I would say a pretty standard cat list with a few exceptions. I have probably a low cat count honestly but the noncats I've added have HUGE utility. I would find it tough to cut them as I personally don't care about strict cat only tribal. There are a few other cats I want to add and probably will once I pick them up or can find room. Those being: mirri, cat warrior and temur sabertooth. Sabertooth can do some nutty things with ETB guys as one can imagine.
I currently have 12 equipment and that seems fine. I would like to try some other equipment out like swiftfoot boots and depending on how the deck plays (once I get a bunch of reps in) some of the more "obscure" equipment. With all the tutoring and recursion (nahiri) perhaps I can cut a couple. I would like to get a green sun's zenith in there but as of now I have survival over it and that seems fine.
things I love: I like the way the deck plays. sometimes it's all aggro all the time but it can also just be super voltron. Recruiter of the guard has been pretty fun for me as it can fetch 18 creatures I just wish it could get the top end guys (outside nishoba of course) but all the guys he can get are the high utility cards. whitemane lion and temur sabertooth play very nicely with it. I've been wanting to play a deck with nahiri in it for a while and this is just a perfect shell for it. The deck is generally pretty easy to play and doesn't do anything inherently busted so you don't lose friends playing it. Some hands you get though can just be straight unbeatable.
Seems your deck focuses more on quantity of cats and then pumping them via anthems, so in your case I would probably try to get a few more in.
Have you considered using Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist as your commander? It makes blocking an army of cats really difficult if they can only block with one. The thing with Arahbo, is that you are limited to pumping only one cat with his first ability and then you are limited by your mana for his second ability. So it's difficult to pump more than two cats at a time.
Another thing, is you probably don't want anymore than maybe 10 equipment in the deck. Since they are all mana sinks, I don't think you would want more than 2-3 on the board at a time (unless maybe somehow you have an extreme glut of mana and literally nothing else to do with it.) I would max out tutors (enlightened Tutor, Steelshaper's Gift, Stoneforge Mystic, Stonehewer giant , Taj-Nar Swordsmith and Nazahn, Revered Bladesmith.) and focus on grabbing the absolute best equipment every game.
If you want some advice as to what to cut:
- Sigurda's Aid: This helps out only a few cards in your deck. It might trigger once or twice in a game if you get it early. But I don't really think it's worth a card.
- Sword of Body and Mind: Milling someone 10 cards might actually help them immensely, since I've never met a commander deck that doesn't use it's graveyard at least a little bit, plus getting a 2/2 body is negligible. Pro blue and green are probably the least significant colors to have protection from.
- Sword of War and Peace: Conditional burn damage will rarely gain you any sort of value, conditional life gain even less so.
- Door of Destinies is kind of swingy. If you get it early followed by a few cats it could be good. Get it late or on an empty board and it's kind of bad. I prefer Coat of Arms for the immediate pump.
- Not entirely sure about Bloodforged Battle-Axe. You have to be able to get through to get copies and it's really mana intensive to only pump power.
thanks for the insight. I've been toying around with which commander to play with. I will admit my deck is pretty half aggro half midrange/voltron? I like arahbo in the fact that he does just pump 1 guy meaning after a wipe I'm not totally screwed plus being able to get in early for more damage is relevant. I'll have to test with mirri as I haven't tried her as the commander yet. My meta usually has a lot of board wipes so arahbo's passive is pretty important.
here's my problem with sigarda's aid. It is indeed a super swingy card but if you do get it early or even midgame it does free up a TON of mana. I can see it being replaced with steelshaper's gift, that seems like a fine trade. I do like having the redundancy it provides. Plus as a rare but fun side bonus, it's pretty bonkers with the battle-axe. Speaking of which I forgot to put that card on the chopping block as well. I haven't gotten a lot of testing in with it yet. The couple times it was out it was fine but not absurd. I'm going to test it a little more.
I don't own a coat of arms otherwise I would add that over door for sure. I do hate math and that card can be annoying to keep track of but that's not a knock to the card itself. I like the war-pride, that's neat. As for the 2 swords I can def see cutting the B&M but for me W&P's pro colors are what I find important. My meta typically has a lot of Wxx and Rxx decks. It does beg the question if +2+2 and pro colors is worth the cost of the card.
I'll have to find some more room for a couple removal even something like wraths. I added walkers over them but it may be wrong.

