Adding Rishkar's and Yahenni Expertise could be nice addition. Also, Grim Flayer seems like a great card to play. I look forward to seeing where you take this deck.
Thanks!
Grim Flayer has been suggested a couple of times. Honestly, I don't think he's good for the deck. Sure, delirium will be activated and he can help filter the top three cards. But by the time I get delirium, a 4/4 trample is not that impacting in a multiplayer 3DH game. I'm looking for creatures that make an impact when they enter and/or leave the battlefield.
Rishkar's Expertise is a bit overcosted and creatures don't get big unless they're all entering the battlefield. So I think I'll pass on that. However, Yahenni's Expertise seems like a great card to consider. I give a significant decrease to creatures' p/t and I can cast Living End without the suspend, essentially bringing back all those creatures that died due to the -3/-3.
I'm gonna print this out and hang it on my fridge.
But adding Hermit Druid just made it into another Hermit Druid deck.
There are two ways to fix that. The first, obviously, is to just cut Hermit Druid. Another option, though, is to play it as a fair card by finding room for 10-12 basic lands in the deck. That's kind of a tall order given the deck's colored mana requirements, so the druid should probably just go.
Yeah, I think I'll maintain a version without Hermit Druid and a competitive version that runs it. The deck isn't super fast but when left unchecked, it's very consistent. So much looting and wheeling means that Hermit Druid is bound to eventually appear (and rather quickly, as well). Bothrecruiters help in obtaining Hermit Druid, as well. I found that I added many cards to make the Hermit Druid endgame more consistent. For example, here are the latest changes:
Renegade Rallier helps get Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth into play from the graveyard. Combined with Filth still in the graveyard, my horde is unblockable. Treasure Hunter helps get Phyrexian Altar back into my hand. Tireless Tribe is a super cheap creature to cast with a free discard outlet for getting things from my hand to my graveyard without the need for looting and/or wheeling. Basically, the other wincons have pretty much been scratched altogether.
However, if I want to add the other wincons back into the deck, I just have to take out Hermit Druid and most of the cards that make that approach more consistent. The deck is super fun to play and I plan on writing up some excellent coverage on both approaches. I don't know how viable Budget would be in a 4-colored deck, but I try to make a budget version of every single deck I'm serious with so that everyone can enjoy it. It's also a great personal challenge to do so! But I will definitely make a version without Hermit Druid that has additional wincons all while staying within the theme of human tribal reanimator.

So I add in some anthem like affects.
Yeah, that's the idea I was running before Hermit Druid. I actually played a game a while back with the Hermit Druid version and won in turn 5.
Purphoros was the first wincon I had. It's just so great with blowout wins. However, it's not a human so it's difficult to reanimate. I was considering adding Academy Rector as a way to cheat Purphoros into play when it dies. Zulaport Cutthroat is also a great wincon. For beatdown all you need is Champion of Lambholt and Goldnight Commander. Your creatures become ridiculously large and, since Champion is gonna have a ton of +1/+1 counters on it, your horde is unblockable.
The good thing about the deck is that people don't expect it. And with Saskia in play, you don't really need such a large army. You only really need to be able to give enough combat damage to one opponent because that way you take out two of them at once.
I'm happy that this idea is actually a good one. There's so much to do with reanimation with Saskia. Thanks to being able to have access to most of the wheeling spells and mass reanimation spells, it can get pretty ridiculous.
One thing I was tinkering with in a version without Hermit Druid is Morality Shift. I could basically cheat anything into play with Splendid Reclamation for lands, Rise of the Dark Realms for creatures, and Replenish for and enchantments. With all the mana you can generate by recycling your creatures, this will undoubtedly be some epic winmore. Oh, and super possible to pull off.

I apologize in advance, but because I don't see another Saskia thread/primer in these forums and I don't feel like posting my own thread atm, am I able to ask questions about my own deck here?
I can post a tappedout decklist.

Yeah, no problem. The deck is running so smoothly and I really like the unique concept I have so hopefully I expect to eventually write out the original post in primer fashion like my other decks. Any contributions are welcome!

