I wanted to try my hand at a Temur Pauper EDH deck. I figured a infect deck with an aura theme would be both fun and effective. I drew up a list and found that there are too many choices for a deck like this. Making cuts is extremely difficult as every card seems like it has a place.
As of now, the list is 110 cards, including the commander.
There is much more that I don't think needs explanation. My problem here is making cuts. Cards like Flight might seem like easy cuts, but flying is so powerful in my meta and pauper EDH in general. Plus, if the magemarks are out, cards like Flight just get better.
Diplomatic Immunity seems bad here.
Flight, Goblin War Drums, Hermetic Study (The redundancy is nice, but you don't need this much of it)
Ophidian Eye seems weak here.
Drift of Phantasms doesn't really advance your board state.
Tel-Jilad Fallen 3/1's for 4 are bad.
There's 7 cuts for ya. You could make arguments for all of them but I feel these are some of your weakest cards.
Drift of Phantasms is here for the transmute, he can grab a lot of things in the deck.
Diplomatic Immunity is a hard one for me to cut. Once I have a creature enchanted, I know he will become a removal magnet. However, I gotta cut something, I'll give that one a try.
Ophidian Eye can rack up a lot of card advantage, especially with all the pinging abilities I have, this one has got to stay.
I do have a lot of evasion, so Goblin War Drums can go, but Flight basically makes my creature unblockable for 1 due to the very low amounts of fliers and reachers in my meta.
Repulse should probably go. As games go on, boards get too many creatures to make a difference.

Quicksilver Dagger, Psionic Gift, Viridian Bow, and all the others are great when I can't get attacks through.
Soul's Fire can be a great finisher, especially paired with Bravado, Vines of Vastwood, etc.
Dizzy Spell can fetch a win easily. Assault Strobe, Soul's Fire, Distortion Strike, and Aqueous Form.
Barrage of Boulders and Ruthless Invasion can easily end a game in the right conditions.
Fuel for the Cause, Steady Progress, and Volt Charge are here for their proliferation, helping get those last points of infect in.
