I don't play Legacy Goblins, but if you look at the Legacy Goblins thread, you should be able to find what you need. The thread is old, so you'll have to go to the end to see recent lists. It should be a pretty good place to ask about staples though.
Playing millions of cards every turn... Slowly and systematically obliterating any chance my opponent has of winning... Clicking the multitude of locking mechanisms into place... Not even trying to win myself until turn 10+ once I have nigh absolute control... Watching my opponent desperately trying to navigate the labyrinthine prison that I've constructed... Seeing the light of hope fade and ultimately extinguished in an excruciatingly slow manner... THAT'S fun Magic.
We have 2-3 users that are dramatically making this thread incomprehensible and non-productive for anyone else to possibly join in the discussion. This needs to change.
Every time I see [ktkenshinx] post in here, I get the impression of a stern dad walking in on a bunch of kids trying to do something dumb and just shaking his head in disappointment.
Near Mint: The same as Slightly Played, but we threw some Altoids in the box we stored it in to cover up the scent of dead mice. Slightly Played: The base condition for all MTG cards. This card looks OK, but there’s one minor annoying ding in it that will always irritate and distract you whenever you draw it. Moderately Played: This card looks like it survived the Tet Offensive tucked inside the waistband of GI underwear. It may smell like it, too. Heavily Played: This card looks like the remains of Mohammed Atta’s passport after 9/11. It may be playable if you double-sleeve it to stop the chunks from falling out. The condition formerly known as "Washing Machine Grade" Damaged: This card is the unfortunate victim of a Mirrorweave/March of the Machines/Chaos Confetti/Mindslaver combo.
[M]aking counterfeit cards is the absolute height of dishonesty. Ask yourself this question: Since most people...are totally cool with the use of proxies...what purpose do [high] quality counterfeit cards serve?
I was trying goblin burn with some Brightstone rituals and and burn spells which made one of the best early - mid game decks I've ever had but I feel like goblins is best at aggro and tribal.
The deck was unreliable in terms of mulligans and such; but it reliably killed on T3 with any reasonable hand. These usually include Guide and count "17 damage" as lethal
Notable plays:
Guide/LL T1 (1-2), War Marshall T2 (1-2), Triumph in response to echo, Bushwhacker or Chieftain (13-15) (total 17-19)
Guide/LL T1 (1-2), Bushwhacker T2 (4-5), Bushwhacker + 1 Drop, triumph on something (12-13, total of 20, 17 if you had Loyalist)
Guide/LL T1 (1-2), Bushwhacker T2 (4-5), Bushwhacker (6-7) + grenade (5) (12, total of 19, 16 if you had Loyalist)
This isn't counting the nice double/triple grenade/abandon/guide hands and such. It's not a Tier 1 deck by any means; but you will blast people by T3 reliably enough to make burn look slow.

4 Goblin Ringleader
4 Goblin Warchief
4 Goblin Piledriver
2 Siege-Gang Commander
1 Goblin Sharpshooter
1 Skirk Prospector
4 Gem-Palm Incinerator
There are other playable Goblins, depending on the build you may or may not want to run them.
Goblin Recruiter isn't going to happen in Legacy, you could potentially just lose a lot of games if you include that.
Overall record: 139-98-15
Total number of matches: 252
Win percentage ignoring draws: 58.649789
Win percentage including draws: 55.158730
If you go that route I had a list that was something like
3-4 Piledriver
4 War Marshal
4 Goblin Guide
4 Legion Loyalist (I needed more 1-drops)
4 Bushwhacker
3-4 Chieftain
4 Goblin Grenade
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
2 Dark Triumph
2-4 Reckless Abandon
