I know most the deck is incomplete or has cards not worth being put in. That is only because I am still deciding on what I want to get any advice for changes or cards to add would be appreciated.
Well, not to be mean, but I strongly suggest you reconsider Mill as a viable win condition in legacy. Lots of decks actually Benefit from being milled. Plus, counting on resolving cards with mana costs more than about four is usually a losing proposition in legacy.
You might want to check out the casual section though. You'll probably get better advice there. This strategy really isn't going to work well in Legacy, I'm afraid.
That said, Mill decks certainly can be fun. Here's what I can think of off the top of my head.
c]Teramorphic Expanse[/c] can be additional cheap fetch lands for Hedron Crab. Animate Dead would be pretty great for stealing your opponents creatures from the grave. And they're pretty cheap last I checked.
