I like LD with Windgrace. If your meta is fine with it, it's definitely a powerful tool that he can abuse.
However, I don't think blowing up lands can be your main wincon. All things considered Windgrace comes pretty late to the party and is a bit too slow to really provide you security when blowing up lands - your opponent will likely have cast a few mana rocks by then so they won't be defeated without their lands. That means that the few mana remaining will probably go towards killing you, your Commander (who you now can't cast because you blew up most of your lands), or your mana elves. And your problem is that you don't run blue...
Speaking of blue, I'd like to suggest Obliterate. I use it as a psuedo-wincon with Darigaaz Reincarnated and Dark Depths. It's also possible to use Westvale Abbey like that, but activating it is a pain.
I'm also astounded that a deck that focuses on blowing up lands doesn't run any of Crucible or Ramunap Excavator, especially so when you're already running Dust Bowl and Strip Mine. Generator Servant and Xantcha seem like possible candidates for swaps since they impress me the least.
Magus of the Moon seems like an effect that can backfire VERY quickly in your three-color deck with a total of 5 basic lands. I might consider something like Blood Sun instead, or maybe Boil.
Finally I think that Glacial Chasm is great tech for you to make sure you don't die from damage. To me, it feels possibly better than Gaea's Cradle... You really don't have a reliable way of getting creatures into play, and without them Cradle is not good enough IMO.
If you want to speed ramp Windgrace's counters some Proliferate support but you may want to run more cards that would benefit from the Proliferate support.

The gameplan is generally to drop Windgrace turn 2 or 3 (Orcish Lumberjack OP), and then next turn blow up lands and -3 Windgrace. So generally Crucible and Excavator are redundant as having Windgrace on the battlefield as a value engine is basically the main goal. I can see them being great with Strip Mine though so I'll test them out with that for sure.
Obliterate is a pretty good option! Probably the best besides my go-to, cycling Decree of Annihilation which is also uncounterable (though stifle-able). I think I'll put Obliterate in for Epicenter. I rarely have Threshold on turn 3-5 but I can usually get 8 mana in that time frame.

I always try to mulligan to mana dorks, and if I have Magus in hand I'll fetch basics before dropping him. However he's still a bummer when I want to be reusing fetches so I may end up cutting it. On Chasm, I have yet to play this deck in a meta with cheap aggressive creatures, but I think Glacial Chasm would be fantastic tech in that case.

Evolution Sage seems awesome, Windgrace's -3 becomes a -1, and if at least one of those is a fetchland it becomes a 0! I like the other proliferate cards you mentioned too, but I would probably only add them if I slotted in more planeswalkers. I've actually never ultimate'd Windgrace, and the opportunities where that seems like the right thing to do are pretty rare. He's just there to keep myself ahead on mana and card draw. I wouldn't mind activating him more often though, maybe The Chain Veil...
I've made some pretty big changes lately. Mainly, more control elements and less race to MLD or combo. I made these changes for 2 reasons: with my new low-powered playgroup, the MLD and combo works way too well on them and they will never win; and in cEDH the bomb spells are too obvious, they will be interrupted and I will never win. (Is this a cEDH deck? Maybe. I don't know. I'm using it as both I guess)
Another card that has been great for me in Windgrace is Jokulhaups, since it is basically an Obliterate without the uncounterability. However, you run Boseiju, Who Shelters All for uncounterability.
EDIT: Didn't read the thread well enough, you cut them already, lol.

Evolution Sage, Contagion Engine, Karn's Bastion, Planewide Celebration, Contagion Engine.
Also access to BG does give some more removal.
Gaze of Granite, Plague Boiler, Windgrace's Judgment, Pernicious Deed, Casualties of War.
Runic Armasaur can net you some draw support.

EDIT: Didn't read the thread well enough, you cut them already, lol.
EDIT2: Tireless Tracker is a card that is great with Windgrace, too.
A good win condition for Windgrace is also the Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage combo.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and Prismatic Omen can do work, too when combined with Scapeshift or Splendid Reclamation.