So I've been experimenting with different builds and modifications of this deck and I decided to try the infect route. Screw the haters who may cry about the 10 infect damage wincon but its the only type of damage that doubles with Saskia's trigger and seems like the fastest way to kill someone. Previous non infect iterations of the deck seemed to come out of the gate quickly and aggressively, but would pewter out mid game and I'd die when everyone stabilized. I literally had games where I was winning with 38-40 life while my opponents were in single digits, but they caught up and ganged up on me after being hit equally.
I'm only running the best infect creatures (mostly ones that can kill in one swing with a damage doubler, so 5 power or more) and no, I'm not planning on spending money on a Blightsteel. The rest of the non infect dudes are there for support or make good targets for Phyresis and Glistening Oil.
Most of the land base is the ideal land base used for Cockatrice testing and not likely to be the exact version in paper, but I wanted to eliminate manascrew as much as possible for testing purposes.
Any suggestions on how to improve this would be appreciated.
Hey, winning is winning. If you win via infect, so what? You're well within the rules. As far as budget not being a concern, Sneak Attack into Blightsteel Colossus does kill two players at once.
From your decklist I see that you're not running reanimator or the same style of deck as I am; you're going a different route. Have you tested the deck at all?
My YouTube Channel: The Commander Tavern - a channel I just started where I'll post deck techs and gameplays. Please support by checking it out. Maybe you'll like its content and subscribe! Thanks!
Yes I am using a completely different strategy from yours, but kudos for the unique deck design.
Thus, no reanimation spells, but from what I gathered thru early testing on this version was that either I lost thru not finding my 4th color quick enough to stabilize, (despite optimal fetches and 8 ramp spells, gotta love the RNG) or opponents left or kicked me out of the room when they saw I was playing infect. Sometimes man, people on Cockatrice, geez. Its a game, get over it.
I did manage to win a few games but only 1 or 2 was really due to infect damage. And when I went into a room titled "competitive edh" with 3 people I promptly got handlocked from leovold.
So really its up in the air still. In theory I like the balance I have thus far because I'm not gonna play all the weenie infect creatures and a lot of regular creatures are just good value, so on the surface it seems like any game could go either route as far as how I win (reg dmg or infect) when I only run about 8 infect creatures plus 4 ways to give infect to any creature.
I guess without more testing it might be hard to give suggestions but I'm basically looking for any cards that I might have missed that should be included in here. Again, not gonna buy a blightsteel or any eldrazi, but anything else is fair.
What about Golgari Thug? Dredge is a great way to fill up the graveyard and you've got all the tools to abuse it. Putting Magus of the Wheel, Eternal Witness or some such on top could potentially be useful and even though he moves around the graveyard like a zombie Golgari Thug is a human.

The difficult thing with infect is that you have to be able to get the damage in. I have an Edric Spymaster of Trest deck and one of the wincons is infect via Triumph of the Hordes. Giving your creatures infect out of the blue is not as menacing as dropping into play a couple of creatures with infect on them.
I think that the infect method is making your combat phases subpar since it'll be quite difficult to get the damage in. You have to find someway to make your creatures unblockable. It's not impossible in a nonU deck, but it does take the extra effort.
And yes, in Cockatrice people can sometimes get douchy and whiney. I don't know why since it's not a tournament and the cards are free and it's free to play. I just don't let the ragequitters get to me.
Golgari Thug is a great suggestion. Even if it were in my hand, it's cheap to cast and a great chump blocker. Hmmm, I'd have to test it to see how it works out. I could possibly see it in the non Hermit Druid version of the deck.

Since your build revolves around getting combat damage in, I would definitely try to be as consistent as possible. Having more ways to deter blocking or pushing the attack through is a must. I would also add more ways to pump creatures, even it's a global pump spell like Path of Anger's Flame, Borrowed Grace, etc. so that you get that extra umph needed to secure the 10 poison counters.

was looking through some other lists randomly and came across Patriarch's Bidding, another Angel of Glory's Rise... could be considered if people start running Torpor Orb and stuff... and it could be better than Living Death since most other people don't run tribal, i dunno about your meta though
That seems like a great suggestion. However, either way Torpor Orbs ruins almost all of my creatures since they have ETB trigrers so it's more problematic than simply hindering Angel of Glory's Rise.

Did you consider playing Archangel Avacyn, she is just awesome for protection
No, I haven't considered Archangel Avacyn. I'm already running Sigarda, Heron's Grace for protection and as long as the human goes to the graveyard, I can always reanimate it, so I'm not that worried about protection.

Combat Celebrant provides an additional combat step which is potentially just winmore. When my creatures are all reanimated they enter pretty beefy so they'll pretty much win in the same turn. That being said, it could make for a great safety net just in case.

Uba Mask should be considered in any wheeling deck. It is such a beating and it keeps opponents off reactive removal, and you can actually just grind them to dust with Geier Reach Sanitarium and Mikokoro, Center of the Sea. It seems like it's going to hurt you disproportionately, but when you actually play it you gain so much information about their draws and they can't grip permission. You'll draw a lot of heat, I recommend it highly.

Here's the latest version of the deck. I made some slight changes to try and have it more streamlined. So far I'm focused on the Hermit Druid version of this deck. It's what's worked best and most efficient. That being said, once I get that down, I will work on a build that isn't as linear (in other words, no Hermit Druid) but that may take more work since it won't be as ruthless. I may go down a different road entirely and make a more budget friendly version (if possible). I have many ideas floating around in my head, so I have to take things one step at a time. When I have more time later on, I will explain all the changes made since my original inception of the deck (as well as provide a decklist by function). Without further ado, here it is:
