A lot of your lands. Evolving Wilds, Field of Ruin, Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge, Terramorphic Expanse. All seem like cuts for Basic swamp. Or The good fetch lands but you don't run Evolving Wilds in this list over a swamp. It's just going to slow you down a turn and you have enough tutoring that if you need a strip mine effect which is rare you can tutor for it.
I would fit Liliana of the Dark Realms as it is another way for you to on shot people. Also another reason to run heavy on the basics.
This list is rather explored already so you can find a lot of ideas. I like Ugin and Karn Liberated for these lists if you're going a more controlling route as they give you game against permanent types you are otherwise are blank to.
You have like 21 cards that cost you life to play (or equip such as Nightmare Lash), and no way to gain it back. If you're winning very quickly maybe it's not an issue, but...even something like using a Pristine Talisman every turn can help a lot.

I run a more vampire-centric version of this deck. Putting Nightmare Lash on a Vampire Nighthawk is great, also how about Kokusho, the Evening Star, Exsanguinate, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, or Tendrils of Corruption? With my deck I find instant speed removal a must. Maybe put in Tendrils and Hero's Downfall for a couple of the sorcery-speed cards.
I guess Petrified Field is there to recur Coffers when someone destroys it? Instead of that, just run more basic swamps and put in Cabal Stronghold.
Also try Moonlight Bargain instead of Necrologia. It's better to draw at the end of the opponent's turn.
