I have made so many Egg decks, 2 color egg decks, 4 color egg decks, 5 color egg decks and everything in between. Some of the previous Jeskai commanders work for it but none near as good as Kykar here so I took this from the latest EDH/Highlander Breya Eggs deck I made and cut the B and the cards with B symbols on them to create this monstrosity.
I don't know how to classify a deck like this, it isn't a casual deck that is for sure, but I am unsure how competitive it is if only due to how frail it is and therefore how much stuff is put in here to buffer that frailty, but more on that later here is the deck:
Eggcellent
Eggs are generally classified in Magic as artifacts that enter the battlefield and want to be sacrificed and will draw a card on etb or on destruction or sometimes both, they also sometimes create mana on being destroyed as in their namesake of Skycloud Egg and that cycle. These cards are paired with other mana artifacts, cost reducers and other draw/token engines to create ridiculous storm counts, to overwhelm people with trinkets and generally produce impressive boards with tons of very small moving pieces. A lot of the deck is just low costed artifacts that cantrip or produce mana or both.
Protection
This deck is exceedingly Glass Cannon and as such it is packed with ways to protect the deck while it is going off on our turn. Defense Grid is soft protection in that it is a card that people can plan for depending on when it comes down, but does a nice job of hosing 'free' and pitch spells. Teferi, Time Raveler is permanent hard protection unless someone has 3 damage on board they can do to him, Teferi also can put an egg back into hand to allow it to be recast all star of a card. Silence, Abeyance and Orim's Chant represent counter / removal protection and also in a pinch ways to stop opponents from doing too much or interacting on their turns with sorcery speed answers, Abeyance and Orim's require a bit of deduction about who the biggest threat to the gameplan is but everything can't be easy right.
Refill
With the printing of Echo of Eons that brings the Wheels/Twisters I like running up to 5 and that is a good number to hit to refill hand after emptying it of rocks, Echo is even able to be flashbacked on the opening turn off of a Lion's Eye Diamond to really monkey wrench opponents and even allow us to continue to play cards even that early in the game. Paradoxical Outcome represents the other major card draw event in the deck and often when this card resolves will just mean the game ends.
Victory
The wincons in this list are varied
Purphoros, God of the Forge - kills the table with the 3 main ways of token production in the deck one of which being the Commander
Jeskai Ascendancy - turns army of tokens into a lethal army if untapping with any number of creature who are not summoning sick
Aetherflux Reservoir - Kills a table from 0 life with 17 spells, hopefully we are not at 0 life and that number of spells is much lower at that point.
Ghirapur Aether Grid - Can kill table, pesky creatures or planseswalkers with enough artifacts floating around.
Weaknesses
This deck is focused and extremely glass cannon so there are some problematic cards that kinda end us, only Teferi, Time Raveler in the deck as it stands can deal with opponents enchantments so the correct number of hate pieces goes a long way. As does a well timed board sweeper or exiler which seem to be getting more and more popular.
Thanks for taking a look. This Commander has a myriad ways to build them into all kinds of decks I was also thinking about some kind of Enchantress as I was writing this up which I may take a look at, what a sweet Jeskai legend.
I really like the eggs idea, but I do think you'll need a better ratio of mana to draw (or proactive) cards. Even though there are plenty of replacement cantrip type stuff with Aether Spellbomb, Chromatic Sphere type effects, you still really want other effect in play to double up on Kykar, Wind's Fury ability, otherwise your just spinning your wheels, which isn't as good as you might think. It's like a really hit or miss way to cast a Demonic Tutor trying to eventually find certain cards. The thing is that you might not be even gain mana during this turn, (spending to cast) so where your hoping to draw into a Faith's Reward or Second Sunrise you might not actually have the mana spare.
For the reasons I mentioned a small number of tutors will help your cause. Mystical Tutor, as it would be a shame to miss out on a Mind's Desire type effect when you really, really wanted to draw it. Enlightened Tutor gives you access to some pretty key cards, Purphoros, God of the Forge just saying.
Easy cuts in my mind are; Flux Channeler, there are no ultimate's on your planeswalkers, and it literally looks like there are no +1/+1 counter effects in the deck, Jeskai Ascendancy and Monastery Mentor are not counters.
Yeah the Flux Channeler is only there for mana at this point and that card + the cards that works with when they are working the deck is already functioning so they may just be win-more.
That is the same with Rings & Monolith just holdovers from older decks that worked better with a higher concentration of eggs. The same is true for Crucible probably better if I ever decide to run the Canopy lands but mostly a hold over from Highlander where making sure you can get and keep Academy in play is important.
I am thinking about those Canopy Lands now too I got both the Izzet and Boros ones so they are possible, as are the three Filters I have in these colors (Cascade, Gate, Rugged) Hmmmmmmm
Thinking about this Commander a bunch, ended up building a list that took out the eggs kept the Bomberman core and just surrounded it with a mountain of control.
This Commander is gonna be fun to build and play I feel:

Aetherflux Reservoir - Kills a table from 0 life with 17 spells, hopefully we are not at 0 life and that number of spells is much lower at that point.
Walking Ballista - Is the classic Bomberman payoff alongside either Pyrite Spellbomb, Implement of Combustion can also work but be careful as you may deck yourself.
All suggestions and comments welcome.
If that makes sense your leaning really hard on drawing Echo of Eons, Mind's Desire, Time Spiral, Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Sai, Master Thopterist, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Paradoxical Outcome, Memory Jar, Skullclamp.
I would put in Treasure Cruise, Dig through Time, Scrap Mastery, Bident of Thassa, Vedalken Archmage and Monastery Mentor as musts.
Easy cuts in my mind are;
Flux Channeler, there are no ultimate's on your planeswalkers, and it literally looks like there are no +1/+1 counter effects in the deck, Jeskai Ascendancy and Monastery Mentor are not counters.
There are just too much mana to draw:
Astral Cornucopia, Lotus Bloom, Pentad Prism, Voltaic Key, Basalt Monolith.
Crucible of Worlds, I really like your land mana base, looks perfect at 30 lands for this type of deck. I really don't think Crucible of Worlds is necessary as you should always have a land drop for the turn with the amount cantrips and if you take my suggestions additional draw.
Rings of Brighthearth, not sure what this is doing? Give me the low down
I'm making these suggestions because this deck looks really sweet.
Niv-Mizzet Reborn
Feather, the Redeemed
Estrid, the Masked
Teshar
Tymna/Ravos
Najeela, Blade-Blossom
Firesong & Sunspeaker
Zur the Enchanter
Lazav, the Multifarious
Ishai+Reyhan
