This deck is built around Mirror Mirror and giving an opponent a deck that can't possibly win. Sure this deck looks sweet and has awesome cards but it can't actually win the game. It will simply deck itself with style. Since the deck has no recursion for artifacts it's very important Mirror Mirror is not stopped or I'll be playing the deck that can't win. Vedalken Orrery and Leyline of Anticipation are there so I can sneak it into play EOT, Common Courtesy can stop the dreaded Krosan Grip. Other than that the deck doesn't do much other than tutor, draw cards and kill stuff. Since Commanders don't change control I made sure there weren't ways to produce mana other than U or B so they won't be able to cast their commander. If you see any possible way to win with this deck, even through convoluted means, that doesn't require opponents to kill themselves, please let me know so I can make adjustments.
The deck looks sweet. I think you could win off controlling the game, and decking the other opponents, while using Necropotence to prevent drawing your last card. It would be hard, but the quality of control in the deck could mean that you could pull it off. I wouldn't mind be given the deck for the challenge. I imagine a well timed Cyclonic Rift, with Mana Drain imprinted on Isochron Scepter, with Voltaic Key backup is what I'd aim for. With so many tutors...
So weirdly enough Mirror Mirror doesn't exchange exiled cards. I was thinking with Parallax Tide you could remove all your land in response to Mirror Mirror and then you'd get them all to your new zones after the exchange on the opponents turn, because the fade counters are gone. But I can't imagine being able to cast Mirror Mirror and Parallax Tide in the same turn, so you'd likely only have 4 counters, as you can do the activation of Mirror Mirror in your upkeep before the second counter is removed. But this would probably give you the time to kill your own deck before they can get a foot hold. Plus the 4 extra lands is always nice.
@Jivan: Shared Fate is a card I've played in a different deck that has no win cons and I've won with it so I'm thinking it's too dangerous. I think I have the critical mass of tutors I need but I'll definitely add Necrologia over Necro, that's a good call on both your suggestions I need to make sure they can't stop from decking themselves. Plus there is a LOT of nonbasic hate in my group I need to be wary of making Tainted Pact a scary proposition. Getting X in my hand before the swap is pretty funny I have some bounce spells I will try it.
@darren: Good call on Necro. I did notice it doesn't swap exiled cards but wasn't sure how best to capitalize on it. I think it's trying a little too hard to make the best card in my deck better when simply swapping decks with someone should be sufficient most of the time.

Go full singleton with Tainted Pact. Also add Necrologia.
You should also find a way to get X into your hand so you can use it when you switch bodies.

Good suggestions guys I appreciate the feedback.
