This deck was originally built as part of my goal for having a deck of each color. This, along with my black and blue decks, survived. But, it started off somewhat underpowered since, while it was focused on artifacts, it had a few cards that didn't really do what I wanted them do (such as Hellkite Tyrant).
After building this deck, I built a colorless Kozilek, Butcher of Truth deck. That deck ended up being more powerful than I really wanted as it could get Kozilek down by turn 4 or 5 pretty consistently. So, I decided to take that deck apart and combine it into my Daretti deck. There were a few differences between the deck and I had picked up a Mishra's Workshop for Kozilek, so it made a great addition to Daretti.
This deck can still be pretty fast and oppressive if it goes off. I can make quite a bit of mana and am able to keep things going pretty well. The few times I have played it, it definitely made the table answer the threats.
There are quite a few inclusions that are common for this type of built. I included Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast to help protect against Blue spells. Darksteel Forge is there is help protect against board wipes that don't exile.
I included Scrabbling Claws, Relic of Progenitus, and Phyrexian Furnace as graveyard hate. With Unwinding Clock, they work great. I didn't include Tormod's Crypt because I prefer the repeatable effects over the one shot effect. So far, I haven't missed Tormod's Crypt.
I think the rest are self-explanatory and the deck so far has been performing very well. I have found that if someone does get a board wipe off that gets rid of all my artifacts, I am set pretty far back, but that happens infrequently and is to be expected for this kind of build.
So I wanted to do something a bit different with my deck. I dint want it to be competitive so not having it be stax or combos. I just really want it to have a bunch of random global effects some good some bad and some just weird. If you have a fun/weird/strong global effect I'd love to hear about.
You could add in Blinkmoth Urn. It is a global effect that you would most likely be able to benefit from. Perhaps it is too much if you are trying not to be too competitive.
Confusion in the Ranks might be what you are looking for. It turns it into a little more "Chaos" build, but it could be fun. A card like that though usually means you want Norin as your general.
EDIT- was able to pickup orb of dreams, genesis chamber, blinkmoth urn, ward of bones and stranglehold for the deck. Its really getting annoying for people to play against as I'm constantly adding and changing rules. Sometimes they don't even make sense which is perfect since daretti is a crazy goblin in a junkyard. (platinum emporion + wurmcoil....lifelink lol)
Stranglehold is a good card. I personally don't run it since it isn't an artifact (which makes getting to it harder) but its impact on the game is potent. The big one is the inability for opponents to search their libraries. This way if you start to get out of hand, they can't search up a Bane of Progress to blow you out if you haven't gotten Darksteel Forge online yet.
Been having a blast watching people react to the crazy rules. I even managed to get Norin to block...then blinked him away so he wouldn't die (vedalken orrery). Made someone have a jace planeswalker that was tapped and couldn't untap (orb of dreams + storage matrix) while not particularly useful half the table couldn't stop laughing about. Or how I made every land the worst shock land ever (orb of dreams + Ankh of Mishra)- although ankh can be a legitimate way to kill people as I've done more damage that way then with actual creatures. Can't wait to get the new card from kaledsh - "inventor's fair" tutor+ life gain rule every upkeep (another rule lol)
I have been looking into the cards from Kaledesh to see if there are any I want to include and the 2 that jumped out were Panharmonicon and Aetherworks Marvel. From going through my deck, I realized Panharmonicon only interacts with 8 cards (and that is inlcuding potential interaction with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Strionic Resonator) so I don't think it quite works in this deck.
However, Aetherworks Marvel seems like it could have a place in the deck. Getting permanents into my graveyard from the battlefield isn't hard to do and casting a spell for free off the Marvel is nice. It also interacts well with Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient to potentially get 2 free spells.
The list is pretty tight from my perspective so it is hard to make cuts. However, I have not found Salvaging Station to be worth it. It gets 13 potential cards, but not many are really necessary for the deck so re-animating them doesn't do much. So, I will cut it and see how Aetherworks Marvel works out.

Genesis Chamber affects everyone. If you pair it with Scourge of Geier Reach to get a really big creature. Or, Incite Rebellion as a potential win-con.
