to be looked at here, it enables you to ramp into chaining your spells more easily, and also allowing you to have extra mana to use on Treasure Cruise or Dig Through Time if you don't have any other spells to be using at any point
Getting the cards for this deck this week. Already own the Pyromancers for UR Delver but quite honestly, don't understand their purpose in this deck. While going off, without being able to give the tokens haste, all they're good for is chump blocking the next turn should you be unable to go off the turn prior.
It provides you with a secondary plan and a way to add pressure should you not be able to go off. You chain a couple cantrips together and now you have a large board presence that can be used to delay until you get the opportunity to go off, or a route to beat down with.
Now that Treasure Cruise is gone, is this deck dead or can we still play it substituting Ponder? Hate to have to scrap it after just getting the cards for it.

Dig Through Time should do enough of Cruise's job, IMO, although getting enough mana for it is a bit trickier.
