The deck was originally a Breya, Etherium Shaper combo deck (well technically Sen Triplets but that didn't work out as planned) however one of my friends wanted me to try to make it 5 color instead of 4 to help increase the consistency so I figured why not run Reaper King over Child of Alara? He's actually much easier to cast from the Command Zone than Progenitus since the colored mana isn't mandatory on cast.
Strategy of the deck is to cast Reaper King from the Command Zone or cast him for only WUBRG with Fist of Suns to get the most use out of his Vindicate ability by making as many copies of him as possible or by turning all my creatures into Scarecrows with Arcane Adaptation and Conspiracy in order to get more Vindicate triggers.
Any other help, advice, and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Well there is a lot going on here, super hard to completely break it down, but here goes some advice.
Grand Architect with Pili-Pala makes infinite colored mana. Grand Architect is like a Sol Ring on its own, as you can tap it straight away (summoning sickness doesn't care) to cast an artifact, super powerful card in artifact decks.
Hey, I'm rarely on the forums, I just wanted to see if people liked twilight prophet, but ran into this thread. I dont have a ton of time to go into a detailed response, but there are ways to abuse Reaper King you missed. Scarecrone being a huge one that works wonders in any artifact deck, plus also works here.
Scare crows also have two mana dorks you can abuse and make top decking not an issue because they'll vinicate, or you can recur them to have vindicate on sticks; Scuttlemutt and harvest.
If you want to spot any other neat tricks, check out my unofficial primer on Reaper King, since its my main deck which I update after a new sets release... aka what I'm doing right now :P. Its a theme deck, but there are some neat tricks in it.
Since I'm building this deck for a friend of mine he willing agreed to ditch the Artifact Good Stuff aspect of the deck while focusing on a much similar build to yours with some expensive cards taken out for cheaper ones with Saffi Eriksdotter in place of Loyal Retainers. Fist of Suns seemed like a perfect fit for helping to get around Reaper King's 10 CMC while we're going to be adding in other cards to it as well. I wanted to add more graveyard protection where I've only been able to add Elixir of Immortality. Might cut Worldly Tutor for Primal Command while finding a way to squeeze in either Barishi or Rooting Kavu.
I also needed to tweak the mana base to help fit my budget which is why I didn't include the ABU Duals, Fetches, and Filters. Also managed to shake up the Planeswalker lineup a bit by adding in Garruk, Caller of Beasts (for tutoring creatures) and Saheeli Rai (for Vindicate triggers with Reaper King on the battlefield) even though they aren't on flavor. I almost got stuck wanting to run Hell's Caretaker with Symbiotic Wurm to combo off with Reaper King especially with Necrotic Ooze copying Hell's Caretaker's ability.

For me I fixed my mana by being a basically a mono black deck with 4 splashes... but when doing mana for 5 color decks, I usually focus on mana rocks and green land fixing. The more mana rocks and land effects you can grab, the more 5 color shenanigans you can constantly fire off. It takes up deck space though, which is the downside.

Open the Vaults is similar to Scrap Mastery, and if you manage to combine with Krark-Clan Ironworks you can do some broken stuff.
Martial Coup is nice with Arcane Adaptation or Conspiracy with Reaper King as you get to blow up x other permanents. Anything that makes tokens is worth looking at to make the Arcane Adaptation killer.
Trinket Mage helps with mana, you can even get an artifact land with it.
Phyrexian Metamorph can go infinite with Sharuum the Hegemon and with Arcane Adaptation you can blow up all opponents permanents. Plus Phyrexian Metamorph can be a one off destroy by cloning Reaper King.
Isochron Scepter literally only can be paired with Cyclonic Rift and Constant Mists, which is just not good enough to warrant
Holy Day and Darkness are very underpowered.
