Reanimator has more tool-box utility, being able to find the best creature for each match. However, that deck is also move vulnerable to graveyard hate. Omnitell, if I understand, has been under-preforming compared to the others. I think Reanimator is the worst match in the format for S&T.
Reanimator is the most efficient since it can put in basically any creature in the format for as little as just one mana via draw discard reanimate or 2 mana rather easily entomb + reanimate or careful study + reanimate. Sneak and show is second because 2U to put in any creature is pretty stupid.
Omnitell isn't a creature based show and tell deck it just draws the entire deck. If it was it would be sneak and show.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
I feel like this isnt even close. Reanimator might be powerful, but its still a meta dependent deck. Sneak and Show is just the most consistently good option. It can win fast or it can go to mid-game, and it isnt hosed by grave-hate.
There is a reason that one of these decks has pretty consistently seen more high level play than the others. The poll doesnt ask "which is your favorite", it asks which is best.
We have statistics for this. I'm pretty sure Reanimator would be putting up much better results if it was actually a better deck than Sneak and Show.
I thought the OP was intentionally vague about the definition of "best," for if this were an empirical question concerned only with tournament results there would be no need for an opinion poll. The answer could be determined according to whatever given window was desired, and would generally indicate Sneak and Show.
I voted for Reanimator because it's the deck I would: a) rather own compared to the others, b) enjoyed tweaking and adjusting when I did play more than the other two, and c) it beats the other two decks listed.
What are the pros and cons of each deck that make them stand out against each other? What would you pick?
This is what the OP is asking. The most productive way to answer is to compare the decks' strengths and weaknesses, and what matches/metas would be better suited to one deck vs the others.

Basically this. Reanimator has had its ups and downs. Mystical tutor ban, jin-gitaxis release, griselbrand release, deathrite shaman release. As long as DRS is a commonly played powerhouse, re-animator struggles. That's not to say that it can't beat DRS decks, just that those decks are mainboarding hate against it, and reanimator doesn't dump a bunch of cards in the yard like dredge does to power through. Because of this its a meta call. You play it when there hasn't been many graveyard based decks in the format recently. In light of this, sneak and show is the most consistently strong deck listed. I honestly have never seen omni-tell played in this area.
Reanimator is better, it just has to deal with stronger hate. It's games 2 and 3 are a lot tougher. So if we account the meta it is probably show and tell. However, the poll just asks which is better.
Reanimator definitely has the most raw power. It just has to fight through another type of hate cards.
If you're meta is short on graveyard hate, or combo heavy than Reanimator is a fantastic choice (Reanimator is slightly faster than Sneak and Show, and basically as fast as Storm but it still gets to play with discard and countermagic so it has a noticeable edge in any combo matchup). In an unknown or large open meta the better choice is probably Sneak and Show because it has less hate to fight through.
Personally I wouldn't really play Omnitell. It's always felt too clunky to me, especially when most of its win conditions are three card combos.
Poll seems to support SneakShow. Reanimator is also quite powerful. But at the end of the day, both can cheat out Griselbees but only one can cheat out Emrakul. Getting access to the 2 best fatties in the game, getting to haste-annihilate boards out of nowhere, and being significantly harder to disrupt are non-negligible advantages.
Reanimator is more efficient on mana, but I'd rather have a deck with resilient options than one that occasionally turn 1s Griselbees but then does nothing other times. There's a pretty funny Top 8 UR SneakShow vs UB Reanimator vid where they are in a disruptive standoff, the Reanimator player is hoping to exploit opponent's Show and Tell to go off, and the SneakShow player actually boarded out SnT for counters and digs into SneakAttack FTwhoops.

I learned that the hard way as well, I used to sideboard Gilded Drake against Sneak and Show then realized, they don't want Reanimator plays potentially dropping a fatty that can stop them also.
Back to the topic at hand. Reanimator has a toolbox based approach on their fatties and Sneak and Show is raw power.

I've seen variants of Mono-U Omnitell that don't use the release the ant's wincon and just bash face with an "hardcast" Emrakrul.
In terms of OP's question:
I'm biased to Reanimator as it's been the strongest performing deck for me. For some reason it doesn't attract as much ire as Sneak and Show.
Though in terms of UWR strategies and wasteland coming back, I would give Omnitell a stab.
