Sidisi is the Naga Khan of the Sulti Brood on the plane of Tarkir. She epitomizes the decent and merciless nature of the Sulti.
In the original timeline she saw herself as the Queen of the Sulti and sought to unite the clans under her. Her alliance with the Rakshasas provided her with powerful necromancy.
In the alternate timeline, however, she never became Khan and instead was one of the Dragonlord Slimgar's Undead Slaves. However with her powerful necromancy she was able to threaten, sway and remove people in her way to become a Vizier at Slimgar's side, whispering tales to the dragon – some to lull and some to disturb.
What does the deck do?
The deck is a creature based Reanimator deck with a small Zombie token sub theme. It amasses a horde of creatures (Zombie tokens or otherwise), gives them some form of evasion and then drops a Craterhoof Behemoth to swing for lethal. Failing that it can Reanimate large creatures to slow down and control the game. These creatures can be used to win via combat damage or help set up the combo win.
The deck plays the Food Chain/Eternal Scourge/Tidespout Tyrant/Walking Ballista combo. With these 4 cards we can infinitely loop Eternal Scourge to bounce all of our opponents permanents – after this we can dump all our mana into Walking Ballista and finish off the whole table. Note that the deck is not an all in Combo build and doesn't go racing for it. Rather it's used as an Emergency Stop for those games that have gone on too long or stalled out. Sometimes will combo off outside of that but it's usually luck of the draw or it's been slowly set up over many turns.
Why Play Sidisi?
Sulti (UBG) is my second favorite color pairing next to Golgari (BG). You get all the graveyard shenanigans of Green/Black with Blue added in for protection, tutoring, card draw/filtering. The deck uses powerful Reanimation strategies along side the Dredge mechanic and some self mill cards to fill the graveyard to not only trigger Sidisi's zombie token ability but to put our large creatures into the graveyard so we can pluck them out for cheap.
The deck is not overly fast but can get out of control for opponents quickly and put them on a fast clock with hordes of the Undead swinging in to bash face. Failing that there are several game altering Reanimation targets that benefit us and cripple our opponents.
You will enjoy playing this deck if:
Want a deck that isn't too reliant on the Commander.
Like playing with your graveyard, your hand and manipulating the top of your library.
Enjoy amassing a horde to beat face.
Like Reanimator strategies.
Like token themes/decks.
Have played for a while to understand game mechanics and triggers.
Enjoy decks with multiple triggers to keep track of.
Enjoy potentially long grindy games.
You will dislike this deck if:
You believe what dies should stay in the grave.
Want an easy to play deck. There are many triggers to keep track of once the ball gets rolling.
Are newer to the game.
Want to win with Commander damage.
Want an aggressive/fast deck.
Your meta is too fast for a creature deck.
You want to win trough combo every time (this is not a dedicated combo deck).
Tasigur is an amazing Commander. The Delve mechanic always keeps him at B or close providing you've got cards to exile. However Tasigur is more of a political, control, combo deck then a creature deck. Plus the whole zombie thing would be out the window.
Another great Reanimator Commander. However this Ooze is more interested in copying stuff in the graveyard and exiling it (we don't want to exile our stuff).
I'm not going to lie I jumped all aboard the Muldrotha Hype Train (for good reason). She is an amazing Reanimator Commander, you don't even need a Reanimation spell to cast something from the graveyard. There's no Zombie tokens popping out of her though. She is definitely one of the 99 though.
About Me
I'm Gwathnar and have been playing Magic on and Off since Alpha. The game certainly has changed in the past 25 years, from sleeves to boarders (original boarder is best boarder).
I recently got interested again by drafting Kaladesh block, all the artifacts brought back memories of Antiques block. From their I branched out into Modern with a Jund deck and then fell into the lure of Eldrazi Tron (and any Eldrazi deck for that matter). After a while a friend introduced me to EDH and I bought the Mizzix precon (which I still have). I fell in love with EDH and originally built some cEDH decks – it was like singleton vintage. I found/figured out that people don't like being pub stomped so I sold some of my cEDH decks (I still have 4), along with all my Modern decks (I had like 14 lol) and bought into Legacy and a couple more EDH decks. That's when I built Sidisi.
Deck History
This deck is the next step in the evolution of my Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck. I originally built it after playing against a friend's Sidisi deck and because my other Sultai deck was a Tasigur cEDH deck, I wanted one I could play anywhere. Since my friend and I don't usually play in the same play groups (and he's now moved away) I built my own version.
At the time it played the 3 Praetors in Sultai colors, tons of Reanimation spells, Vampiric and Demonic Tutor and the Mike and Trike combo. The deck was consistent, could win games out of no where and generally hated.
