Hi everyone, I just need some help removing cards from an EDH deck I'm trying to put together. Sorry, I'm still new and am having a hard time removing cards because my brain keeps coming up with arguments to keep the ones I want to take out. lol. I'm also not sure if I have enough land (or too much) either or the right mix.
There are 125 cards right now and I'm having a hard time getting it below 120. If you guys could let me know which ones you think I should take out among the ones below and the reason why you think so I would really appreciate it! Thanks ahead of time to anyone who is willing to help me out! XOXO.
The nerd in me - I love trivia games, and I'm really starting to like Magic.
My Cali-girl side - I love shopping, beaches, Louis Vuitton, Pink by Victoria's Secret, Sephora, Forever 21, Lululemon, Zara, and lots more. Oh and shoes!

Its generally easier to view your deck list if it is broken up somehow. Adding separater sections for lands, creatures, instants, etc. would be a good start.
Here is a breakdown (more for myself so I can read the list):
As to your request, I first see Maze of Shadows. Is there any particular reason you are running that? It seems that it would be better off being basically any other land. And, I would at least add in Hallowed Fountain and Prairie Stream if you are going to run that many fetches. I also think 42 lands is too many and that you could cut it down to 35-37 or so, especially with your artifact ramp.
Before I offer any other suggestions, it might be good to know what you are trying to do with this deck. It seems like a lot of "goodstuff" cards without a core theme tying anything together. Either approach is fine, but if you are trying to go more of a stax or tax build, I don't want to suggest cuts that go against that.
As wizard said before me, maze of shadows seems loose. Cut that for maybe celestial colonnade and cut down your land count to around 37. Sword of Kaldra should go, feels out of place and the other pieces of kaldra aren't in the deck. Darksteel Forge, Master Transmuter, and Blightsteel Colossus feel wrong as well Telepathy does not look very good here. ( or ever, in my opinion) Wall of Glare just does not make enough of an impact.
The equipment package also looks just shoved in there. I don't know how I feel about it.
I only had Maze of Shadows because I thought it would be nice to have a Maze of Ith that produced mana since and decided to keep both. Especially since I never see creatures with shadow. Or maybe I should remove one of them?
I had 34 lands before, but was never able to use my spells because I was always missing an island or Plains and had to discard a lot of cards. So I added a lot more, maybe I went too far with 42. I was told that having at least 40 is usually the best way to go.
As for the deck, I try to have cards that are good independently or work well with 1 other card in a combo, having combos that rely on 3 or more cards to work really well isn't ideal because you're not likely to get them all out at the same time. So the deck I guess is more getting as much mana out as I can quickly so I can actually use my spells and not discard them. I thought having Land Tax would help.
So maybe I need to have more of a theme then? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks again Wizard!

Thanks Schultzwald! I've had other people say to get rid of telepathy, I guess I just like knowing what is in the other players hand. Maybe Gitaxian Probe instead if there's room?
I only put Wall of Glare in there to pair with Darksteel Plate, for an invincible wall that can block all creatures. I can still use Darksteel Plate with Iona and Avacyn.
Thank you so much Schultzwald!

