Okay, the moment Atraxa, Praetors' Voice was spoiled I knew that it was gonna be the Commander 2016 precon I'm buying. I've already seen some brews for her from superfriends to infect to general counter shenanigans. However, I like to keep things different. I love thinking outside the box. Hell, I try to break Homelands cards everytime I can! I just love the jank! So, why the title of "Parasitic Angel"? Because I plan on building a deck with as many parasitic mechanics as possible. Ok, maybe not all of them (sorry splice, horsemanship, shadow, and !) but definitely ones that consider counters.
So what's the goal of the deck? Proliferate. What are we proliferating besides -1/-1 counters, +1/+1 counters, and loyalty counters? Energy counters and poison counters. Æther Revolt hasn't come out yet so I have some other suites in the deck in the mean time, but I hope for some more great cards that work with . The deck is just overall janky and fun to play. Have been solitairing and goldfishing in Cockatrice and it's been pretty random - in a good way! I would like some suggestions, though! It's casual not in the monetary sense but in the competitiveness sense. It just aims to be janky (but also win out of nowhere).
I have a lot of kooky things in here like using Brago, King Eternal to blink lots of stuff like planeswalkers when I eventually get Doubling Season in, and permanents that give me . So far I don't have many energy sinks but I do have Electrostatic Pummeler which just cries to be abused with. There are also cards that care about gaining life since Atraxa also allows for voltron strategies. Archangel of Thune here is ridiculous.
Any suggestions or comments are not only welcome and appreciate, but greatly desired!

I would remove Displace, Eerie Interlude and Ghostway. I don't think you're running enough creatures to really warrant them and Atraxa doesn't even have ETB. I'd add some ETB creatures in instead, so that your Brago and Roon have more of a chance to have legitimate targets.
With Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Glen Elendra Archmage is just too tempting, even though its casual Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, also becomes tempting then, because she is a factory for +1/+1 counters which can be proliferated.
I would take out the cards that benefit from life gain, as you only have Archangel of Thune and Dovin Baan as a means of gaining life (as far as I can see?). So take out Well of Lost Dreams, Karlov of the Ghost Council, Cradle of Vitality. You can leave in Archangel of Thune, but I wouldn't be waiting around for her to get your other cards to do anything.
I'd play Blighted Agent and Inkmoth Nexus. The idea is that you want to give all of your opponents a poison counter, so that it builds up each turn with proliferate. More fun as such, getting everybody aboard the poison train, rather than just trying to knock out a player in a few turns or one go (in my opinion). So Blighted Agent and Inkmoth Nexus attack a different opponent each turn to start things off.

Yeah, the deck is just in complete draft mode so I'm definitely open to any and all ideas that will help further proliferate energy and poison counters (maybe even experience counters further along the lines). I'm totally considering adding Blighted Agent and Inkmoth Nexus in order to guarantee some poison counters, as you suggested. Glen Elendra Archmage should definitely be included since it can be flickered or not receive the -1/-1 counter thanks to Melira, as you suggested as well. I also need to add Deepglow Skate but it's not in Oracle yet so I can't add it in Cockatrice to test out.
About the lifelink, darrenhabib beat me to the punch, lol. Atraxa is the main source of life gain .

So correct, I even bough the From the Vault: Lore so it would give me an awesome place to put it in! I'd have to see what to cut for it! Thanks for reminding me that card existed, lol!
Keep all of them ideas coming! Long live the jank!

I've been inspired to make an experience counter deck using Ezuri, Claw of Progress and Meren of Clan Nel Toth in the same deck. Its going to have to be tutor heavy and lots of ways to retrieve them in the case of removal, but combined together should be a blast.
There's lots of recursion in the form of enchantments, so you could add Daxos the Returned as well to take more advantage of the experience counters. Also, many enchantments are useful for digging through the deck so maybe you don't need so many counters. Mind Unbound gets ridiculous with Atraxa being as she can add counters on it, as well. There's just so many possibilities with this commander; it's ridiculous. Definitely the one I'm going to buy.

Looks extremely interesting! Definitely gonna have to keep an eye open! keep posting updates as you make them
Thanks! Testing has been interesting, to say the least, lol. It definitely has a lot of room for improvement. I'm definitely looking forward to Aether Revolt in order to see what new cards with energy are made. That can either make or break the deck since I doubt energy will be making an appearance anytime soon after the Kaladesh block.
So far I need more cards to invest my in. I can generate a lot but then fall short on what to spend them on. Other than that, it's about as janky as it can get! When I have time to test more, I'll post my findings. For the moment, I'm waiting for Oracle to update so that I can test other cards from C16 in the deck via Cockatrice.