After that the deck morphed to the previous version and while it was alright it wasn't as good as it was. I wanted to change it up but I also wanted to cash in on Sidisi's Zombie token ability more. I knew I would need more self mill, Zombie lords and MORE creatures (old deck played 26 and this version plays 40 so much higher chances of getting a Zombie token).
To achieve my plan I looked for creatures with abilities or ETBs to serve as replacements for the spells I stream lined my mana base - removed Reliquary Tower and Temple of the False God as they are not what the deck wants. All while keeping my Reanimator sub theme with the big fatties that everyone loves. On top of all that I brought back a combo to the deck because some times the game just needs to end.
At almost $1561 via TCGPlayer as of 12/20/18 this isn't a cheap deck by any stretch of the imagination. However with a few simple cuts you can bring the price down considerably. Replacing the ABUR Duals with either basics (worse case) or the Tainted cycle of lands will drop the cost of the deck by quite a bit and won't hurt how it plays. From there the next most expensive cards are Mox Diamond and Survival of the Fittest. Diamond could be replaced by another cheap mana rock or maybe a Chrome Mox. Survival of the Fittest could be a Fauna Shaman.
This deck is my favorite of all my EDH decks and as a result I've started to foil it out. I'll post pictures of updates as I get new cards.
Cephalid Coliseum - Taps for a does 1 damage to you. Then if you have Threshold you can pay :symu:, tap it and sacrifice it to draw 3 and discard 3. Good to dig a little deeper, get some tokens, etc. Plus we can replay this from our graveyard with some cards in the deck.
Gaea's Cradle - I'm sure this card doesn't need any introduction. Dead with no creatures on the field but can quickly add tons of mana once our engine gets rolling. On top of that we have ways to untap the land to get even more mana out of it.
Maze of Ith - Protects you from someone else's Commander or big beater. Can also be used to get the attack trigger from Sidisi and then remove her from combat.
Minamo, School at Water's Edge - Untaps Legendary permanents like Gaea's Cradle or Whisper, Blood Liturgist to use his ability again or even Sidisi to leave her up as a block.
Phyrexian Tower - Sac outlet that nets . This can be used as ramp or to get something in the graveyard.
Strip Mine - Sometimes opposing troublesome lands need to die. An auto include in any EDH deck in my opinion.
Sunken Ruins – Filter land, incredibly useful at times.
Tolria West - Find another land that you need for the transmute cost of :1mana::symu::symu:.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - You get swamp, you get a swamp, everybody gets a swamp. Synergizes with Filth to make your creatures unblockable. Be careful playing it thought because you might give someone else an advantage.
Volrath's Stronghold - put target creature card from your graveyard on top of your Library. There are creatures we want to cast and this will help us get them back to use them over and over again.
Creatures
Walking Ballista – Part of the Food Chain combo and an Infinite mana sink. Dump mana into him and pull a +1/+1 counter off to till the table is dead. Can also be cast to use as removal.
Birds of Paradise – the original 1 drop mana dork. Taps for any of our colors. Great mana fixing.
Caustic Caterpillar – 1 drop that has of activated ability of :1mana::symg: sacrifice it to destroy target artifact or enchantment. Some cards will nuke our graveyard and need to be removed, the Caterpillar does that.
Cryptbreaker – Discard outlet that makes tokens and provides draws cards. Incredibly useful once you're top decking.
Deathrite Shaman – banned in Legacy due to his power. Works as a mana dork, graveyard hate, burn and life gain. While I don't agree with the ban in Legacy, I'm happy I can still play him in EDH.
Stitcher's Supplier – ETB and LTB triggers to mill us and pump out more Zombies.
Aphetto Alchemist – An untapper that can target himself to mill our deck with Mesmeric Orb. Can also untap some our other creatures and lands to get multiple uses out of them.
Glowspore Shaman – ETB mill 3 and get a land back from our graveyard. This is any land, not just basics.
Golgari Thug – Our first Dredge card with Dredge 4. Plus when he dies you can put target creature card from your graveyard back on top of your library.
Narcomoeba – He's really not that great in EDH but I've had him get milled, come back instantly and slowly poke at opponents who can't deal with a flier and don't want to waste removal on it.
Satyr Wayfinder – Reveals the top 4 of our library and allows us to choose a land from among them. The other 3 cards hit the yard.
Death Baron – our first Zombie lord, gives +1/+1 and Deathtouch which can be relevant at times.
Diregraf Captain – our second Zombie lord plus when a Zombie dies target opponent loses 1 life.
Eternal Scourge – Part of the Food Chain combo and incredibly hard to deal with.
Eternal Witness – gets something back from our yard when she ETBs.
Merciless Executioner – ETB and forces everyone to sacrifice a creature. Deals with indestructible creatures.
Plaguecrafter – Same as the Executioner but hits Planewalkers – if that doesn't work then they are forced to discard. Once I saw this spoiled I had to include it.
