Looking for some help trying to update my Rafiq deck. Runs a fun Aura subtheme, and the goal is to just have fun, and be playable in both 1v1 and multiplayer.
So far, I am thinking about adding a Hydra Omnivore as a way to make this a bit more competitive in multiplayer, and potentially remove Mimic Vat, as I have almost never used it in the deck to any effect.
Mana Drain is another good removal I am looking at, but don't have yet.
For a ramp perspective, I was looking at Carpet of Flowers, but it seems very hit or miss for me. Survival of the Fittest would be another good tutor, but something in me cringes at discarding creatures, and may prefer a Birthing Pod instead.
Thassa, God of the Sea would also be something I want to add for some evasion, just need to figure out what to take out.
Another option is the combo of Eternal Witness + Venser the Sojourner + Time Warp, though while I do like combos, requiring three cards without putting in tutors makes it nice to have, not essential.
Last, here are a few upgrades I am thinking of making/adding:

You have all these buffs it feels like your attacking creature would get chump blocked most of the time. I would suggest a continuous trample effect like Nylea, God of the Hunt.
Good idea. I think this deck would primarily benefit from evasion followed by trample effects, to ensure that the damage still goes through. Just need to figure out what to remove
So I run a Rafiq deck that mainly focuses solely on exalted triggers. I run nearly every creature on color that has exalted as well as a few buffs. One enchantment that would help you is Steel of the Godhead for blue creatures since they would be unblockable. Silent Arbiter, Dueling Grounds, and Crawlspace can wreck opponents as well. Any green-white deck I have always runs Mirari's Wake as well.
Just as a warning though. The more you tweak it, you can run the risk of getting hated out of the table. I rarely play my Rafiq deck because my play group hates it so much. Rafiq, Sovereigns of Lost Alara, and Eldrazi Conscription in your deck is pretty much GG.

Other random and/or good exalted triggers: Ardent Plea and Qasali Pridemage.
