Been wanting to build a +1/+1 counters deck for quite a while now (long before Atraxa was released, in fact). There's already an Atraxa and Ezuri deck in our meta: and since I already have a four-color list, the best general I could think of was Jenara. She's a mana sink for the lategame, and can apply pressure even early on. This is still heavily a work-in-progress, so I invite anyone who swings by to leave a suggestion or two for what to cut and what to include.
I'm looking for a few more late-game bomb creatures, particularly ones that are on-theme. Any suggestions?
Does this deck have enough card draw? What about ramp?
I've found this deck is quite weak to board wipes. Besides the standard advice to not overextend, what measures do you think I can include to add a bit of resiliency? (I generally want to go tall, not wide.)
Any of these would be fine. Rashmi doesnt fit the theme of the deck.
Rafiq wants you to go tall and Archangel wants you to go wide so they don't work well together. In that case either one could go depending on if you want to focus your deck on either path.
The High Sentinels are big and spread counters around but they ask for a lot of mana.

(W/U)(W/U)Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage: The New da Vinci (historic control)
(W/B)(W/B)Teysa Karlov: Death Be Not Kind (aristocrats)
(R/G)(R/G)Hallar, the Firefletcher: Yavimaya Burning (kicker and counters)
(B/G)(G/U)Sidisi, Brood Tyrant: Queen of the Damned (dredge)
Maybe Build
(W/U)(U/B)Aminatou, the Fateshifter: And a Child Shall Lead Them (superfriends)
Never been fond of Bairn, since the most reliable way of tapping him is throwing him into the red zone, where he'll almost certainly die. Vorel's a more tantalizing option, but right now I'm pretty well stocked on 3-drops, so it'll be hard figuring out what to cut for him if anything.
I considered Township, but I decided that I'd almost always rather use any mana I'm holding up on Jenara. She's the best mana sink this deck has available.
Ajani, MoH is definitely more enticing, though... If it weren't for his current price tag I'd jump on him, but right now I'd need to find cuts before I seriously consider him.

Fertilid is one of those cards I keep going back and forth on, but never settle anywhere. What would you recommend cutting to test it out?
