I have been playing Magic on and off for a few years now. As I got more into magic, I liked a angels a lot, partly probably from my upbringing, but also because I like how diverse they are and flying is fun. I also generally like their interactions with humans, both in the lore that I have read and on their cards, whether that be a direct interaction or just incidentally affecting them. Because I enjoy angels, I acquired a lot of them...almost all of them actually. They were just sitting deck-less for a while, but when my play group started playing EDH, I decided to make a few decks to use the angels of specific colors that have just been sitting there.
The following deck is my attempt to use the white, green, and blue angels I have (except a few in a Bruna deck that I am working on separately. Since that is the purpose of this deck, I am trying to keep them in it if possible. My play group is semi-competitive (in the middle), and I am probably between budget and expensive. This is my attempt to get feedback so as to maybe keep the deck intact and edit it a bit. If that doesn't work, I may end up splitting it into two decks, but I am trying to see what feedback I get first. This deck was primarily based on Sigarda, Heron's Grace and Jenara, Asura of War. That just how it ended up.
The main problem I was having initially was mana, but now since I changed some things, I having more problems with getting creatures to play.
Initially I just put the angels in and worked from there. I had Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and Tamiyo, Field Researcher already and wanted to use them. I thought with proliferate I could get Tamiyo's final the first turn she was out an that would make the rest of the deck super strong. Ajani is just useful with this deck. Most this deck is built around humans and +1/+1 counters.
Specific notes: Bond of Mortality is in there is that my friend plays a God deck almost exclusively and they are hard to get rid of or get around, so if I could get rid of their indestructible for a turn I could kill them. Also, I put Primal Rage and Vigor are in there because my two of my friends play token decks and this deck gets destroyed without being able to mull through them with trample. Otherwise I can be blocked by a 1/1 and do nothing. That and Vigor has a lot of synergy and is quite potent.
You might consider running Hardened Scales / Doubling Season / Parallel Lives if you push for the counters route. Hardened Scales is probably my favorite of them for what you are already doing and it lets jenara sort of firebreath tokens which is amusing.
Greater Good - if you are dealing in putting +/+ counters on creatures you are probably accepting that you plan to have big creatures. This is really good draw in decks with lots of big guys.
Death's Presence - its not good in wraths but it is good if you use some sac outlets. Greater Good + Death's Presence is a gross card draw creature snowball
Primeval Bounty - does a lot of useful things including giving your creatures some nice counters.
Kalonian Hydra - one of the best reasons to consider running +/+ counter strategies. He just snowballs terrifyingly.
Spike Weaver - great with +/+ counters. He can buy you a lot of fogs.
Gyre Sage - good ramp when you stack counters on him.
If you would like some assistance with cuts I can try to help you with that but I was going to suggest cuts and I came up with too large of a list to really go through them. Some of this I assume is based on what you had onhand so thats cool. You can consider some of these suggestions in the means of if you find them / can trade for them then try them out. Most of my suggestions went off of the +/+ counter stuff you seem to be using. In the long run I dont think angels or +/+ are the optimal means of going with Jenara but we have primers on site that can help you if you want to go more goodstuff approach with this. As for your concerns on playing things I might consider adding a little more ramp such as Cultivate / Kodama's Reach / Skyshroud Claim to your list.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
@ISBPathfinder Wow that was really helpful. Since initially it was about using the angels, I wanted to just put them all in one. I actually had the white blue ones like Bruna, Light of the Alabaster too. I realized that would be really ineffective so I took them out mostly. However, I think I will be making this deck primarily counters and trample and making a separate Sigarda/Human deck. Still planning on keep many angels in both, since I like them, but the synergy will be the main thing that will help make it playable. I really appreciate the advise. The next couple days I will be editing this bad boy, and see what I can do. Good mana ramping which I mostly didn't know about, thanks for that. Might put a few counter spells in here too, that would be helpful I think.
This is my revised deck. As mentioned before, the removal of indestructible is to get rid of god cards that alre almost always on the field as well as other things. My play group has a lot of tokens, that is why I focus on trample so much. Ankh of Mishra may seem counterproductive, but one specific person in my playgroup which is usually the biggest problem runs a The Gitrog Monster deck, so making him lose life for playing his deck will kill him off quickly. Also, there is a decent amount of mana ramping for the other decks I play against. I know it's a risk, but I think it will be worth it to get rid of that deck mostly. I tried to add more card draw. I am keeping the angels I have because I want to use them in this deck, flying is one of the only things that I can hurt my play group with most of the time, and they serve as deterrents to attack all out. Additional thoughts?
