Hello!
This is part of Operation My-Box-Has-Room-For-Three-More-Decks-So-Let's-Make-Three-More-Decks (name needs a bit of work, I know). These decks represent a shift in design philosophy: I've gone from primarily playing 1v1 to playing big long multiplayer games, so these new decks pretty much ignore curve and tempo. And, as always, I try to have each new deck win in a way that none of my other decks do.
This is my eggs-storm-voltron-mill-selfmill deck. Okay, but seriously, Arjun's ability means that it's so much easier to find the key pieces for your deck, especially when it's the Mindmoil effect that most of the pieces combo with. The main strategy of the deck is to keep mindmoil-ing by casting cheap artifacts (ideally for free with the cost reducers) and let one of the cards in the "Draw Matters" section do the work.
My group plays with no general damage and no French ban list. We play with either 40 starting life (free for all or Star) or 60 starting life (Two Headed Giant, be it 2v2 or 2v2v2).
My group frowns upon infinite combos, land destruction, and locks.
I'm a budget player who plays with other budget players, so I'm not interested in buying expensive cards for this deck. I try to keep most cards under two dollars, with only a few in the five dollar range (or more, if it's something I've opened).
I'm only interested in black-bordered, modern frame cards.

You could call it "Operation MBHRF3MDSLM3MD" for short. Rolls right off the tongue.
There are a few more cheap cantripping artifacts, like Elsewhere Flask and Ichor Wellspring, that you're not running. Increasing your deck's redundancy should make it more consistent and help you to fizzle out less often. And speaking of redundancy, Cloud Key is another reasonable cost reducer for artifacts. Also, the more cheap cantripping artifacts you run the better Krark-Clan Ironworks looks. Chromatic Star works with what you've got going on now and is great with the Ironworks. Finally, if you like Paradoxical Outcome then check out Retract, Hurkyl's Recall and Rebuild.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.
