@its0v3r9000 Opposition is pretty sweet tech. The list looks pretty solid to me for the most part. Honestly, I don't think Hour of Need is very good. I just get the feeling that it will lead to you getting blown out by removal. I could be wrong, because the deck could use some more muscle, but I think that Aven Mimeomancer should fill that role fine. Instead I might just use some cheap equipment, like Bonesplitter.
As a side note, I think that the new Spell Queller could slot nicely into the archetype. It counters Abrupt Decay and Supreme Verdict which I know are problems for me. In addition, with a couple of spirits in the list Mausoleum Wanderer could be better than Judge's Familiar in lists that don't care about birds. It isn't quite as easy to cast, but it scales a little bit into the late game, so I think that it is worth it. As was mentioned above, Selfless Spirit could be another potential inclusion.

The spirits are real. I agree that hour of need could backfire, but it could also be used in response to removal.
Thanks for the feedback! I think opposition gets better if we slant more to spirits. And this next set has some juicy ones, and the ones you highlighted deal with a lot of problem cards quite nicely.
My budget league doesn't allow cards too expensive, so I am going to try and live the dream with relic seeker turned into a flyer by Aven mimeomancer =). Greedy, but worth a test in a budget legacy league.
I am on a short break at work right now so I figured I would jump in just briefly with some thoughts.
Many Angry Birds lists, including my own, don't heavily rely on the creature type 'birds' so much as it relies on creatures with the ability 'flying'. I do not think we can ignore Spell Queller and Mausoleum Wanderer as options for this deck. In fact, I am going to go out on a limb and suggest that--on paper--it looks like they are going to be the optimal cards I want to run in Angry Birds. Other than a consideration of Vendillionn Clique over Spell Queller because Clique pairs well with Spellstutters and Cloud of Faeries.
It's a tough call. If you are running the proper fetches and duals, it's easy to support running Mausoleum Wanderer and so in that case, he is almost strictly better than Judge's Familiar. It's crazy, they have been printing a lot of really viable fliers in the last couple years.
I am not sure we can write off Hour of Need. I top 4'd with Angry Birds again in my local meta and I personally felt like Hour of Need did a lot of work for me. In my testing in and out of tournaments, I have seen Hour of Need more as a toolbox card to get me out of messy situations. I can definitely attribute this card to winning me some games I would have otherwise lost. That said, I think we should only consider running 1 or 2 in the deck.
I have used Hour of Need in the worst of situations to remove an opponent's creature that I absolutely could not deal with. I have also cast it in response to removal. It has given me enough of a clock against my opponent to finish games and not give the opponent a chance to turn the game in their favor. Personally I like to utilize it as a combat trick. I'll give an example.
In one game I was facing down Batterskull equipped with Jitte and Sword of Light and Shadow (I think? Can't remember which sword exactly) I blocked with a bird and then cast Hour of Need in response. No damage dealt, no counters added to Jitte and I got a 4/4 Sphinx out of the deal. Riding on the back of that Sphinx, I was able to win that game when I thought I was going to lose. Hour of Need seems more like a get out of trouble card. I'll keep testing it but so far I like it. On the other hand, if we're just looking to damage race our opponent, I think Aven Mimeomancer is better for the mana because it deals 5 damage on its first turn as opposed to four from Hour of Need.

Force of Will is kind of like duct tape. Stick it in a deck and it will fix all your problems.
What would a game of Magic between Harry Potter and Voldemort look like?
Feel like I'm walking into a ghost town with this, but how do you all feel about nimble obstructionist in this deck? does anyone have a new list since the EMN spirits came out? this deck was really cool and its kind of a shame no one posts on here anymore.
I'm not in love with the equipment toolbox, but you're more in tune with what sees play in legacy and what works well.