Rest in Peace would ignore The Gitrog Monster's lands going to the graveyard as they dont so they would not draw off of them. Also, this sort of deck often uses means to recur lands from graveyard which that would also stop. Scavenging Ooze is the slightly less extreme measure to give generically good graveyard hate but it does not counter The Gitrog Monster as strongly.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
So many lands entering play tapped makes me twitchy, and has resulted in my running a heavier load of Basic lands coupled with several land-fetching sorceries and creatures - most of which only fetch basic laand types, anyhow. That said, Reflecting Pool and Chromatic Lantern makes running more basics viable.
The only downside to Rest in Peace is I am running Brawn, but then again so is he. Not to mention I believe my god card friends runs one of those incarnations also. Actually pretty sure everyone runs one of those in my group. I would just have to be careful I guess. I'm going to test the deck as is, but I think those cards you guys recommended will be sideboarded, with the exception of Chromatic Lantern and Reflecting Pool as I am still a budget player, and I have several decks I am working on right now. I was considering looking into a boardwipe that makes people sacrifice permanents or creatures, but not sure if that would work out for me.
Austere Command is one of the best wraths in the game because of its flexibility. I have also been really enjoying Tragic Arrogance in most every case I have cast it.

I just want to say in my honest opinion building decks specifically to counter your friends decks is kinda stupid and has the risk of ruining your playgroups meta. You said your group was semi-competitive, what does that mean? Do you guys play cutthroat with the intention to win? Attack every turn when someone is open? Attend Friday night magic often or drafts, or events other than pre-releases? Play standard or hell even follow format rules and ban lists? Actually use sideboards? Like that could mean a lot of stuff. You said you're group just got into edh which to me, unless you're new to magic in general, sounds like your group is causal or laid back.
My advice, because I've seen it happen, in my group for example, don't build decks with the thought of "oh I can counter so-and-sos deck with these cards", or "oh this will absolutely destroy that deck of so and sos". Or building decks entirely to shut theirs down. In my group we all originally built our edh decks when we started around cards we thought would be fun. Not to counter specific players. Eventually we had one player who started making decks structured around stopping specific decks belonging to specific players. It would literally make the games unfun because one or multiple people would just get shut down entirely. It led to people quiting, and sometimes even fighting and arguing. Eventually 2 of our players threatened to stop playing entirely if the other guy was coming over And another built a deck to ONLY use on that one player. Didn't matter what that guy played the other guy specifically built a deck to keep him from having fun. Like for example our games could last hours because it wasn't meant to be serious but just fun. Make stupid combos, play big creatures, do stuff that was pure stupid, etc. but when that player started making decks to shut down specific decks, the other guy built a mean deck that would kill that player no later than turn 5 if he didn't get the right cards. He specifically did his best to keep him from playing at all
Just keep that in mind. Every play group is different. Yours might not be like mine was, but we went from playing at most every other week, to once a month. Because that one player changed the dynamic of the whole group
I swapped Greater Good with Soul's Majesty and sideboarded the former (although I may put it in a deck that activates abilities when creatures die later). I am considering adding Altered Ego, Tangle, Winds of Qal Sisma, and Nylea, God of the Hunt into the sideboard too. Thing is though we try not to copy each other so given one of them is running a god deck, idk if I will run Nylea, although she would be way better than Primal Rage
Austere Command is one of the best wraths in the game because of its flexibility. I have also been really enjoying Tragic Arrogance in most every case I have cast it.
Austere Command is good for sure, but it is also a little expensive and not necessary for this deck at this point in time. As for Tragic Arrogance, I think I will be running that in the Bruna, Light of Alabaster deck I am building instead, although if I end up needing a baordwipe that one would probably be the best choice given my theme. I appreciate the recommendation, if it weren't for the god deck I would probably run Divine Reckoning, but then again Tragic lets you choose so I see why you use it. That flashback though.
I just want to say in my honest opinion building decks specifically to counter your friends decks is kinda stupid and has the risk of ruining your playgroups meta. Ithinkipokedmybrain I really appreciate you advise; it is in my mind that could happen. Rest in Peace will not destroy his deck, it will just make him have less time to win and remove his ability to shuffle his graveyard into his library with Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. We have a strong hate for annihilator in our meta so it's his own fault in many case if he gets singled out, which is less than it used to be unless he summons one of those. Bonds of Mortality is just so I can actually do something against the god deck at all, as well as hexproof that tends to show up throughout our meta is often a problem for me. Also, the Gitrog player is often a troll on purpose so it's kinda his fault if we single him out because of how most of his decks are built. We try not to do it all the time, but it does make for some humorous interactions when he smirks at us and then gets destroyed.
