First things first, I'm going to recommend swapping out Torch Gauntlet for Silver-Inlaid Dagger. I don't see humans at a glance, but it costs less for the same thing.
I'd also suggest Grafted Wargear over Murderer's Axe, as I can't see the point of you discarding cards except possibly Bruna... which one possible discard reason isn't reason enough in a commander deck.
Since you haven't edited your first post, I can't see for sure, but the first time you can defend yourself is... turn 3 with Illusionary Angel? Sure this is commander so you should survive until turn five to start playing any other creature, but you should have some sort of defense. Try Angelic Wall for your theme or Caltrops. There are a bunch of good defenders that are 1-2 mana in your colors from the Tarkir block.
Righteous Authority might be a good card, as well as some humans if the deck is too slow to start. Angelic Overseer fits the mood and Avacynian Priest is an oftern under appreciated card. On the human route Spare from Evil is a stupidly budget/CMC cheap card that dodges so many bullets for all of your creatures. Favorable Winds might help, considering your current creature base.
What are the issues you are having so that we may focus on those instead of just poking around?
Welcome to the format and forums! We've all been there - your deck looks a bit like a "Blessed vs Cursed" deck with whatever spare cards you had lying around tossed in to make a 100 card Commander list. I think step one is to figure out a coherent strategy (or strategies), and start cutting cards that don't support that and adding cards that do. To do that, let's start with your Commander.
Geist of Saint Traft is a Spirit and a Cleric in White/Blue that creates Angels; these are all possible tribal angles we can explore. As a cheap Hexproof creature, Geist is a natural target for Auras and Equipment, and can easily do Voltron kills. He wants to attack, so a deck loaded with cheap creatures and Saboteur effects can be quite strong. White/Blue, meanwhile, is a natural fit for a Tempo-control playstyle that supports those ideas, or for a Blink/Flicker/Self-bounce gameplan (although commanders like Brago, King Eternal[/b] or Lavinia of the Tenth or Rasputin Dreamweaver are a more natural fit for such a strategy).
You have a little bit of all of that going on, but considering you own Gisela and Bruna and I imagine want to merge them, an Angels and Humans theme alongside Voltron attacks with good Auras, Equipment, and Saboteur cards seems like a direction to pursue.
Here's a list I recommend. I tried to keep 60% of your current cards, and all recommended additions are less than $2 a piece so you can pick them up, slowly but surely.
Sundial of the Infinite bears some explanation; it is a cheap way to just say "stop it" to anyone trying to use a fetchland or instant or flash creature on your turn, as you can end your turn in response and they won't get anything. But alongside Geist (or his invocation), you can activate Sundial in your end step in response to the trigger to get rid of the angel...which lets you keep the angel forever. This also works with Herald of the Host I think, but you have to deny yourself a second main phase which makes it less great. You can also use Sundial + Flickerwisp to permanently exile any permanent, but Flickerwisp is just a generally solid creature.
Long-term you will want to consider some expensive staples particularly in terms of better card draw, answers, and angels, but this should be a start. Good luck!
