After looking on a EDH website for some recommendations, I have bought some new cards for my blue and white commander deck, and I need some advice on what to keep in, and what to remove. The goal is to use Medomai the Ageless' ability. I'm thinking about removing some of the lands for some more creatures. Are there other cards I can add to help?
Sorry, I'm a new player to MTG and I don't get what you mean when you say ramp friendly, voltron theme and going wide with fliers. Could you explain what you mean? Oh, and do you think I should add As Foretold? The EDH site recommended that too.

"Ramp friendly" would generally mean a deck that includes green, which gives you access to cards that "ramp" you in lands, or meaning they help increase the amount of lands you have access to. For example, Kodama's Reach or Sakura-Tribe Elder are cards that help you get more lands in play than your opponent, hence ramping you up into being able to play higher costing spells earlier than others.
"Voltron theme" is a style of EDH deck that is designed to attach a bunch of equipment or auras to one creature with the expectation that the one creature can attack for massive damage. You'd expect to attach cards like Sword of Feast and Famine, Swiftfoot Boots, Rancor, or Bear Umbra to your general, thus making your general big, scary, and hard to deal with.
"Going wide" is a term meaning a strategy devoted to attacking with a large number of creatures, and therefore having enough to damage an opponent despite them having some creatures to use as blockers.

Thanks for explaining. I might go use Medomai's ability to go both go wide and voltron. Is that possible? I need more creatures to do that right?
Yeah sorry about that, I just use MTG shortcuts, @Outcryqq sum'd it up pretty aptly.
As Foretold can be good, I think it will get you decent results but somebody at the table will get rid of it. It can win games if it stays around.

Medomai only has the restriction that it cannot attack which means that it cannot be declared as an attacker. If it is put into play already attacking or if is already attacking and then becomes medomai through morph or humility shenanigans then when it deals damage it will still trigger.

Medomai only has the restriction that it cannot attack which means that it cannot be declared as an attacker. If it is put into play already attacking or if is already attacking and then becomes medomai through morph or humility shenanigans then when it deals damage it will still trigger.
Step 1: Swing with Medomai
Step 2: Play Humility
Step 3: Move to Next Turn
Step 4: Swing with 1/1 Medomai with no abilities
Step 5: After it has been declared attacking cast Capsize to return Humility to hand
Step 6: Hit opponent with now Medomai again
Step 7: Repeat from Step 2

Step 3: Move to Next Turn
