I'm kinda new here, this is my first post actually. So hey mtg salvation!
I lurk in the shadows a lot and read a lot of but never have actually gotten my stuff together enough to post something. This is a deck that i've been working on since I started playing magic. It's developed alot from a vintage-budget-goblin deck to a commander-tribal-goblin deck and eventually going through devour-tribal with Thromok The Insatiable as my commander to pretty much one shot someone on the board with Fling or Chandra's Ignition.
Essentially what I have going on in here: I want everything to die except Kresh. I'm gonna put out some tokens, i'm gonna sac those tokens for something devour-esk and then i'm prolly gonna sac that to feed Kresh along the way. It's obvious from the get-go that I want to play for speed and I want to aggro before forts get put up or I get locked out. It's a great one-v-one deck in my current playgroup and the shop that I play at and the three-four player games I get into, it does okay. When I say okay i mean: sometimes i'm a monster and I wipe the whole board and sometimes I get ganged up on and easily elimianted and sometimes I don't have the gas in my tank to even get started.
This deck is fun if:
(1) You want to be a threat
(2) You want some small combos
(3) You like big creatures
(4) You kinda like chaos
What I'm here looking for is some help:
(1) I'm looking for budget-esk recommendations (I'm not buying Gaea's Cradle), but would love some $50-250 improvement recommendations.
(2) Any long standing 'Jund' players have any feedback on how to improve the deck with some synergies?
(3) Anyone have any great combos that work for them in a similar deck?
Lose the Signets for mana dorks, when they die you get triggers/counters. Selvala, Heart of the Wilds is insane for this deck, as is Berserk.
There is a cheaper doubling season for tokens in Innistrad, would make sense to use as well. Parallel Lives, almost forgot the name. Darksteel Plate helps protect Kresh. Dictate of Erebos gets killing done. Craterhoof Behemoth makes tokens a real threat, then can sac for bigger gains.
With all these counters, would Winding Constrictor be good for you? Also, depending on the density of your sacrifice fodder, would creatures like Blood Artist be worth it?
Definetely need to pick up Berserk and prolly every other card you guys mentioned except Parallel Lives. I run that in another token deck and its kinda a staple in that deck. I never really think about Darksteel Plate and Dictate of Erebos - thats just having two butchers of malakir!!
Woooo another Kresh deck and a goblin subtheme to boot, that's interesting. I will take a deeper look when I get home from work but my first thought is there seems to be very little card draw. Garruk Primal Hunter would probably be a great addition as he gives you another card draw option and makes tokens.

Personally I prefer the Dictate - it has flash and is cheaper. Also harder to kill, which is great considering you want as many triggers as possible.
With a goblin subtheme, how would Mogg Infestation play out for you? It'll either make Kresh enormous or give you a swarm. It's a high risk/high reward sort of card, but could good. Yet to playtest in my version, but I'm excited about the possibilities.
