Take 1 Sidisi, Undead Vizier, throw in 59 Rat Colony, 39 swamp and 1 Thrumming Stone, cast your rats till you get 5 mana, cast Sidisi and exploit a rat for Thrumming Stone, cast it, then go nuts casting all your rats like a crazy person. Fun for the whole table.

It's weird, but this deck reminds me of the "51 Lands" deck. It's a weird wonky deck but it's so unexpected that most players aren't prepared to deal with it. Meh, I still think "60 Rukhs" is the purest form of this type of deck.
Added an Elixir of Immortality after realizing that Thrumming Stone lets me stack the remainder of my deck. I want my Rat Colonys to be Relentless. Now I only really have to worry about mass exile. Fortunately, the sort of effects that would destroy a deck like this in 60 card Magic are unplayed in Commander by virtue of the rules everyone else plays by. Shouldn't see any turn 0 Surgical Extraction.
