I'm thinking about substitute the counterspells to 4x Daze and 4x Force Spike to counter early graveyard hate cards and maybe some early threat.
Sometimes this deck is a bit slow, specially when I need to cast Buried Alive, I need three turns at least to cast it. Entomb would solve this problem, but it's not for a budget deck.
Because you can't run Entomb, I think you need to take some ideas from mono black reanimator. Namely, Putrid Imp and Oona's Prowler. They allow a simple, fast easy way to get fatties into the graveyard.
also, I think you need to get rid of brainstorm. Really, the card is only good when you have fetch lands to shuffle bad cards away. Instead, I would play Preordain.
I would only consider Daze if you played Watery Grave, and I would not play Force Spike. Instead of playing so much counter magic, I would include some discard, like Duress.
If you don't mind trying, I would suggest just looking at this mono black reanimator list. It can be super fast, and is a lot of fun to play.
Have you considered Dark Ritual? It could solve your problem with waiting three turns, and I'm fairly sure it's a staple in Reanimator already.
Its only a staple in mono black reanimator. Either way though, yes its a good card, espeically for budget players. It is also one of the reasons I suggested mono black reanimator.

I can try to use 4x Putrid, Preordain (in the brainstorm's place) 4x cheap dual lands. Is it better or just try to convert my deck to monoblack and invest in some Lotus Petals and make my deck like this one you sent on URL? What do you think?
I think the mainstay strength of reanimator in any version is Entomb. Your primary concern should be obtaining this card. Because you dont have it, and you dont have money for force of will, or the duel lands for daze, I would suggest you try out mono black. Everything that blue gives you is something you dont have the money for. Rather than sacrifice the strengths that adding a color gives you, I think it would be best to replace them. Mono black renaimator is not as consistent as U/B (non budget) but it makes up for this with its speed. Until you can afford the fetches for brainstorm and the force of will for protection I think mono black would be best. At the very least you have discard for protection, you dont have to worry about keeping mana up for your counter magic, and you get to play entomb. You will also solve your speed issue.
At the very least I would ask you to proxy up the mono black list (or a similar list) and see how you like it.

As always, I think you're right. Thank you so much
I was thinking of running foil instead of counterspell for this type of deck. Foil lets you pitch reanimator cards as well as an island. This could be used to stop turn 1 combo decks
I've removed Brainstorm due the lack of fetch lands, got a Show and Tell (trading some oldies). But I still don't have Entomb, it's probably my next upgrade. What else should I do?
First of all, you should be playing 3 or 4 Reanimate. Speed is key with this deck. This is also true for Entomb, but you already said it will be your next upgrade. I'd drop the counterspells and include some discard instead. With just 4 ponders, I'm not sure how often you will be capable of finding your singleton Show and Tell when you need it, so I'd move this to the SB and try to increase the numbers of other combo pieces.
Your creature base needs some work. You should be playing 3 or 4 creatures that draw you cards. Many lists run 4 Griselbrands, but I'd say that the bare minimum should be something like 2 Griselbrand and 1 Jin. You need Elesh Norn, grand Cenobite since it is basically GG versus elves or dredge. Blazing archon is very good in another match ups and I'm reluctant to completely drop it. Another worthy addition is Ashen Rider. I'm not sold right now on Sphinx, the 'don and the wurm. You already run Griselbrand, so the Sphinx is not needed anymore for lifegain purposes. Terastodon is great when your opponent has a bunch of permanents you want to blow up, but the counterpart is that sometimes you'll loose to the elephant tokens. The wurm is bad simply because you want guys that do something before your next combat phase.
I don't have too much trouble with speed because I run 8 mana accelerators, that's why I don't use Reanimate. To drop the Dark Rituals, I think I need to have Entomb, then I can drop the rituals, giving space to 4x Preordain.
I'm using Novablast wurm because I don't have Elesh, it's not comparable to the Elesh, but it works most of times against aggro decks. I'll replace it as soon as my money let me
So I'm replacing the elefant to use Ashen Rider, I've got a copy yesterday from my friend.

I've tested mono black and ub reanimator. Well, everything you said is truth: Mono black is less consistent, you can't use blue cards like Careful Study, Ponder and others. Btw, it's really fast, as you said, that makes this deck very funny, sometimes you can reanimate a creature even in the first turn.
After testing and proxying, I chose the UB version. Counterspells, in my opinion, are more effective than discard and they can cost one mana, like Spell Pierce. Careful Study helps to get combo cards and discarding creatures, so imo, it's better than the Putrid Imp.
I'm testing now to remove Dark Ritual. Use this card in the deck is like a love-hate relationship. Sometimes you can reanimate in the first turn by using it, but if it comes in turn > 4, it's completely useless. I'm testing now to substitute it using Preordain for card advantage and making easier to combo.
I still don't know what budget options I have now to improve my deck, please guys, give me some ideas, cards here in my country are expensive as hell
Using just 16 lands, you can count only with one mana sometimes. Tolarian Windws is not an option imo, you will have to discard good cards to get more cards, maybe lands or cards that you don't want. In my humble opinion, Careful Study is the best card for this role.
4 Gemstone Mine
2 Reflecting Pool
5 Swamp
4 Counterspell
4 Buried Alive
4 Mana Leak
4 Careful Study
4 Ponder
4 Brainstorm
1 Reanimate
4 Animate Dead
4 Exhume
1 Inkwell Leviathan
1 Stormtide Leviathan
1 Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur
1 Sphinx of the Steel Wind
1 Blazing Archon
1 Terastodon
1 Novablast Wurm

Your land base is a little off I think. cards like Darkslick Shores, Drowned Catacomb, and Underground River do not cost very much and could replace Gemstone Mine and Reflecting Pool.

Am I right in my future upgrades? Is there any change I should do right now (especially with cheap cards)?

I think these card would provide you with more card drawing and discarding power than brainstorm and ponder.
