Lol he has to be trolling. RUG and BUG are two delver variants that are really good. And they don't use Young Pyromancer. Plenty of UWR Delver lists don't run Young Pyromancers either. Young Pyro wasn't actually used all that much until recently during Treasure Cruise era. You can argue that maybe people weren't playing him enough, but then again the minute that Cruise got banned, Young Pyro's share of the meta has regressed.
Reprints the one card that people point to when saying that art objectifies women.
Well done Wizards.
Liliana does not objectify women in any way at all. We have gotten to a point in our society that every single picture of a women must be objectifying a women in some negative way......blah blah blah.. That is not the case. (((Sarcasm)))Picture of a girl drinking a milk shake, must be sex related and putting women down, picture of girl sitting on a beach, picture of a girl driving a car, picture of a girl on the moon at a new space station.)))
You have a picture of an attractive strong power women who girls dress up as for anime conventions. What more do you want? The picture is fine, happy to see a reprint. Sick of of seeing people claim that everything in existence must be putting women down. Then all I have to do is replace the word "women" with anything else to get the same mentality; fish, cats, arabs, blacks, jews, men, environment, whites, chinese, old people, etc. It doesn't matter what word I put in. Stop sucking life out of everything man. That artwork of her is awesome. Stop putting stuff down man. Just stop. If the picture was really as negative as you claim she would totally nude, in a kitchen, making sandwiches and giving blow jobs. Her abilities would be horrible as well. +1 do nothing -2 do nothing -6 do nothing. Instead liliana of the veil is an amazing planeswalker comparable to jace, the mind sculpter with great art to appreciate.
My suggestion listen to some comedy radio for a while, pandora is free, youtube is free there is something out there for you. ***** go make fun of somebody. The whole world is so serious and campaigning for some cause, or someones rights, everything is a hate crime, racist, sexist. blah blah blah.
"O no mcdonalds must be slandering a hate crime against skinny people every time they make a big mac." hahaha jeeze You're just someone perpetuating another groups negative perspective that they've made you believe is correct. Look at the picture for a hour and tell me what's wrong with it? I don't see anything.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.
Brainstorm
Force of Will
Deathrite Shaman
Show and Tell
Misty Rainforest
Scalding Tarn
Polluted Delta
Flooded Strand
Delver of Secrets
Stoneforge Mystic
Delver doesn't belong on these lists, as the power behind those decks is whichever one they run of Young Pyromancer and/or Monastery Mentor.
The deck is only named Delver because in older (pre-Pyromancer's printing) versions of the deck that ran some combination of Goyf, Delver, Mongoose, Geist and Edric as combat creatures, Delver was then the best of them. It wasn't a particularly great deck then. Pyromancer's printing took the deck from tier 2 to tier 1.
Thank you for not knowing what you are talking about in public.
ok well this is a personal list in no particular order, and i don't really play blue outside of combo decks so excuse my lack of brainstorm/ponder(im looking at you delver players)
Deathrite Shaman/delver of secrets(both 1 drops have warped legacy at some point due to them)
Griselbrand(think its inherently the most powerful of the cheat into play creatures and has spawned a deck based around it tinfins)
sfm/bob/goyf/pyro/snap(the cycle)
Wasteland
SDT
Cabal therapy
life from the loam(idk drawing 3 every turn just seems pretty good and usually when any deck involved in playing this card is good in a particular meta its mu's are probably the most skewed of any deck ive watched outside of just dredge)
abrupt decay
led/past in flames(couldn't decide which one was actually more powerful yawg win or lotus)
FoW
I'd rank this way in terms of overall power level in a vacuum - cards you'd like to see early in a game:
1. Brainstorm
2. Ponder
3. Deathrite Shaman
4. Sensei's Divining Top
5. Hymn to Tourach
6. Wasteland
7. Show and Tell
8. Stoneforge Mystic
9. Swords to Plowshares
10. Tarmogoyf
Force of Will is very powerful but there are many lists where you don't want to see it at all or where seeing it doesn't help in the end.
Lightning Bolt is very powerful but it doesn't remove enough of the Legacy creature base to make the list.
Stifle is like Force of Will only not quite as decisive.
Lion's Eye Diamond has specific applications in a few lists but that's not enough to make it a generically powerful top 10 card in Legacy.
Anything that costs 3 or more and has no potential to end the game quickly can't make the list.
- Brainstorm
- Force of Will
- Dig Through Time
- Delver of Secrets
- Deathrite Shaman
- Stoneforge Mystic
- Lion's Eye Diamond
- Swords to Plowshares
- Wasteland
- Flusterstorm
For me this is easy.
- Brainstorm
- Green Sun's Zenith
- Swords to Plowshares
- Thoughtseize
- Lightning Bolt
- AEther Vial
- Wasteland
- Rishadan Port
- Dig Through Time
- Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
EDIT: Don't ask me to number it because that's when it gets difficult for me haha.

1... Brainstorm (The most busted card in the game, you are either playing with brainstorm or your playing a non-blue low casting cost deck)
2... Fetchlands (I don't see why this isnt number 2... seriously force of will as number 2... )
3... Duals (Yep... if your playing brainstorm your are 75% splashing and 25% mono blue... and if your not playing duals then your not splashing)
4... Delver (creature so popular that it busted brainstorm into a ban debate)
5... Force of Will (High power, even though it's been reprinted as a judge card... Please note that SCG's said that if wizards didnt reprint FOW to lower the second market cost, the legacy format would fold in 2 years! I think they said this 4 years ago! [I think the judge reprints was wizards slap in SCG's face]... I don't see it being number 2 becuase the other 4 seemed more important/impact to the legacy format... and even though we don't have a budget reprint the legacy format is still holding strong today.
6... Wasteland (High impact card that works well in some decks)
7... Lightning bolt (From budget burn to UR Delver... It's the most non-blue impact card in the game.)
8... Show and Tell (Some player think this is the Oath of Druids of the legacy format. I think the card had gotten extremely good in the last 5 years but because it a 3cc it doesnt seem to threaten the format as a 1/2 turn kill card)
9... Counterbalance (I think this card is a million times better then Mana Drain, because free counterspells allows the player to hold more cards...)
10... Island (really, the legacy format is 75% blue, and because of wastelands... players will pack a few basic islands in there deck)

In his Second 100 days - Yawgmoth's Bargain is unrestricted in Vintage.
What is going to happen in the Next 100 days!!!
It's well known he isn't even the best creature in the deck.
Also Sensei's Divining Top should be high on all these lists.
1 Lion's Eye Diamond (strictly better than black lotus in dredge/storm for hellbent)
2 Force of Will
3 Brainstorm
4 Wasteland
5 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
6 Liliana of the Veil
7 Sensei's Divining Top
8 Show and Tell

10Dark Confidant
Notice how Land Tax Replenish and Worldgorger Dragon
don't make anyone's list. Can't wait until they unban the rest.
