What's good draw for green/black...more discard related delver-ish decks? Things that run vengevine and fauna shaman and lotleth troll and stuff like that. I was thinking Jarad's Orders but it's just too inefficient.
First of all, no it isnt, even paying half that would paying a high price.
Second of all, maybe try scrolling up to the Budget Legacy subforum and post your whole decklist there to get some more directed advice about how to improve it.
Also, Sylvan Library is in green and works well with Dark Confidant.
First of all, the foils cost that much and the non-foils are half that. Second of all, if I go to budget legacy I get crappy suggestions that amount to nothing. Just because I'm not paying $70-$200 for a tournament card doesn't mean I won't pay $5-10 for a pretty good card that gets the job done and completes the deck.
How budget? generally $5-20 a card at least for the main ones, but I wouldn't have anything against selling/trading some expensive cards I never use, these are still casual decks. The deck list isn't completed because I can't find anything that brings all the cards together for more late game and/or that has early-mid draw. Lord of Extinction would be fun, but the deck revolves round bringing things out of the graveyard. It's like dredge but based on discarding, not removing graveyard cards from the game or putting cards from your library into the graveyard. So far, the main cards are
Graveborn muse... Skeletal scrying... There are good cards out there but it seems like you don't even have a deck list. You should stick to the budget forum because that is what you are after. It's even worse because you want a casual deck.

Nothing's worse, you're simply purposely neglecting to mention potential good card for really no logical reason whatsoever. I might not want Dark Confidant right now, but it's still good to know about in case I want to trade stuff for a tournament deck some day.
I'd suggest looking at other legacy decks that run lots of black and green and see where they ended up on this problem? The generic answers for getting a specific answer, improving card quality or straight up drawing in those colors are likely to be... Dark Confidant, Green Sun's Zenith, Sylvan Library. Beyond that, you're going to start to get into more niche cards like Skeletal Scrying, or Glimpse of Nature.
I'd try the casual or budget sections if you're looking for something else, I think you might get better answers.

Ummmm if you're trying to build on a budget foils shouldn't even be in the discussion short of the foil in question being worth less than nonfoil like xiahou dun, the one-eyed or something like that. Unless you're implying that you're anti-budget/want to spend as much as possible but I don't think that's the case here.
Night's whisper and sign in blood are fine. Sylvan library as well. Only other cards I can think of have been mentioned already. Green and black are limited in terms of card draw and efficient card draw at that.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."

You can replace the SB Bobs with budget versions (Pain Seer or whatever) if you want. It's just to have a transformational plan B if opponent boards into grave hate. You board out Bloodghast and Buried Alive and board into card advantage and bodies.
Carrion feeder, that's one that was missing from the picture. But, is there anything else i can "cast" from a graveyard regularly in case gravecrawler gets exiled? Cabal Therapy might help as well.

It sounds like this is definitely heading towards the dredgevine modern thread which you should check out.
Deck base is:
6 dredge cards
Vengevine
Bloodghast
Gravecrawler
Lot let troll
Faithless looting
I think you'd like what you find.
Value is good. But Dredgevine isn't supposed to be about value. It's supposed to be about V-8; 2000 pounds of nitro boosted war vegetables. The more velocity, the better.

Not really clear what the question actually is though.

Tiny Leaders Overlord
vengevine
gravecrawler
lotleth troll
Cabal Therapy
Basking Rootwalla
Big Game Hunter
I'd also be open to deathrite shamam combos that still run lotleth troll.

"Cast" no, but Bloodsoaked Champion and Bloodghast are easy to bring back from the GY over and over. You COULD run Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, but Haakon+Nameless Inversion decks always seem good in theory and then end up being a lot worse in practice.
