Hello everyone. As soon as I saw the Partner mechanic spoiled, I knew my next Commander deck would be a Partner Commanders deck. I just needed to figure the commanders. I was sure Tymna the Weaver would be one of the two commanders and wanted the other commander to have some synergy with her. Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist was an immediate choice since he helps me to generate card advantage the same way Tynma does and WUBR is the best 4 color combination IMO.
The idea is very simple, use small unblockable creatures, cast your commander/commanders to draw cards and assemble a combo. Sounds very simple and it is. Since you're playing small creatures, you'll never be the biggest threat to the table, just hit other players with your unblockable creatures and have fun. This deck is very new so I've just played it for a while but it's actually very fun to play,I had a great time playing it and got many wins.
History/Bio
The first time I played EDH was a few years back when I unboxed the Heavenly Inferno deck, my Commander Kaalia of the Vast. Since then I discovered that my favorite wedge is Mardu. Other Mardu commanders I've played are Alesha, Who Smiles at Death and Zurgo Helmsmasher and I was going to build a deck around Queen Marchesa, since I got her recently, but I wanted a 4 color deck (she is in the deck tho).
This deck wins mainly with 2 card combos, there are many ways to tutor them and you will draw lots of cards. You can Buried Alive pieces of the combo and Reanimate them or just draw them, it's easier than you think. I guess is possible to win a game without a combo but I've never done it since get a combo before.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion: Remove the +1/+1 counters from Triskelion and remember to use the last counter to kill Triskelion, Mikaeus gives Undying to Triskelion, repeat.
Baleful Strix: You can use to attack early game to attack and draw with the generals in play since it has flying, draws you a card and you can use it as a deathtouch blocker later.
Daxos of Meletis: Can't be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater and you get to steal cards from your opponents and gain life.
Dimir Infiltrator: Unblockable turn 2 drop, you can play one of your generals turn 3 and start drawing. The deck has 7 2 CMC spells, can be transmuted into a Cyclonic Rift if needed for example.
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser: Whenever a creature you control deals damage you get to goad or steal cards from the top of the deck, your creatures are unblockable, they will deal damage.
Inkfathom Infiltrator: Unblockable turn 2 drop, you can play one of your generals turn 3 and start drawing.
Invisible Stalker: Unblockable turn 2 drop, you can play one of your generals turn 3 and start drawing.
Vela the Night-Clad: Intimidate for your creatures and they lose 1 life everytime one of your creatures leaves play. Also thinking of runiing Rite of Replication.
Buried Alive: I love this card, tutors to the graveyard but you can play with the graveyard. Can be used to tutor parts of the combos and reanimate them. I usually use it only when I can win or when I have Alesha in play.

Even tho I love the Mardu wedge, my all-time favorite commander is Zur the Enchanter. I also love the Esper shard, I've also played Oloro, Ageless Ascetic, Sen Triplets, Sharuum the Hegemon and Sydri, Galvanic Genius.
I also had a lot of fun playing with Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, Bruna, Light of Alabaster, Daxos the Returned, Narset, Enlightened Master, Nekusar, the Mindrazer and Sedris, the Traitor King. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't usually run G in my decks (except for my Omnath, Locus of Rage deck which I really love). Having a WUBR deck just feels right for me.

Combos:
This deck wins mainly with 2 card combos, there are many ways to tutor them and you will draw lots of cards. You can Buried Alive pieces of the combo and Reanimate them or just draw them, it's easier than you think. I guess is possible to win a game without a combo but I've never done it since get a combo before.
I'm thinking of running Vela the Night-Clad + Rite of Replication, not an infinite combo but it's a 2 card combo.
Card Choices:
Lands:
I not going to talk about the choices here, I{m just going to say I never have mana problems.
Creatures:
Alesha, Who Smiles at Death: this deck runs 26 creatures, Alesha can reanimate 21 of them, many of them unblockable or with ETB effects such as
Baleful Strix and Solemn Simulacrum.
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker: Part of one of the combos.
Kor Cartographer: The deck has 3 non-basic plains that can be tutored to fix your mana if needed.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed: Part of one of the combos and gives undying to some of your creatures.
Mirror Entity: Makes you unblockable cretures big.
Oreskos Explorer: The deck has 3 non-basic plains that can be tutored to fix your mana if needed.
Pestermite: Part of one of the combos.
Phantom Warrior: Unblockable, can be replaced.
Pilgrim's Eye: Flying and tutors a basic.
Queen Marchesa: More card advantage by being Monarch, with unblockables you will get the crown back even if you lose it.
Reveillark: Reanimateds 21 of the 26 creatures of the deck when it leaves the battlefield.
Shadowmage Infiltrator: More cards.
Solemn Simulacrum: Solemn Simulacrum.
Sygg, River Cutthroat: Even more cards EOT, it can be replaced for a better card as well.
Thada Adel, Acquisitor: At least one player will run Islands in every game and you get to steal artifacts.
Triskelion: Part of one of the combos.
Vela the Night-Clad: Intimidate for your creatures and they lose 1 life everytime one of your creatures leaves play. Also thinking of runiing
Rite of Replication.
Weathered Wayfarer: Get lands.
Zealous Conscripts: Part of one of the combos.
Zur the Enchanter: I love Zur, he has flying and can tutor Aggravated Assault, Necromancy and Thassa, God of the Sea. Not bad IMO.
Artifacts:
Armillary Sphere: I think this is one of the cards I could change in the deck, I never really use it...
Bident of Thassa: You get to draw a card whenever a creature you control deals damage to a player and you can force someone to attack for 1U.
Chromatic Lantern: In case you don't have enough mana of a certain color.
Gilded Lotus: Gilded Lotus.
Quietus Spike: This equipment is awesome for this deck, it usually hits one or two players per game.
Sol Ring: Sol Ring.
Sword of Body and Mind: One of the mirrodin swords I own, protection from U and G and you get to mill someone and a wwolf.
Sword of Feast and Famine: Untap all your lands... Protection from B and G.
Whip of Erebos: Lifelink for your creatures and you can reanimate a creature for one turn.
Enchantments:
Aggravated Assault: Part of a combo and you can get additional combat phases.
Erebos, God of the Dead: Your opponents can't gain life and you can draw for 2 life and 1B.
Heliod, God of the Sun: Your creatures have vigilance and you can put 2/1 Clerics.
Iroas, God of Victory: Menace to your creatures and damage is prevented in case someone blocks them.
Necromancy: Reanimate creatures.
Thassa, God of the Sea: Scry 1 every turn and gives Unblockable for 1U.
Instants:
These ones are self explanatory. Brainstorm, Brave the Elements, Cyclonic Rift, Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares.
Planeswalker:
Sorin, Solemn Visitor: I should probably replace Sorin for a better card.
Sorceries:
Beacon of Unrest: Reanimates artifacts and creatures.
Beseech the Queen: Tutor.
Buried Alive: I love this card, tutors to the graveyard but you can play with the graveyard. Can be used to tutor parts of the combos and reanimate them. I usually use it only when I can win or when I have Alesha in play.
Deep Analysis: Draw cards and has flashback.
Diabolic Tutor: Tutor.
Dread Return: Reanimates and has flashback.
Mystic Retrieval: Return instants or sorceries to your hand and has flashback.
Reanimate: Reanimates.
Retribution of the Meek: Most of the creatures of the deck survive retribution.
Supreme Verdict/Wrath of God: Use only when is needed...
Any suggestions are welcome! Let me know if you have good ideas.
