Here's my first PDH deck, commanded by Vampire Nighthawk. It's pretty much a Voltron deck with some Control elements.
Note that my playgroups follow the "Any Uncommon as the Commander and any card that has been printed as a Common atleast once for the rest of the 99" rules.
Notes: Don't have to worry about too many hexproof/shroud things, but I could be wrong, will see. Shield obviously good with Nighthawk, can swing, then block with Deathtouch/bigger butt.
Notes: Theros Update! Viper's Kiss seem's cool with all the generals with activated abilities, such as guildmages. Read the Bones = good card is good. Gray Merchant of Asphodel fits with the theme of lifegain/life loss, looks pretty good for PDH.
Notes: Dragons of Tarkir Update! Skyblinder Staff isn't too great since Nighthawk has evasion anyway, plus whatever blocks it dies. Replaced it with Vulturous Aven from the new set, which is card draw and a back-up body for Nighthawk. Also noticed that I had 99 cards and not 100 for some reason, so Armillary Sphere can go back in.
Other considerations included Defeat, Duress, & Silumgar Butcher.

First of all, I'm not cutting Dark Ritual! It leads to a Turn 1 Vampire Nighthawk which I consider awesome and broken lol.
I like Unearth, brings back Nighthawk as well as 9 other creatures and Unhallowed Pact is a cute card that brings back not only Nighthawk but if lucky, something like a Ulamog's Crusher from someone else.
I will definitely find a spot for Shred Memory though

Considerations from Conspiracy: Tyrant's Choice is cool, but unfortunately most of the time it'll just be a -4 life card. Stronghold Discipline is cool too but it probably doesn't deserve a spot.

Why is Street Wraith considered so good?
I have considered both Shred Memory and Brainspoil, Brainspoil more because it does something relevant whereas Shred Memory wouldn't be too great in my PDH meta with hardly any interaction with the grave, but it does fetch a lot of great targets such as Doom Blade, Disturbed Burial, Cranial Plating and what not, where as Brainspoil doesn't really fetch anything relevant from my list as of yet, maybe the latest addition of Gray Merchant of Asphodel? But yeah.
