Not the most original list, but then again i don't know what i have never built a pillowfort general so i went and researched the web. I really do need to work on the mana base and curve as well. I wanted to keep to the theme of politics, medevial fantasy. Do i need to add more instant speed removal, low cmc good stuff creatures, card draw, if so what would be some good ones to have and not break the bank.
I wouldn't call War's Toll "junk." The attack trigger means your opponents are either holding back their creatures and thus not taking the crown from you, or swinging with everybody, leaving them open to let you take the crown back. And the land trigger is useful against blue decks and other decks that want to be doing things on your turn. All around, I think it's a solid card. I'm currently testing it in my Queen list, though I haven't seen it enough to know if it'll make the final cut.
To your list OP, I agree with Honor that you should add some more removal. Also, two really solid pillowfort cards for the Queen I'd recommend are Island Sanctuary and Solitary Confinement. They both make it hard to impossible for your opponents to take back the crown, and since you're drawing cards as the monarch, it effectively cancels out skipping your draw step.
Also, 31 lands seems really low. Have you tested this list yet? I feel you'd want at least 35 lands, maybe even a few more.
Also no i haven't actually play tested the deck yet, so i don't know if i need more land or not.
Should i take out some of the creatures, enchantments or board wipes, or cut some of the added removal like condemn or swords.
I would take outLightmine Field. It makes your Hasty deathtouch tokens really bad. The only Soltari guy to run is Soltari Visionary due to him near guarentee smashing an enchantment on their side and/or getting the Monarchy back.

Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast is good and helps protect the monarch. I think you need way more removal (Path To Exile, Swords To Plowshares, Condemn, etc.) and less junk like Blood Reckoning and War's Toll. No Mercy and Dread are good pillow fort cards.