Considering you never see creatures with Shadow means Maze of Shadows is basically a Wastes. I agree with Schutzwald's assessment of the cards in their post. Those cards just seem too weak and below I go into a little mre detail on some of them.
39-40 is probably viewed as the baseline (I generally run 38 or 39). However, you need to consider mana curve (my new Alesha deck runs 37 since the curve is so low) and mana rocks. You have quite a bit of artifact mana which is why I think 37 is the highest you want to go.
Wall of Glare isn't that good. Yes, combined with Darksteel Plate, it presents an unkillable (kind of) blocker. But it doesn't do anything against flyers and it requires Plate to be good. You want things that do something on their own and I don't think Wall of Glare does enough on its own.
Regarding your question on theme: you don't need a theme. I was just wondering if you had one. UW Goodstuff is good enough if that is the route you want to take (I know a few of my decks don't care about the general at all), but I assumed with Grand Arbiter that you wanted to do more with his ability. Maybe you are just looking at the cost reduction which is fine too.
This went on really long so here are some suggestions wrapped in spoiler tags. Not everything is meant to be an absolute, but I just wanted to offer thoughts on some cards and you can decide where to go from there:
High Tide - This is better in a storm or combo build as it is a one shot effect. I am not sure how often you are really going to make use of this.
Disenchant - I would swap this out for Return to Dust. You hit 2 things instead of 1 (assuming you cast it during your Main Phase) and it exiles so it gets rids of Gods.
Orim's Chant - Not sure how I feel about this. This again seems more of a combo/control card that you use the turn you are going off. As a spell to just stop an attack for a turn or stop spells for a turn, you would be better off with Silence (hits all opponents; though I still wouldn't run it) or Comeuppance (white fog that helps stop the next turns attack as well).
Time Warp - I have never liked extra turn effects, but I think if you are going to run them, I would run Temporal Manipulation and Capture of Jingzhou over Time Warp (budget concerns aside of course). Mostly because Time Warp can be Misdirected while the other two can't.
Angel of Serenity - The mana cost on this is high and I don't feel it pulls its weight. I have tried slotting it into decks but never felt like I was getting all I could out of it. False Prophet is much better (though you have to watch your board state).
Chancellor of the Annex - This is fine with a more "tax" build in mind, but for a build with big creatures (which is where yours seems to be headed) the 1 mana tax isn't often relevant.
Leonin Shikari - I agree with Schutzwald that the equipment package seems "tacked on". I would just cut it entirely since your creature suite is pretty good without it. You are trying to ramp into an 8/8 Indestructible Flyer; I don't think adding +2/+2 and protection to that will ever end up mattering.
Master Transmuter - This seems slow and you don't have much for artifacts. I am not sure if her ability will ever be better than just casting the artifact you are trying to cheat in.
Vendilion Clique - I am not sure this is all that relevant (same argument as that for Telepathy and Git Probe). Even potentially removing a threatening card in their hand isn't going to matter much in multiplayer EDH.
Aether Vial - The majority of your curve is at 1, 2, and 4 with 5-9 having a few here or there. I am not sure Vial is really going to do much. You might be better off just ramping more with stuff like Burnished Hart or Solemn Simulacrum. They are slow(-ish) but might be fine for your meta (expcially with your artifact ramp).
Crawlspace - I am not sure this is really needed. It doesn't protect your walkers and you are trying to go above your opponents already. This one is dependant on your meta though so if you feel that there are a lot of "aggro" decks that are just too fast for you, it may still be worthwhile.
Greater Auramancy - You don't have nearly enough enchantments to make this worthwhile. It doesn't protect itself so it just makes opponents use 1 extra spell to get rid of this first.
Telepathy - I agree with Schutzwald's assessment on this one. Knowing what is in each other player's hand isn't actually that good. It is nice to know for sure, but it is almost never worth the spell slot in your deck. Git Probe is probably even worse since their hand changes and you only see one person's hand. I wouldn't worry about that aspect to be honest.
Here are some additions you can think about:
You are already running Path to Exile so Swords to Plowshares should be in the list too. False Prophet - (See above) Duplicant - Gives you a colorless way to deal with opposing creatures (like Iona). Karn Liberated - Another colorless way to deal with anything on the board that is posing a threat. Gauntlet of Power, Saheeli's Artistry, Copy Artifact, Sculpting Steel, Phyrexian Metamorph, & Transmute Artifact - I see you are already running Caged Sun and these gives you duplicates. I included all the ones I run in Thassa to get me as many Caged Suns/Gauntlets as possible. Transmute Artifact just makes it easy to turn a late game Sol Ring into a Caged Sun (or saccing a Solemn Simulacrum to turn into a Caged Sun).
"Timetwister effects" - (See above) Sword of the Animist - Helps ramp assuming you have a creature to attack with. Terrain Generator - You are playing quite a few basics, so this offers a way to ramp when you have open mana.
Wizard has basically said everything I could suggest. I was on mobile at the time of my previous post and making long posts can be difficult, sorry for not going into more detail.
But some other cards to consider are Sphinx's Revelation and Supreme Verdict both of which not only are great in my 'S' tribal deck, but are very good U/W cards in general.
Anyway deck looks like fun and will certainly be a force to be reckoned with once you make all your cuts. Good luck
Cards I'd remove: Maze of Shadows: Does not synergize with the rest of your deck Disenchant: have you considered Aura Shards? It's a repeatable version High Tide: do you have the combo in there? If so, I didn't see it Fabricate: great card, but none of your artifacts are "must have" for you to win Ponder: you already have more quality card draw/selection Archangel of Thune: I didn't see a lot of lifegain in the deck, and I didn't see a combo with it. Otherwise, it's just a solid beater, which can be cut Baneslayer Angel: Again, great flying beater, but you already have a lot of heavy-hitters; this guy is outclassed by what you already have access to in your deck Wall of Glare: If you find yourself with too high of a mana curve, you can find some better options for early protection that do more than just block. Darksteel Forge: Your artifacts are powerful, but your deck doesn't depend on them. This is not required. Chromatic Lantern: It's a great card, but you're in 2 colors and shouldn't need the fixing. I'd replace this with any 2cmc rock, maybe a signet. Telepathy: It's just not worth a card slot in multiplayer, in my opinion. Dovin Baan: Could easily be replaced by Baby Jace, since you should only be using it for card draw.
Good suggestions. I might keep a couple of cards I really like, but will probably remove a majority of all the recommended cards and add some of the ones you suggested too. Thanks for helping a girl out! I appreciate it.

