I finished my version of this deck a while ago and I've been tweaking it a little. I included Avacyn, Angel of Hope instead of Darksteel Forge. My reasoning for this choice is that Avacyn is a huge flying threat that can also hold equipment where Forge doesn't do as much. She also has the added benefit of making all your stuff indestructible. Shes weaker to removal like Path and Swords but shes a bigger impact on the game if she survives.

I am running Avacyn too. I agree she's much better than Darksteel Forge. I've taken the forge out recently and replaced it, the signet, cluestone, cultivate, and kodama's reach with 1 toughness mana dorks so I can get some more drawing power with skullclamp. The more testing I did, the more I realized the card draw was spottier than I thought.
Do you think metalworker would be good ramp in this kind of deck given the number of artifacts?
Hmm, I think it would be fine not great. You'd have to accept some level of variance. More often than not you'd probably only be getting a mana or 2 but could also get a lot more in the right scenario.
My current decklist, I'm going to be testing with this for a week or 2 and see where I can apply improvement or if I just need to overhaul it completely. This list basically started with stuff I had around for my hypothetical Sram deck that I was supposed to turn into a voltron deck to compare it to my friend's Storm variant. I ended up liking Nazhan more so here I am. I am still very on the fence when it comes to Avacyn, she's just so expensive and I still need to add more ramp. I decided to run no to very little rocks and focus it primarily on getting lands out as much as possible, tho I still need to find the right balance for this concept.

Do you think Whispersilk Cloak has a place in this deck? I know you mentioned being worried about being chump blocked, hence why you added Loxodon Warhammer. The cloak also makes chump blocking irrelevant. I know the shroud will suck when you want to load up more equipment, but I think you can just play smart to avoid issues.

Yeah, definitely has a place if you are willing to put up with the shroud. I do find myself stacking equipment on one creature usually though. Shroud is the reason I ultimately didn't go with it.

Let us know how the testing goes. I found my biggest issue was card draw and I'm thinking that may be something you struggle with as well after looking at your list. I also ended up cutting Panharmonicon after testing. There are some good ETB creatures but I didn't feel there were enough. Good luck!
Hopefully it can give inspiration and perhaps help me fix some issues
Thanks for posting. Seeing a lot of similar cards across all of these decklists which isn't too surprising as there are definitely some cards that are "best" for equipment. Mirrorworks is interesting to me. I'd be curious to know if you feel like you have enough mana to make it worth while after you are able to play some games. Also, not sure the board wipes that save one creature for each player are necessary over normal wraths as yoy should be having an indestructible creature anyway. Let us know how it goes.
This is a really dead post, so I apologize in advance, but I wanted to share my ideas and this seemed like a good place!
I've been using the Feline Ferocity deck, with Nazahn as my commander. I've changed up the deck after a bit, and I've put in Helm of the Host. This has worked out really well, and sadly it puts an enormous target on my head from people who understand what I'm doing, but just attach the helm to Nazahn and, every turn, you get another Nazahn, and therefore another equipment! Turn six, the helm, turn seven, Hammer of Nazahn, and then turn eight, Swiftfoot Boots or something of the like with hexproof/shroud, and now you have a hard (or semi-hard) to kill combo with millions of equipments! After that, get a card to make artifacts indestructible and now you have a serious force to be reckoned with, and since Nazahn is a commander, he can likely one-shot people in EDH if he has enough equipments on him.
Once again, sorry for the resurrection.
