Personally, I'm running a lot more Threaten type effects just because I don't want to have to rely solely on Yasova to steal creatures. She's too vulnerable to removal for me to feel comfortable with that.
Knuckleblade and Emissary seem kind of out of place, as do Frost Walker and Experiment One. What's the plan with Bazaar Trader?
Good catch on Nulltread, I've always liked that guy and he didn't even occur to me. I also hadn't thought about Domri's minus ability, very cool.

Proteus Staff: I admit that I was thinking about it on tuesday, but someone else made me think about Evolutionary Leap: it's not a removal for my opponent's creature, but it costs less both in casting and in activating its effect;
I have only 4 islands, so I fear that Vedalken Shackles would mostly be unharmful in my deck;
yes, Crystal Shard it's very interesting. I'll surely think about it.
I admit that my list is less threaten-centric than other ones that I've seen somewhere else. I preferred to have another way to win without Yasova: with other creatures. Burning-Tree Emissary is in the list because I thought that could give a little more speed to the deck. Savage Knuckleblade is my beater to win the games. Frost Walker is a cheap 4-strength creature (and I already had it, so I didn't have to spend money for that slot ). Experiment One is even cheaper than Frost Walker and may grow during the game. Bazaar Trader is very helpful because it makes you keep the creature you steal with Yasova Dragonclaw (see here)!
Leap is probably better than Staff, but I don't think it's one or the other. I like that Staff puts it into play, despite the extra cost. Also putting the creature on the bottom of their library is a little better than into their graveyard in some circumstances.
Hmm, I probably should have actually looked at your mana base. It does need some work ;P
Shard is fun because it forces your opponent to hold one almost all of the time or you can use it to get value out of your own dudes. Being able to choose not to pay the one after gaining control of something of theirs is obviously sweet too.
Hmm, I guess in a 50 card deck I just prefer the focus. But to each their own, Knuckleblade is a generally good card no matter how you look at him. I still don't like Emissary though, a free 2/2 really isn't exciting to me even when I'm trying to go fast.
I have no idea how I missed the Bazaar Trader interaction. Just silly, I love it.

These are two cards that I like, thank you. High Market is a little bit more expensive, but being a land wolud propably protect it better against removals.
I'll think about them. But in a 50 cards deck it's as always very difficult to choose the cards to replace...
@PopeJP: after a few testing I agree that a more focused deck could be more competitive even in a fun based environment.
Here are a few cards that I've just found today: Harness by force, Mark of mutiny and Traitorous Blood. I already had Act of Treason.
How many of them should I put in my deck? And therefore which cards should I substitute for them?
It's really hard to say what the right number is, you know? Personally, I'm running all of those plus Threaten and backing them up with Vedalken Shackles.
As for what to drop, I'd ditch some of those random aggro dudes. Burning-Tree Emissary and Heir of the Wilds strike me as the worst two. I still don't love Frostwalker, especially because his interaction with Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares is really bad. Alongside them I'd probably lose Experiment One since he gets worse without his aggro friends. Barrin, Master Wizard is too fragile and expensive for a sack outlet IMO. I don't see Manamorphose doing anything exceptional, though I guess if your mana base isn't great it'll help. Bow of Nylea strikes me as really random.

Also, High Market is pretty decent here. Grafted Wargear is another cute trick, especially since you're also looking at being aggressive.
