So you want to enlist in Olivia’s Army? A RB Rakdos General, Olivia, Mobilized for War is an aggressively costed legendary that controls the battlefield with the minions you play from your hand. Much like a Karador, Ghost Chieftain’s toolbox is the creatures it runs, Olivia relies on the creatures you run. In almost all forms of the deck, you will be the aggressor. Swing fast, swing often, and swing hard.
Why Olivia?
Olivia is an interesting commander in the fact that she can be played a few different ways. As a haste enabler, she can be a foundation for several aggressive archetypes, namely rush, tribal with either vampires or knights (I could even see goblins or zombies as well), reanimation, and megrim hand disruption. Additionally, being able to give haste to any creature takes a lot of mediocre cards and give them a reason to be played. Also, this makes already good cards even better. I can imagine you can make very good budget decks with her, but here I will be focused on abusing her abilities as best we can. She has built-in evasion, so furnishing a few swords on her is another alternate win con for all of these decks. Costing only three mana initially, her decks are very quick to get online.
Why reanimation?
I am choosing to build her as reanimation deck, as she enables the graveyard without having to use a lot of cards like Entomb. This allows a very quick and reliable start to most games, as you will start being able to swing with both her and others as early as turn 3. Also note that her ability applies to a creature that enters the battlefield under your control, so you don’t have to cast a creature in order to trigger her ability. Reanimating a card will allow you to give it haste and the buff as well.
The Army!
The creatures of this deck are the most important, and as such, they are broken down into 4 categories: beaters, reanimation, card draw, and utility. 1. Beaters: Their role in this deck is to, simply, do lethal damage. Cards like It That Betrays and Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon can win us games very easily if out before turn 5. 2. Reanimators: Creatures used to get more from the yard. Balthor the Defiled, Coffin Queen and Feldon of the Third Path help empty the grave. 3. Drawers: This deck relies on its draw more than almost any deck out there. In order to use your commander’s effect, you are basically casting at a 1 for 2 rate. We need as much draw as we can get. Dragon Mage is especially great with Olivia. 4. Utility: Other cards that deserve slots to accomplish things like removal. See Big Game Hunter and Filth.
Non-creatures!
While creatures are hugely important to us, no deck would be complete without an arsenal of spell-slinging cards to aid in our battles.
Most of our prowess enablers come in the form of draw or reanimation. We run as many wheels as possible, as we will often be running out of cards in hand, and disruption helps keep our board relatively safe. Also, while Olivia is great at getting things into the graveyard, she has no way of then getting them into play. We run a lot of Reanimates in order to make Olivia’s downside into a positive.
Lands!
The typical assortment of lands, designed for both speed and utility.
Other generals similar to Olivia:
Alesha, Who Smiles at Death: Another great reanimator that we can run white cards with, Alesha excels at reliably getting creatures out, usually with ETB effects. Her weakness is that she needs to attack, and have open mana, creating the need for protection, ramp, as well as building up the graveyard. She is also limited to creatures with power 2 or less, restricting us from many desirable targets. Anowon, the Ruin Sage: If you like vampires, Anowon is an all-star. Bladewing the Risen: Olivia in dragon form. Very expensive to cast. Chainer, Dementia Master: Mono-Black control, and very good at that. Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch: Olivia steals Exava’s thunder, I find Olivia much more powerful in most ways. Grenzo, Dungeon Warden: Another very good aggressive Rakdos general, but a little to RNG for my taste. Kaervek the Merciless: If you hate your playgroup. Karador, Ghost Chieftain: THE reanimation king. If you want lots of shenanigans with the yard, Karador is the best of the best in this field. Lyzolda, the Blood Witch: Heavy in the sac department, use her if you like Grave Pact. See also, Tymaret, the Murder King Rakdos, Lord of Riots: Uses a lot of the same beaters as we do, but less aspects of reanimation. Dump hand full of creatures as fast as possible. Tariel, Reckoner of Souls: If you want white as well, and like taking things. Volrath the Fallen: If you like this deck but you think that dealing 21 damage is easier than 40 (pshht).

Descriptions of card choices to come soon!
A big shout out to seriph0.
My meta is competitively casual, where should do anything in your power to win, but being too oppressive will get you targeted for weeks to come. It tends to be a rather combo centric board heavy group, with very little board clears and very little counterspells. Boards tend to get out of hand very quickly, but most people tend not to attack unless it is lethal. Hopefully we can change things with this deck
Not a bad list to start with. Here's what I think about it:
Scion of Darkness may be better for the deck than Ink Eyes since he can cycle and allow you to reanimate him the turn after you play Olivia. Not sure how relevant Ink Eyes's regenerate is. Sepulchral Primordial seems better to me than Lord of the Void since A)As soon as he etbs you get the effect, whereas Lord may eat a removal before he connects B)Sepulchral Scales harder and C)Sepulchral is lighter on the black mana if you need to hard cast
I think Inferno Titan is stronger than Grave in the long run. Just something bout immediately sniping away blockers when you swing, or hitting for a total of 12 on the turn you play at least if they have no blockers.
Lightning Reaver has always been one of my favorite RB guys, yet I've never been able to make him work. I have doubts bout running him in edh, specially without U/ to protect him.
Sin Prodder seems weak in EDH overall, but he may be good here. Not sure, lemme know! Steel Hellkite could replace Wurmcoil maybe? He's got a more relevant effect if you ask me.
Keldon Twilight and Rain of Gore seem like odd pieces, meta reasons?
I took my swords out, felt like I was spending too much mana just on getting creatures out, could never equip them.
What I do like:
Master of Cruelties seems like a mean trick to pull on someone!
Balthor the Defiled looks like another reanimator I should definitely find space for.