Ramunap Excavator – Allows us to replay lands in our graveyard. Incredibly useful once our mill engine is up and running since we can keep making our land drops.
Stinkweed Imp – Dredge card number 2 with Dredge 5! Flys and has better deathtouch.
Filth – Gives all of our creatures swampwalk when he's in the graveyard. With an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth on the field our creatures are unblockable. Can be placed in the graveyard at instant speed with Entomb. This is usually never ever cast.
Whisper, Blood Liturgist – This card is awesome. Sacrifice outlet and Reanimation on on card. Alphetto Alchemist can on tap him so we can activate him again. I'm sure we'll have a couple spare Zombies or chump blockers sitting around.
Wonder – Gives all of our creatures flying when he's in the graveyard. Can be placed in the graveyard at instant speed with Entomb. This is usually never ever cast.
World Shaper – Mills us for 3 on attack and when he dies all of our lands come back in tapped. Easy to avoid the tapped part if we sacrifice him on the end step before our turn. With Mesmeric Orb in place this could mean a lot of triggers.
Doom Whisperer – Allows us to pay 2 life to Surveil 2. Flying and trample can be relevant too.
Golgari-Grave Troll – another Dredge creature, banned in Modern for being too powerful with Dredge 6! Not only that but he can be a big beater.
Sidisi, Undead Vizier – the alternate time line Sidisi. Basically Demonic Tutor on a stick.
The Gitrog Monster – All hail the Hypnotoad! While a powerful Commander on his own (I have a deck headed by him), he's awesome in this one. Sacrificing a land on upkeep is a minor downside since he lets us play another land but with all of our milling going on and lands hitting the yard, we'll get tons of card draw.
The Scarab God – I love this card. More instant speed Reanimation from ANY graveyard plus turns into a 4/4 Zombie. Some creatures might get downgraded but others will get a nice bonus. Then he drains opponents and lets us scry relative to the amount of Zombies we control on our upkeep. To top it all off if he dies he returns to our hand on the next end step.
Underrealm Lich – This card is bonkers. Anything that makes draw allows us to now look at 3 cards and pick the best one. Sylvan Library now lets us draw 3 cards and lose no life. Not to mention all the other card draw things in our deck.
Consecrated Sphinx – Our first Reanimation target. The card draw from this guy is bananas. He usually eats removal pretty quickly.
Grave Titan – Another awesome Reanimation target, sees play in Legacy for a reason. ETBs with 10 power across 3 bodies plus creates 2 more tokens every time he attacks, a win con all by himself if left unchecked.
Muldrotha, The Gravetide – Allows us to recast one permanent of each permanent type from our graveyard on our turn. Super powerful!
Craterhoof Behemoth – Everyone knows this card, classic win con. Has haste and gives all creatures +X/+X for the amount of creatures we have and trample.
Razaketh, the Foulblooded – Probably the best Reanimation target in the whole deck. Flying, Trample 8/8 but who cares about that, it's his ability that makes him bonkers! Pay 2 life, sacrifice another creature and search your library for a card, put it in your hand and shuffle your library. If he hits the battlefield it's game over because you can instant speed tutor up your combo pieces to your hand. What's that someone is going to remove him? Activate his ability in response at instant speed and still get the pieces you need.
Tidespout Tyrant – a classic from Legacy Reanimator. Cast a spell, bounce a permanent. Part of our Food Chain combo.
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger – Yes, I am a horrible person for playing this card but he's so good. Adds double the mana for us and keeps our opponents lands tapped down. His tap down effect lasts the turn after he leaves too.
Void Winnower – A very mean card that can lock some opponents out of the game completely.
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth – One of the Eldrazi Jesus or is it Jesi? Jesuses? Anyways, ETB draw 4, on attack blow up 4 permanents but the main reason he's here is for that last block of text, the graveyard shuffle ability.
Artifacts
Mox Diamond – The best drop mana rock as far as I'm concerned. Can power out Sidisi a turn or 2 earlier. Sadly the time to purchase these was yesterday as they are expensive. Consider selling a kidney for one.
Altar of Dementia – Sacrifice outlet that mills target player based on the sac'd creature's power. We are normally milling ourselves but with infinite tokens we can mill out our opponents.
Mesmeric Orb – Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that player mills a card. Each thing untapping is a separate trigger so if you untap 10 things, that's 10 triggers and maybe 10 Zombies with Sidisi on the field. Also allows us to Infinitely mill ourselves with Alphetto Alchemist.
Witchbane Orb – New addition, the curse removal could be relevant but it's mainly for the Hexproof to stop Bojuka Bog.
Soceries
Reanimate – The OG, :symb:, hits any graveyard in case you don't have anything good, steal your opponents stuff.
Regrowth – Get something back from the graveyard, incredibly useful.