And added the resource generating Jedit Ojanen of Efrava to make sure we always have a Cat (I figured if Brimaz makes it in, then should his big brother.
Trimed Out Sword of Feast and Famine and Sword of Light and Shadow since it tends to be awkward to target an equipped cat with any of Arahbo's Abilities and we usually only have one or two cats to target at a time. Might be a mistake though, we'll see.
So with help of many others around the forums. I was able to make some card choice cuts and got it down to 100 cards. This time I think it'll be the final list for awhile. At this point i'll make small card changes based on a large sample size of testing.
Survival of the fittest: This may seem odd for some people, however, there are only two cards you actually would want to fetch, Sun titan and Eternal Witness. Any other creature doesn't really matter as long as its a cat. So the fact that you have to use two cards to fetch one and limited ways to get card advantage back from survival means it's really not that great here. I mean why discard a cat just to get.....another cat? Who cares! they all get pumped by Arahbo, so anything else is just gravy.
Worldly Tutor: Same as Survival, nothing particularly great to fetch and incurs card disadvantage.
Lost Leonin: had ideas of an alt win-con with him. Grafted Exoskeleton is infinitely better for this role and is much more tutorable.
Jedit Ojanen of Efrava: Was described by someone as half a Grave Titan trigger with a Torpor Orb out. Honestly, for how much you pay to cast this, it really doesn't do that much, its slow and doesn't have the potential for blow outs like Nacatl War-Pride does (just wait till I have Aura Shards or Qasali Slingers out when the War-Pride is out. Oh Boy.)
Deck runs perfectly, like a well oiled machine, only change I've made is swapping Jazal Goldmane with Leonin Warleader Jazal was just a random efficient dude, but his ability is seldom useful.
The Warleader gives me more cats without casting more creatures andthey have lifelink on top of it, which is pretty sweet.
So, I've got this new trend I've been doing with decks that I've been adding sidedecks (such as wish boards and contraption decks) to kind of gets some play variations and have more options. there's often rules for wish boards with a 10 card limit.

What I would consider Adding:
Nacatl War-Pride: All the tokens get pumped by your anthems, can really be broken with Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist or Coat of Arms, heck even Door of destinies gets busted with it.
Temur Sabretooth: Yeah, it's really bonkers here. Protects itself and other things, abuses ETB triggers and is a decent body for its cost.
Steelshaper's Gift: Probably can't go wrong with another good tutor.
Path to exile or Oblation or Beast within or Song of the Dryads: Basically a few more good problem solvers wouldn't hurt.

I also added some more ramp in Nature's Lore, Cultivate and Kodama's Reach.
I also swapped Lightning Greaves for Swiftfoot Boots for similar reasons.
Tweeked my land base to include more basics for all the ramp cards and to make Emeria, the Sky Ruin better.

Oblation: I have enough removal with Swords to Plowshares, Path to exile, Beast within, Aura Shards, Qasali Slingers, Stalking Leonin, Qasali Pridemage, Ulvenwald Tracker, Krosan Vorine, Austere Command, Tragic Arrogance and to a lesser extent Umezawa's Jitte, Sword of fire and Ice and Nacatl War-Pride. Letting my opponent draw two isn't great and every other removal I have is either more efficient or has a dual purpose.
Song of the Dryads: I think the sorcery speed really kills this, that and the fact that it can be naturalized
Survival of the fittest: This may seem odd for some people, however, there are only two cards you actually would want to fetch, Sun titan and Eternal Witness.
