So, until recently, I had a Big Dumb Eldrazi deck headed by Animar. It was very combo-oriented, and I wanted something a little less reliant on the Commander that wasn't quite so fragile, but still saw benefit from casting Big Dumb Stuff. I decided to create the most boring deck possible, where you cast giant creatures that are hard to deal with on every turn (including your opponents' turns), and turn them sideways to win. I had most of the expensive pieces for this deck in Animar already, and needed the RG lands elsewhere, so I decided to go with Rashmi, Eternities Crafter as the Commander since I was running her in Animar, anyway. So, without further ado, I present the list:
You might be reading the list and thinking, "Okay, I can see the reasoning for some of these choices, but...what the hell was he thinking for these others?" I'd be glad to enlighten you as to the methods behind my madness. I'll list out my different card categories and lump the relevant cards in with a brief explanation afterwards.
Pretty self-explanatory. These are some of the hardest creatures in the game to get rid of, not only for their overall mass, but also for their abilities! Indestructible, Hexproof, and Shroud were the keywords I looked for, here, and anything additional (such as Stonehoof) was just a bonus. I considered Blightsteel Colossus for the deck, but...I honestly just don't want to buy a third one! I can beat face sufficiently without it. Darksteel Colossus was a consideration, but it feels out of place, here.
I threw in all of the EtB land fetch creatures because a deck like this needs a solid and reliable means to power out its fatties early, and this gives me additional value if I happen to proc one off of Rashmi's ability after dumping a big guy onto the board. I originally had Sakura-Tribe Elder in here but I decided he didn't make the cut because I prefer my rampers to have the ability to potentially block more than once after they've hit the field. I considered running each of the three "fetch 2 Forests" cards (such as Hunting Wilds) but I decided I want Primal Surge to be more effective, and I already run 9 non-permanents, which feels like a lot in this deck. Into the Wilds is a nice way to fix whether or not I waste my draw on something I won't be able to cast by merit of it being a land and has the added benefit of being passive ramp. Conduit of Ruin is a nice way of ensuring an Ulamog hits the board shortly after it does, as well as enabling me to cast my big creatures sooner, and Krosan Drover has the second benefit, as well, though it applies to all of my big creatures and not just the first one I cast every turn.
These are the cards that either get me what I need to cast or combo/synergize off of doing what the deck does...which is draw cards and drop fatties. I decided to include Zendikar Resurgent in here instead of as ramp since it's a 7 CMC card and I mostly use it to draw cards off of getting creatures - the mana doubling is just an added bonus. With the loss of most of the Eldrazi I was running in Animar and the loss of R in the deck, I unfortunately no longer have access to Emrakul's Influence or Temur Ascendancy, both of which were great to have for further combo madness. I also considered Regal Force here, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price tag, nor am I sure what I'd cut for it. Expropriate also catches my eye, but then I also run into the issue of increasing my non-permanent count, and again, not sure what I'd cut. Enter the Infinite seems good here since I'm also running Omniscience, but a Toxic Deluge or Torment of Hailfire seems like a game over in that situation. Probably not worth a non-permanent slot in the deck, especially since it's so damn expensive to cast (though I guess that's not really a problem if I'm casting it off of Omniscience). I was running Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time here, but decided to cut these in favor of permanents that further my gameplan.
These are the cards that let me cast on other people's turns and when I run out of stuff in my hand, enabling more Rashmi triggers and further value. I briefly considered Paradox Engine for further madness, but decided I wasn't running nearly enough mana rocks to effectively utilize it. Another card I considered in this role is Sword of Feast and Famine, but it feels out of place in this deck. It is here that I lament my inability to run Prophet of Kruphix.
These are the cards that, as the name of this section implies, cheat things into play. You'll note I included Myojin in here as well as in the Fatties section, simply because it functions as both! I've considered Quicksilver Amulet here, and again, my issue is being unsure of what to cut. Champion of Rhonas did some work in my test game with Rashmi where it powered out a T4 Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre with Swiftfoot Boots out. It also combos nicely with Seedborn Muse. Myojin, Genesis Wave, Primal Surge, Selvala's Stampede, Omniscience, and even Defense of the Heart can all be considered win conditions. I like win conditions. I had Artisan of Kozilek in here because it was a big guy that gets a free cast off of most of my deck from a Rashmi trigger, and grabbed something from my graveyard, (plus, who doesn't love having Annihilator?) but ultimately decided to run a different fatty, instead. Lurking Predators is self-explanatory. You want to cast your stuff? Cool - be prepared to face down more monstrosities.
Asceticism offers additional protection to my Indestructible guys, as well as a change to save my Shrouders/Hexproofers from destruction, making them even HARDER to deal with, as well as the additional benefit of keeping removal away from Rashmi! Sensei's Divining Top is basically a must-have in this deck, as it fixes my Rashmi triggers to ensure that I almost always get a successful cast off of her ability. I shouldn't have to explain to anybody ever why I would include Cyclonic Rift in a deck that runs U cards. Originally, I had Akroma's Memorial, Swiftfoot Boots, and Lightning Greaves here, but after some deliberation and recommendations, I cut these cards in favor of streamlining the deck a bit.
I think I've covered every card that isn't a land or a mana rock, here, so let me know if you have any comments or feedbacks.
(I'll be honest, this deck is mostly my excuse to have a deck with Simic Sky Swallower in it, which was the first rare I ever pulled from a pack when I started playing Magic!)

I played against a Rashmi deck this weekend, and Mind's Dilation is nuts. With it out, and when an opponent casts a spell, you get to cast their top card, and then Rashmi triggers off of what you cast from your opponent. Pretty cool interaction, and would fit nicely in your "Value" section.

I think As Foretold would be good in your deck. In terms of other cards you've considered, I guess I'd take a look first at cards that are passive and do not add to what your deck is trying to do, even if they're good in a vacuum. Your big fatties are good, especially the ones that grant your other guys an ability or have evasion, but the fatties that are only hexproof like the behemoth and Plated Slagwurm are cuttable from my perspective. I like most of your other choices and the cuts would be more difficult. Though your commander is strong and you want her to stick, you've got enough ramp that mana shouldn't be a problem, so I think Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves are cuttable.
For the shoes: You don't think they're worth keeping around for when I plop out something Indestructible?
I think I'll be able to make a better assessment of what should be cut once I've played the deck more. Unfortunately, I've made the decision to draft this weekend (sweet Chandra playmat at stake) rather than play Commander, so I won't be finding out too terribly soon X[

I somehow forgot Lurking Predators was a card. I think dropping the shoes and putting in Dilation and Predators is a good call, here.
Edit: I'm grudgingly dropping Akroma's Memorial for Top. I picked up a Quicksilver Amulet, as well, so I should probably cut something for that, too.
I'm still super reluctant to cut any of my beaters, though. Especially since it feels like there are so few of them.
I feel like maybe I should drop Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time for Quicksilver Amulet and As Foretold? After all, I'm going to have TONS of cards with the recent additions, and that will increase my permanent count for Primal Surge.
Yeah. I think that's the call.
I'll update the list and sections probably tomorrow.

Hi! I recently it occurred to me to create a deck with Rashmi and I found this post yours and I liked it. I will have it as a reference. Have you continued modifying it lately?

In terms of the shoes, they're essentially a haste outlet for some out-of-nowhere damage when you drop a fatty. My assessment of this deck, both from your list and also from my experience against a Rashmi list recently, is that you will always be drowning in cards. Given that, I expect you will have a neverending onslaught of creatures to attack with. Though the shoes are cool and useful, I think those slots, if devoted to more threats or more efficient was to put them in play, would make the deck stronger.