Buried Alive – Puts 3 creature cards from the library into our graveyard – can set up an unblockable army or put something in to Reanimate right away. Great way to find and Reanimate combo pieces.
Dread Return – Another reanimate spell but it can only target our graveyard. The upside is we can flash it back by sacrificing two creatures.
Living Death – A new addition. Wipes the board and then brings all creatures back from our graveyard to play. It does the same for your opponents so hopefully they aren't playing a graveyard deck too.
Instants
Pact of Negation - Few counter spell that you have to pay for on your upkeep. Used to protect our win.
Entomb – I love this card! Put a creature card from the library into the Graveyard so it can be Reanimated.
Nature's Claim – Removes an Artifact or Enchantment, they controller gains 4 life. Not really a big deal especially if it takes out say a Rest in Peace.
Assassin's Trophy – The new hotness from GRN. 2 CMC and destroys target permanent. Sure you ramp them but who cares, you more then likely got rid of a bigger threat.
Cyclonic Rift – Probably one of the most hated card in the format when you are on the receiving end. 7 CMC to bounce the board back to their owners hands. Leaves your card alone however so it's great to clear the board before swinging in. Can also be used for it's regular cost to bounce someones troublesome permanent.
Intuition – I love this card, basically whatever my opponent gives me is a bad choice for them. Because I can still get stuff from my yard and put the card they gave me their if needed. Search for 3 cards, revel them. Target opponent chooses one, it goes to your hand the rest to the graveyard.
Enchantments
Animate Dead – Love this card, it's been around forever! Has a novel on it but basically Reanimates a creature from a graveyard, should the enchantment be destroyed the creature is sac'd. Creature gets -1/-0.
Survival of the Fittest – Another banned in Legacy card. Discard outlet that lets us search for another creature.
Sylvan Library – Allows us to look at the top 3 cards of our library on our upkeep. We can pay life to draw all 3. However with Underrealm Lich in play we end up looking at 9 cards, picking the best 3 and losing no life!
Journey to Eternity // Atzal, Cave of Eternity – One of the RIX flip enchantment lands. Attach it to a creature when the creature dies, it comes back along with the Enchantment now flipped to it's land side. As a land it allows us to pay 3BG and tap to Reanimate a creature. Enchant a creature with this and then sacrifice it to get the land flipped right away.
Greater Good – This is a great card. Draw engine and discard outlet. Sacrifice a creature to draw cards equal to it's power then discard 3 cards.
Planeswalker
Liliana, Death's Majesty – She's great in this deck. Not only does she mill us and create more Zombies but she can reanimate creatures from our graveyard and her ultimate is a board wipe.
Playing the Deck
]Strategy
I've outlined a game plan here but as in life, things do not always go according to plan and the same is true for this deck. You've got to take what cards you are given and sometimes Mulliganing down lower and lower will just make for a disappointing game. With this deck you need to think on the fly. Sometimes you get the nuts draw, land a turn 2 Mesmeric Orb and by turn 7 or sooner have over 20 Zombies to swing in and kill a couple of opponents or you are able to quickly assemble the Food Chain combo and lock everyone out.
Remember that you will not win every game and the main goal is to have fun.
The deck will win through a couple different ways. First is by playing Sidisi then your draw/discard, mill and Dredge cards to generate a large army of zombie tokens - give them some form of evasion via Filth in your graveyard and an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth on the field (doesn't have to be yours) or by having Wonder in the graveyard to make flying Zombies (there's a scary thought)- or even combine the two. If that's not enough you can also drop Craterhoof Behemoth to buff up your Zombies for a turn and Alpha strike some one or everyone.
There are now combos in the deck to help win. In keeping with the Zombie theme, the deck now plays Alphetto Alchemist and Mesmeric Orb Combo which will allow you to repeatedly mill your deck till you have an obscene amount of Zombies that can then swing in for the win.
The second way to win/combo is Food Chain and Eternal Scourge to generate tons of mana which you can only spend on creatures but that's ok! Then you can hard cast or reanimate Tidespout Tyrant then keep recasting Eternal Scourge to bounce the entire board. After that you can pretty much win at your leisure but if you want to keep your play group happy it's probably best to win quickly after.
If these wins cannot be accomplished then we go for our third option and use our Reanimator suite to start controlling and locking down the game with our Praetor and his Eldrazi buddy, Void Winnower.
From there we let our opponents waste resources dealing with these threats while we continue to beat face with Zombies.
Opening Hand/Mulligans
I like to see at least 3 lands in my opening hand, maybe another mana source such as a rock or dork, some way to start milling/dredging once Sidisi is on the field and some form of interaction (removal spell or something). My aim is to get Sidisi on the field for turn 4 at the latest. You can play Sidisi on turn 2 with the perfect hand – 2-3 Lands, Mox Diamond, Mana dork or rock.