My meta is interesting. Sometimes it's a slaughter (partially because we tend to have a time limit when we play because I drive one of them to work most of the days we play), and other times it take 4 hours to finish a game. The token deck would probably be pretty competitive, running things like Gaea's Cradle (that player had a lot of old cards given to him and he also has played for a long time), and the God deck is not cheap either. None of us have interest in tournaments for multiple reasons: two of us work graveyard or early in the morning and the rest of us have work schedules that take up most of the day, the money we have available to build decks is less than most tournament player that due decent, and we do play for fun and don't want that ruined by making it too competitive.
Hopefully that gave some context. Like I said, it depends, some of the decks we play are really aggressive (last time we played one guy killed two of us in 6 or 7 turns), and other are just to have fun. I really am thankful for the warning though, as I wouldn't want that to happen to my group.
Regardless of how you feel about a specific ability or combo in my mind it's poor form to build decks with counters to your friends in mind. It can ruin the game for others depending on your play group.
For example, does the Gitrog player actually play the two Titans or does he use them for some other purpose? You said he uses them to shuffle his graveyard, that doesn't sound like he uses them to play or attack. So annihilator shouldn't be an issue.
But my honest opinion has always been don't build decks with specific counters in mind to counter your friends decKS. Build your deck around your decks strengths not those of your friends.
And from one person whose seen it happen, don't be angry and single you out. Build your deck with your specific strategies not strategies to counter others that makes your decks weaknesses even weaker.
Having answers to the specific problems in your meta isn't a dick move if those answers are general "catch alls" and not silver bullets. For example, running Angel of Jubilation against the black player who sacrifices creatures for value is kind of rude, but having a graveyard hate piece like Scavenging Ooze or Rest in Peace is somewhat reasonable if you don't have answers to graveyard strategies in your deck and you need them.
You don't need to run graveyard hate if no one in your meta uses the graveyard, but you may need to run things like Unravel the Æther or Return to Dust if you see a lot of God cards. Honestly, building so that your deck can interact with the things that threaten you isn't a rude thing to do. Literally every consistent playgroup does it. I run Sigarda, Host of Herons because literally 3 of the 5 players in my meta ran Grixis decks constantly and I got tired of sacrificing all my stuff. Totally reasonable thing to do, tbh.
Obviously you shouldn't be stocking your deck with answer after answer tailored for your opponents, but needing mass graveyard hate, so you include something like Rest in Peace or Leyline of the Void seems pretty fair.
I have tested my deck now. It works, I ended up having creatures with over 100 counters on them. I have yet to use Rest in Peace, and it did bother my friend, and I do have two friends that use the graveyard, but I told him I won't use it unless we have a time limit unless my deck becomes unplayable in playgroup because of all that. I told it it isn't meant to kill his deck anyway; it is however meant to slow it down. As for the eldrazi, he said he wouldn't play them, but he does when he is losing on occasion. To his credit, after we were one him so much for it, he uses them rarely, plus I almost always get rid of them immediately with exile or something. Since they are a big part of his deck, I think he has decided as a whole they are not worth playing if it means losing them to exile.
We shall see how he handles Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge when I finish that deck. Kinda evil but an effective answer to pretty much any deck as it removes cards from the game without reserve for anyone.
This is intended to be the final version of this deck, though I am still open to comments. I like to mix it up a lot so that is why I have a big sideboard, depending on what I want to focus on that game. Plus it makes my deck more unpredictable which is usually in my favor. I feel pretty good about it now, but again, love any thoughts on it.

White provides Return to Dust, Fate Forgotten, and the thematic Angelic Purge to help with your gods problem. Being able to exile opposing cards is useful, anyhow.
Urza's Incubator, Quicksilver Amulet, and Cryptic Gateway are friends to Angel decks, although you've shifted to counters. Counters like Vorel of the Hull Clade, Draining Whelk, and Inexorable Tide.
Sunscorch Regent, Forgotten Ancient, and Fertilid play right into your theme. Scavenging Ooze does, too, while fighting Gitrog Monster (though Rest in Peace is best).
Momentous Fall, Soul's Majesty, and Prime Speaker Zegana all let you draw big.
Cheers!

My advice, because I've seen it happen, in my group for example, don't build decks with the thought of "oh I can counter so-and-sos deck with these cards", or "oh this will absolutely destroy that deck of so and sos".
