First time using this site so bare with the bad formating.
My name is Luna, and i wanted to make a deck that has never been seen before in commander, i came up with a Lands theme but, not like the mono green or mono red versions we are use to seeing, but rather a collection of 50 lands which all have a very important roll in your deck. the deck is really fun to play, and everyone i play say they have never seen a deck like mine before, so i thought i would share it with everyone
Win-Con #1 Dark Depths+Thespians Stage= Free Marit Lage Token 20/20 Flying Indestructible, now give him Double Stroke with Sunhome Fortress of Legion, and play your Commander Saskia, kill two birds with one stone dealing 80+ damage among the two players.
Win-Con #2 Only used if they have gained infinite life or has exiled your Dark Depths combo, i use Inkmoth Nexus and Kessig Wolf Run, this deck can accelerate really fast to get enough mana for the one shot 10 infect.
Alternative Win-Cons will be creature beat down which includes Emrakul, the Promised End, his ability to take control of a players turn is INSANE, and i play him in my other decks, he usualy only cost 8-9 mana.
The Engine is composed of any "play additional land a turn" and Life from the Loam. Theres plenty of ways to get Life from the Loam in your graveyard/Hand, Gamble, Entomb, or any hard tutor. Any cycle lands or Horizon Canopy will get you a lot of cards in hand, or if youre playing a 2-3 player game, being able to wasteland/stripmine 2-5 times a turn with Crucible of Worlds is really annoying for your opponents.
Secretly The Gitrog Monster is one of the best value cards in your deck, and most players will not know until its too late. Cycle any lands turns into draw two instead, sacking Flagstones of Tarkir or Drownyard Temple is major value for his upkeep effect. Dredging Life from the Loam will most likely put a land into your graveyard so you will draw another card. When this creature survives a turn, you can always fill up your hand. Don't forgot he also lets you play additional land a turn and some people forget that with this dude since it has so much text.
What do i tutor in the beginning? you may be asking. well game plan number one is get your Engine online, so i usually will tutor for Exploration, i know Azsua is a better target, but creatures are much easier to kill than enchantments, so i go for that first. If you have a 'Play additional land" card already, then tutor for Life from the Loam.
Removal package, you may notice my removal package is almost all Exile effects, and theres not too many. With there being so many tutors in the deck its easy to find, and if you cant tutor you can just cycle through your deck to get to them. Merciless Eviction is not a card to pass up if you have extra tutors, it has saved me numerous times, and sometimes you do lose some of your own stuff but its worth it.
Playing with players who havent seen your deck is great, currently Saskia isnt a Commander that many fear, and so your soft combo with Thespian Stage and Dark Depths is safe and unknown, but on game two you need to be careful, you will become the target, and they will start using their exile spells on your lands which is bad, so i normally make sure i have Wasteland to keep my land from getting exiled, if its destroyed its fine. Ill also keep a cycle land in hand when Life from the Loam is in graveyard to prevent it being exiled with opposing Bojuka Bogs.
Future add ons im going to try is Moat, Sandwurm Convergence, and Academy Rector to creature a lock out for your opponents, i also would like to add 1-3 more utility lands, i keep the deck at 2 basic to take advantage of Path to Exile on your Marit Lage or if you somehow dont have delirum for Traverse the Ulvenwald.
Please comment below with ideas you have, i will greatly appreciate it. Thanks for reading
First, welcome to MTGS.
Second, I love your deck! I have formatted it for you below. If you use the "quote" function you can see how I wrote it (or cut & paste it).
I run a similar deck with Child Of Alara It's pretty different because five colours gives me access to things like Accedemy Ruins and Tolaria West, and Intuition; but more so because the frequent board wipes discourage me from running very many permanents. Beyond that we use a lot of similar strategies. I always like seeing alternative Lands builds - I'm going to link your list in my primmer.
If Marit Lage is your main win condition, you might get use out of Sejiri Steppe. Rubblehulk is a good card if your secondary win condition is Inkmoth (and a good card all around, it can really take people by surprise).
I'm out of time, but if you follow the link I posted I discuss a plethora of cards that might (potentially) also be good in your deck, if you are interested.
to be honest i forgot about Eladamris Call and will defiantly make the change, thanks for the suggestion. now with the fetchlands, i found my mana to be on point in every game, and i already deal enough damage to myself as it, so i didnt find the need to add more fetchlands, i did have more, i think about 8 or more but it was too much
Crimehead
i have thought about a 5 color general to really take advantage of all the cool lands out there, but i actually really need Saskia effect to take down to players easily, its a big help if one player has fliers in the way too.
Sejiri Steppe has been on my mind a lot but theres not a ton of ways to get it on the field at instant speed, but i might try it out
i really like the Rubblehulk addition but the inkmoth nexus finisher is a little mean, and sometimes i just dont want to be that guy haha but if they gain infinite life well (mama said knock you out) lol
thanks for adding my list to your forum, i will check it out

I'm not trying to convert you, just thought you might enjoy the deck individual card discussions.
Child Of Alara is pretty good and getting rid of blockers, but your general is fine. The entire point is to play a lands based combo/control deck. The commander is a means to an end.
Sejiri Steppe has been on my mind a lot but theres not a ton of ways to get it on the field at instant speed, but i might try it out
Instant speed is great, but even just dropping it "au natural" on your main phase (before combat) will stop blockers. I could see it being awkward though, especially without bounce lands.
deck has been updated, but with hour of devastation coming out, there're a lot of good cards i want to add
im also planning on trying Atraxa, switching red for blue, this would only use atraxa for her colors rather than her as a heavy played commander like Saskia.
i will post the list soon for redless lands