Beyond this you can Mull but personally I don't like going down too low on cards because it can be horrible.
Early Game
As stated you want to get Sidisi on the field by turn 4 at the latest and start casting your mill cards to take advantage of Sidisi's Zombie token ability. The main goal here is to build a board, fill up the graveyard via Dredge and mill so you can start generating Zombies.
Be on the look out for anyone that is playing Graveyard hate – these people have to go first.
Once you start building a board of Zombies it's time to buff them up via a Lord effect.
Mid Game
By turn 7 you should have a fairly decent board state and don't want to fall to a board wipe. Some times depending on the early game your may have a rather large board presence do to all the milling and dredging going on. Plus if you've landed an early Mesmeric Orb you may have milled away your opponents answers to your board state. If this is the case then you might be in a position to close out the game now via combat with your Zombies, though you may need to buff them a bit more.
Failing that, this is a good time to cast a Reanimation spell targeting a Fatty in the graveyard. Who to bring back is specific to the situation at hand. Sometimes you need more mana and to slow someone down who has a Mana doubler out – this calls for Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger. Sometimes you just need to slow everybody's roll with a very annoying card, Void Winnower.
Late Game
Turn 10 and on it's a good time to close out the game. It's a good time to use Cyclonic Rift to clean things up so you can swing in or make sure your Zombies have evasion by having either Filth[/card] in the graveyard and an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth (doesn't have to be yours) on the field and/or Wonder in the graveyard for flying Zombies. Either hard cast or Reanimate Craterhoof Behemoth and swing for the fences.
You can also use the Food Chain, Eternal Scourge and Tidespout Tyrant combo to clean the board of all your opponents permanents, yes even lands. I highly recommend that you win very soon if not immediately after doing this as losing their entire board can make people very salty.
Combos
I've talked about combos a couple of times so far in the primer. Here I will go over the actual combos themselves and how to properly execute them.
Do not think this is an all in combo deck because it's not – yes I can tutor up the pieces but it's a bit harder because my Tutors have a high CMC being creatures. I play combos because sometimes the game needs to end and they allow me to do that, hopefully.
Food Chain Combo
This combo can pretty much end the game when fully resolved. Food chain allows you to remove a creature you control from the game (exile) to it to gain X + 1 mana (where X is it's casting cost) of any color of mana. Only use this mana to cast creature spells. What good is exiling the creature you ask? That's where Eternal Scourge comes in. He can be cast from Exile! Plus if someone tries to remove him in response he gets exiled! So each time you remove him with Food Chain you net 1 mana of whatever color, repeat ad neuseam till you have a large amount of mana of Sulti colors. Then feed said mana into an outlet.
The outlets are:
Tidespout Tyrant – cast him and continue to loop Eternal Scourge to bounce everybody's permanents (lands included) and beat face with all your Zombies and other creatures to close the game out. I recommend this as your first line before using the next outlet, just for safety.
Walking Ballista – funnel all that mana from Food Chain into this guy and then remove the counters to dome everyone at the table for whatever their life totals happen to be.
Tap Dance Combo
The name is corny but I can't think of anything better.
For this combo you need Alphetto Alchemist, Mesmeric Orb and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant on the battlefield. If you do this on someones end step you will have a large army up on your next turn to close the game.
Alphetto Alchemist can tap to untap target artifact or creature. We will tap him and target himself, let this resolve. Mesmeric Orb sees this and mills us for one, if we hit a creature then Sidisi, Brood Tyrant pops out a Zombie. Repeat ad neauseam. How do we repeat this when we will eventually deck ourselves you ask, simple – Eldrazi Jesus aka Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. He's got a handy line that reads 'When he enters the graveyard, shuffle the graveyard into the library.
This will give us an large army of Zombies to either swing out at our opponents with or we can simply sacrifice them to Altar of Dementia to mill everyone out.
Also got some game in yesterday. Finally got to play The Gitrog Monster, he's absolutely awesome with Sidisi's triggers, discard and dredging. I played World Shaper and sac'd him to Phyrexian Tower to get a huge mana advantage. At one point I was close to being decked by someone playing a Scarab God mill deck but I got to show the guys the power of Kozilek, Butcher of Truth shuffle trigger not once but twice thanks to Survival of the Fittest when I had only 17 cards left in my library. I finally closed the game by actually getting off the Food Chain combo finally.

