I joke that this deck is "Casual Tribal." This is not a Tribal deck that is Casual, as it is not a 'Tribal' deck, but rather that the 'Casual' itself is the tribe that runs through the deck. I've also been called a bit of a hypocrite for saying this is a 'bad' deck. Perhaps that was a poor choice of words on my part. Rather, compared to my usual building style of heavy resource acquisition and synergy, this deck is not built to be as fine tuned of a machine, but rather more embracing of some solidly 'good' cards that I don't get to see too often in my usual machine-like builds.
This deck started from an opposite approach to the standard. When Jori-En was first spoiled, a lot of deckbuilding went immediately into utilizing her ability to the maximum potential - this meant a lot of cheap instants, in order to trigger her every turn. I had an issue with this plan - namely that in order to achieve that density of low cost spells and card draw, your entire deck would be filled with nothing but low-cost spells and card draw, which means the value of the cards that Jori draws you ends up being very low... and you end up spending a lot of resources to receive a lot of small gains in value.
I decided to try a different approach - have a higher concentration of threats, such that you spend less resources (overall) in order to get less frequent, but higher value, draws.