The tiny tom-boy in me - I always have fun fishing with my brother, and still love playing tennis
Do you think I should add Divinity of Pride? An 8/8 Flying, Lifelink for 6 cmc seems good, I'm not sure though.

You can't. Divinity of Pride is not legal in a Grand Arbiter deck since it is black. You would need a general that has a black and white (at least) color identity to run it.
Oh, I thought you only had to have one of the colors since you can use both. Another thing I didn't know. Thanks Wizard!

Ok, I took most of your recommendations - thanks again! - and here is the revised version. I added a few more based on what you guys said and it looks like I need to take about 11 more cards and I'm done. Any more suggestions?

Torrent Elemental is not legal in your deck, because of the black/green hybrid symbol in its text box.
Debtor's Knell is not legal in your deck, because of the white/black hybrid symbol in its mana cost.
I'm not sold on Distortion Strike in this deck, since none of your creatures need to hit your opponent for their effect.
I'm also not sure that Panharmonicon is worth it for six cards (Snapcaster, Venser, Duplicant, Solemn, Sun Titan, and technically Deadeye seem to be your only hits).

Scientists have calculated that the chance of anything so patently absurd actually existing are millions to one. But magicians have calculated that million-to-one chances crop up nine times out of ten.
Hi Nate! Thanks for the help. What should I replace Panharmonicon with? Hmmmm.

I don't know if Akroma's Memorial fits in a deck like this. Narset Transcendent also looks like it could be cut. 16 instants and sorceries and some of those don't even want rebound. Yeah she could draw you a couple cards and could hit her ultimate, but there might be better options
Some of your creatures seem a bit weak. For example, archangel of thune is kind of unimpressive if you're not trying to go wide (you're trying to go tall with fatties rather than a bunch of smaller creatures and buffing them. If you only have two other creatures out, then you attacked with a 3/4 flier to give a permanent +3/+3). You also only have 3 other creatures with lifelink, so it isn't like it will get out of hand crazy quickly. It would be excellent in any kind of deck with a theme of gaining lots of life. Similarly, baneslayer is an efficient beater, but that's all it is. Your other fatties have far more impact in a multiplayer format (and the need to)
Similarly, sun quan, lord of wu seems unimpressive as well as deadeye navigator. Both are excellent creatures in their respective decks, but you aren't trying to go wide or nuts on the ETB effects. If they aren't going to go the jobs you need them to, then they aren't really worth it. In a good stuff deck, you really don't want dead topdecks, and most of the time, these probably will be.
For the planeswalkers, for what has been said already, I agree with. However, I would likewise consider removal of venser, the sojourner and gideon jura. Gideon is excellent one on one and in 60 card constructed. However, a 6/6 for 5 that bends over with a giant red target on his butt won't cut it in edh. Venser is much the same as deadeye navigator. You don't have things you really need to blink, most of your fatties already have evasion, and his ultimate, while excellent, doesn't seem horribly likely. He will be a big fat target as soon as he hits. Better to remove him, I think.

False Prophet - (See above)
Duplicant - Gives you a colorless way to deal with opposing creatures (like Iona).
"Timetwister effects" - (See above)
Sword of the Animist - Helps ramp assuming you have a creature to attack with.
Terrain Generator - You are playing quite a few basics, so this offers a way to ramp when you have open mana.
But some other cards to consider are Sphinx's Revelation and Supreme Verdict both of which not only are great in my 'S' tribal deck, but are very good U/W cards in general.
Anyway deck looks like fun and will certainly be a force to be reckoned with once you make all your cuts. Good luck

Maze of Shadows: Does not synergize with the rest of your deck
Disenchant: have you considered Aura Shards? It's a repeatable version
High Tide: do you have the combo in there? If so, I didn't see it
Fabricate: great card, but none of your artifacts are "must have" for you to win
Ponder: you already have more quality card draw/selection
Archangel of Thune: I didn't see a lot of lifegain in the deck, and I didn't see a combo with it. Otherwise, it's just a solid beater, which can be cut
Baneslayer Angel: Again, great flying beater, but you already have a lot of heavy-hitters; this guy is outclassed by what you already have access to in your deck
Wall of Glare: If you find yourself with too high of a mana curve, you can find some better options for early protection that do more than just block.

Narset Transcendent also looks like it could be cut. 16 instants and sorceries and some of those don't even want rebound. Yeah she could draw you a couple cards and could hit her ultimate, but there might be better options