I like having the two Eldrazi because there's been games where I drew one where it got stuck in my hand but didn't have to sweat it because of the other still being in the deck.

I've had Koz stuck in my hand but I can usually discard him some how (someone wheels, survival, etc).
I had him stuck in my hand one time, milling/dredging like crazy but managed to drop Craterhoof with a bunch of Zombie tokens on board to close out the game.

Nice turnout! How has your deck been overall? Have you been able to test/play with it much?
I've been playing some version of the deck for the past year. However the newest version has been the most fun/consistent.
I usually get at least 2-3 games a week with it as it's one of my favorite decks but I've got so many decks that I usually switch it up fairly often.
Now that all of Ravnica Allegiance has been spoiled I'm looking at slotting Prime Speaker Vannifar and Intruder Alarm into the deck.
Any help in coming up with B. Pod chains and sequencing?

I asked for the same advice in my own Sidisi deck
I've been reading up on darrenhabib's thread on Prime Speaker Vannifar which has been very helpful. I've also made a couple of posts on how with the bare minimum of what I have included in the deck you could abuse her in a single turn (without Intruder Alarm in play). With Intruder Alarm in play the amount of hoops needed to jump through drastically drops and it's even easier to accomplish. But the creature chains are there (off the top of my head):
Doing this chain shuffles the graveyard but not before getting you some more creatures. Meaning that you can continue activating Prime Speaker Vannifar for even more things and have a larger field. Muldrotha and Havengul Lich help reanimating things as well.

