This is my favorite part because everyone always wants to add something new to their list and the card pool is so deep nowadays that you could make 2 or 3 separate decks with the same commander and no duplicate spells. Here goes:
- Mardu Woe-Reaper: You already have Remorseful Cleric as a grave-hater, and Agent of Erebos does similar work. This guy pales in comparison to either of them for grave-hate.
- Bounty Agent: Why limit yourself to just legends? All three of your colors have an abundance of unconditional removal spells that don't require you to wait for summoning sickness to end.
- Burglar Rat: Not really seeing a heavy discard theme here, so this feels a bit out of place.
- Kari Zev, Skyship Raider: This is probably best left in a former standard format.
- Relic Seeker: If you want to find an equipment, Stoneforge Mystic. Also, you only have three targets, and none of them are Skullclamp.
- Priest of the Blood Rite: For five mana, you get 7/7 worth of stats, half of which flies, and a drawback...not good enough.
- Goblin Lore: If you need help getting bodies into the yard, Faithless Looting is a lot more effective. But really, you shouldn't need help doing that sort of thing. You have a deck full of smaller creatures that will die a lot on their own.
- Unburial Rites: If you could put a Grave Titan or an Elesh Norn back into play with this, it would be worth it. Paying 4B to bring back a Bone Shredder, on the other hand, no thanks.
- Mardu Banner: Mana rocks at 3cc are much worse than mana rocks at 2cc. Also, where is your Sol Ring?
- Sunforger: I used to try to like this card. Then I realized just how much setup it took. You need a creature to survive, pay 3 to cast the card, 3 more to equip it, and RW to activate it, all at the right time. That's a lot just to find and cast a four-mana instant.
- Quietus Spike: Most of your creatures do their work when they enter the battlefield, and then become very expendable afterwards. Equips like this one require them to stick around for a bit, which isn't guaranteed to happen, and probably not even likely.
- Mardu Ascendancy: This is just not impressive in a format where most cards need to be impressive. Maybe a couple extra 1/1s make a difference, maybe they don't. The +0/+3 thing isn't really important, because most sweepers won't care how much toughness your creatures have.
Hope that helps you. Making cuts is always the toughest part of this format.
Let me answer the implicit questions first.
- I misunderstood Bounty Agent, because I thought that Alesha, Who Smiles at Death gives haste. This is not the case, so not a good combo.
- It is also kind of a budget build, but not when I already own the cards. Hence no Stoneforge, Elesh, Grave Titan. Same with Sol Ring: the copies that I have are in other decks.
- Some cards are included because they combo with Alesha. I am yet to play it, but Priest of the Blood Rite seems fine when I only pay two mana.
I added copy of Yahenni, Undying Partisan and will remove Mardu Woe-Reaper, Goblin Lore, Bounty Agent and Mardu Ascendancy.

No problem, I should have assumed a certain budget.
- @Unburial Rites: I'm not suggesting that you add fatties like Grave Titan to make the Rites better, just that it's not going to be as effective in a deck that doesn't want to run a lot of fatties.
- Just because something happens to have the requisite 2 power for Alesha doesn't necessarily make it worthy. You want to make sure that your guys do work with or without Alesha. For example, hopefully you wouldn't ever play Goblin Raider. To a lesser extreme, Goblin Cratermaker is pretty lame, but Dark-Dweller Oracle has a lot of application whether Alesha is doing her thing or not.
