Lyra Dawnbringer light a fire in my heart since the first time my eyes see her.
I like to play EDH casual with my friends with the only aim to have good time.
When I'm on a table I like to play, and Mono White decks have many risks to remain stucks with cards or lands.
With these premises I've build this Lyra deck, actually in test.
Actually i love this deck played on kitcken table with friends but I'm preatty sure can introduce yourself like a strange casual player with new play group. Highly discouraged to play in a iper-competitive meta and/or group of player.
Scope of the deck is survive to firsts phases of the game and arrive to play 1v1 to win. There's a little chance to win killing all using Worldslayer with Avacyn, Angel of Hope or Kindred Boon.
Deck have a big draw section, assembled with best you can find on white. Actually there are two cards does not fully satisfy my expectation: Arcane Encycloedia and Mind's Eye. Other cards are really nice and useful.
There's also a big Land search/Ramp section permit to not lose land drop and ramo with aim to have, on average, a good amount of mana to play your angels.
Protection section is useful to survive when someone try to kill all players on table or to protect your creature from destrution (also Wordslayer destruction)
There are also some special cards useful in many situations Aether Reservoirs: useful to kill someone exploiting excess life points. Fall of the Thran: useful to level number of lands when green decks heavly ramps or in late game to avoid multiple win cast. At same time this card don't kill the table, and your mana capabilities, like Armageddon. Pay attention on opponents Bojuka Bog. Scroll Rack: really useful also to recycle lands brought in your hands by many land searcher
Cards in test Duelist's Heritage: useful in many situation, helpful to kill someone with two Lyra shots. I'm not really sure about its role in deck Settle the Wreckage: permit to remove creatures without targetting and can also save you in some situations but fill of lands an opponent, not sure the game is worth the candle.

Any thoughts on Angel of Condemnation? I play it in my bruna deck and I really like the flexability of potentially defending your board or harrassing someone with the flicker effects. I really like the stats for the mana with flying + vigilance too on top of the sweet ability.
Angelic Accord - seems really sweet for this commander. Its on theme and your commander easily triggers it for you.

About the Angel of Condemnation: i try to play him in a first version of this deck but i was not with that card. Reading it again now make me rethink about it but i need to find a slot in deck. Any advice?

Well....... its not something that people really appreciate but if you want to put focus on winning you could run Aetherflux Reservoir (EDIT: oh you have reservoir.... this makes this a little less relivant) or Felidar Sovereign / Test of Endurance. These are all things that people generally don't appreciate dying to and of the three I think the Reservoir is probably the better of the three given the other two give a big window to smash them. I don't know that I would really suggest running these cards but if your goal is to close the game out of nowhere they can do it. Mono white tends to not have a lot of from nowhere game enders though to be honest.
If you are looking for cards to cut I would consider:
Serra Angel - I get it, she is the OG badass angel. Times have changed though and creatures have gotten much better. She has not aged well.
Angel of Invention - its like..... Serra Angel with lifelink. Anthems aren't as big when it comes to big angels and the token option from this isn't really on theme either. Your commander gives all angels lifelink so I think this one is kind of just a bad Angel of Jubilation here. I think Angel of Jubilation is already questionable but I think this one is probably just worse.
Exalted Angel - its bad Baneslayer Angel. I think Baneslayer is already kind of boarderline so dropping its stats keeping the mana the same are reasons I would cut this angel.
You might consider testing out Mask of Memory as well as useful card advantage. Its generally more card advantage than Sword of Fire and Ice given that it digs deeper and you discard a card from your hand it digs deeper for something relevant. If you get enough equipment then potentially tutoring for equipment via Stoneforge Mystic and or Steelshaper's Gift can be a thing. You could even consider some equipment like Darksteel Plate to make your board a bit stickier if that sort of thing interests you.
Riot Control might be a bit more versatile as Dawn Charm. The regen option on that card can come in really handy sometimes.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I take a look to your Rebel deck sometimes so i know you are right person to give some advice about mono white deck. I'm happy that my conclusion to game ender are similar to yours, happy buy not "really" happy.
About Angels: I'm not ready to play an Angel deck without my first love Serra Angel. She surely make her time but I need to proudly play her. Angel of Invention and Exalted Angel can surely changed with Angel of Condemnation and what do you think about Angelic Guardian? If you must choose an angel to insert on Exalted one, what options do you evaluate?
Riot Control is less versatile than some other cards but protect only me leaving other players to their fate with a good chance to leave me in a good 1v1 situation. Any advice for more versatile card with this characteristic?
I am not a huge fan of Worldslayer here to be honest. You don't really have a good way to use it from what I am seeing shy of Avacyn.
Magus of the Moat seems like it would be sweet here. You are playing essentially tribal flyers so he seems like he would be right at home. Wall of Omens would also potentially give you an early blocker who cantrips which I think could be helpful.
This deck doesn't seem like it makes good use of Sensei's Divining Top. Mono white has a hard time getting enough shuffles to make it worthwhile. It was great in rebels where I had a shuffle practically every turn but I think its a lot less good when you can't constantly shuffle.
Pearl Medallion looks out of place here given this sort of effect tends to have the most impact in decks that can draw / move a lot of cards. Its also effective with buyback cards but here it seems like its often just giving you one mana towards your white spells and with this being an angel deck..... its going to be hard to get more than 1-2 mana from it. I would rather see a Mind Stone replace it given that it will still mostly give you the same ramp but it can turn into draw if you have all the mana you need or if someone wraths artifacts.
You are right about Book of Rass I forgot this card because in about 20 games i've in my hand about 1 or 2 times on the end of the game both times. I surely swap with something else.

I completely forgot Angelic Accord and Cradle of Vitality. They surely enter on Duelist's Heritage and Settle the Wreckage.
Weel of Lost Dreams can take the slot of Mind's Eye and Dawn of Hope cant the the Arcane Encyclopedia one.
Change of these cards seems a good option to improve deck capabilities of win and play. Thanks a lot.