I've made 1 change to the list lately, cut Regrowth for Noxious Revival. The later is more flexible and can hit opponents.
I've got more foil stuff on the way so once that is here I'll update that part of the build.
I really like those potential cuts for the deck. All four swaps are upgrades, in my opinion. As to what to cut for Green Sun's Zenith I recommend Journey to Eternity. I tested it when it came out and was a bit lackluster. That fact that it's not a creature doesn't help it much, either.

I've enjoyed Journey so far every time I've played it.
I decided to cut Rune-Scarred Demon as there's other tutor effects but I'm not sold on the swap. Some people suggested Vorinclex but I can't bring myself to cut the last Praetor left in the deck.
Vorinclex is an amazing card if you’re able to get it out earlier. If you really like it, don’t cut it. Keep in mind that buddies might suggest you cut it because they more than likely hate playing against it XD.

Couple updates to the blinging out of the deck and storage
I printed a custom full art Sidisi a while back.
I also picked up some Ultra Pro Mini Snaps for all my Commanders. Previously I had them in top loaders which took up a lot of room and wouldn't fit in my Boulders. I was told that these would fit in Boulders as is but I had to modify them on my belt sander.

Introduction
Who is Sidisi, Brood Tyrant?

Other Possible Commanders
Tasigur, The Golden Fang
Tasigur is an amazing Commander. The Delve mechanic always keeps him at B or close providing you've got cards to exile. However Tasigur is more of a political, control, combo deck then a creature deck. Plus the whole zombie thing would be out the window.
The Mimeoplasm
Another great Reanimator Commander. However this Ooze is more interested in copying stuff in the graveyard and exiling it (we don't want to exile our stuff).
Muldrotha, The Gravetide
I'm not going to lie I jumped all aboard the Muldrotha Hype Train (for good reason). She is an amazing Reanimator Commander, you don't even need a Reanimation spell to cast something from the graveyard. There's no Zombie tokens popping out of her though. She is definitely one of the 99 though.
About Me
I recently got interested again by drafting Kaladesh block, all the artifacts brought back memories of Antiques block.

Budget Cuts
Single Card Discussion
Just Lands
Fetch Lands
Utility Lands
Nephalia Drownyard - :1mana::symu::symb: target player (you) mills 3.
Rune-Scarred Demon – Another Demonic Tutor on a stick.
Sol Ring – Because Sol Ring
Damnation – The black board wipe.
You can also sacrifice the Zombies to Food Chain as they will net you 1 mana each and follow the Food Chain outlets of Tidespout Tyrant and/or Walking Ballista.
That's it Hope you enjoyed my primer on my Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck!

That is exactly why I'm so opposed to removing Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre from the deck. The threat of decking yourself is very real and they eliminate that threat.

This is true.
I've had Koz stuck in my hand but I can usually discard him some how (someone wheels, survival, etc).
I had him stuck in my hand one time, milling/dredging like crazy but managed to drop Craterhoof with a bunch of Zombie tokens on board to close out the game.

I've been playing some version of the deck for the past year. However the newest version has been the most fun/consistent.
I usually get at least 2-3 games a week with it as it's one of my favorite decks but I've got so many decks that I usually switch it up fairly often.

I've got more foil stuff on the way so once that is here I'll update that part of the build.
I'm also trying to fit Prime Speaker Vannifar. Here's what I'm considering cutting:
Glowspore Shaman, Witchbane Orb and Tolaria West. This will let me fit Prime Speaker Vannifar, Intruder Alarm and Dryad Arbor. I also want to fit Green Sun's Zenith but no clue what to cut for that.

I've enjoyed Journey so far every time I've played it.
I decided to cut Rune-Scarred Demon as there's other tutor effects but I'm not sold on the swap. Some people suggested Vorinclex but I can't bring myself to cut the last Praetor left in the deck.

I've also got some new KMC Hyper Mat sleeves on the way to resleeve the deck.