thanks for the comments
I do have a soft spot for ink eyes, as I just love the surprise factor from attacking with just a token or small guy, but the cycle aspect seems really strong on the scion.
I agree with you on the Sepulchral Primordial, thats a switch for sure.
im torn between the inferno and the grave titan, but im leaning towards grave so the tokens can block when i turn everything else sideways, since ill be expecting some sort of retaliation.
i have always wanted to try out the lightning reaver, so it was more just to try out than anything.
I have a good feeling about the sin prodder. either free damage, or free card draw. I dont see much of a downside to him, and he is lower on the curve.
steel hellkite has rarely worked for me, its a big target in my play group.
and yes, i often play with a oloro, so rain of gore helps there. and I just wanna speed things up with the keldon twilight, as late game the deck will start to fall off a litte, but ill see if i wanna keep it.
I hear you on the swords. ill have to make a bunch of changes next time i get a chance
Phyrexian Reclamation may be a good option to abuse her ability without giving up to many cards. Late game paying 1B and two life may sound a lot better.

ah yes, thanks for reminding me. I had it on my mind as i was making the deck but seems I forgot it. Ill probably end up replacing keldon twilight as much as I want the card to work
Starting to think that Cauldron of Souls is worth in this list. Let's you combo together with Olivia to keep persisting.
Also there's the idea of Sandstone Oracle that I'm thinking about. Better in a ramp deck for sure, but it might be able to hold it's own in this deck.
Cauldron... the more I think of it, the more I want it to work. Ill have to look for a swap somewhere... probably Anthem of Rakdos for now.
and as for Sandstone Oracle, im just not sure that the 7 mana is worth it, when magus of the wheel does the same for cheaper and disrupts the others hands. Its a bigger body but ill have to sit on this one. If im still having issues with draw, ill look more into it

I like the idea of just pitching it early, rezzing it later when either we have no other good targets or our hand is crippled. Plus it works good with any mass reanimation. Not to mention the ca it would grant off Feldon/Coffin Queen each turn.
thats true, I am probably just skeptical because I have not got a chance to play with one yet. the question is, im not sure what it replaces. I will get my first real run with the deck against decks I dont know, hopefully this tuesday.
Speaking of card advantage, I have always wanted to use Humble defector with Kiki or Feldon, and then use a Homeward Path to nab them back. Unfortunately my playgroup doesn't run a lot of Mind Controls so I feel like this combo is too gimicky to slot in homeward just for that. If i can pull it off thats insane ca
Only effecting your hand is relevant too. Some decks would love to get their hand refilled or drop more cards in the yard. Not avdocating the Sphix totally, but that is still something unique you can play in addition to/instead of a wheel
yeah it is definitely another option. it will be a dead draw if there has been a mindslicer or sire of insanity recently, but other than that i will try to find a slot for it, at least to give it a try
finally got around to playing a few games with the deck!! While I dont have quite all of the deck yet, i learned A LOT from playing it.
Game 1: Olivia vs. Marchesa, the Black Rose vs Sun Quan, Lord of Wu
Started off with a strong hand, I believe it was Sol Ring, three lands, Hero's Blade, tayimos journal, and insidious dreams.
got Olivia and heros blade out and started swinging away. Became the target very quickly. Drew into It that betrays. Misplayed heavily, used Insidious dreams for three to get combo pieces rather than cards to curve out, while the Marchesa got a quick Thraximundar, so I had to sac olivia on attack trigger. Wasnt drawing lands since I was getting the cards i had picked from insidious dreams, the Sun Quan slowly finished me with a phyrexian metamorph(of the thrax). Completely blew that game on my misplay.
Lesson learned: Voltron Olivia wont get the job done, heros blade out for sure. When not to use insidious dreams.
Game 2: Olivia vs Sun Quan vs. Krond the Dawn-Clad
Alright hand, included a Vampire Nighthawk. Didnt get a lot of lands, which hindered me but not as bad as I expected. Played olivia then vampire nighthawk. Kept swinging with that and ramping until the Sun Quan played a Steel Hellkite. I kept nighthawk back on the defense, as Krond also played krond. Managed to deter almost all attacks with just nighthawk, and the sun quan and krond kept hitting each other. Got to drop a Sin Prodder. First trigger was a Browbeat(short-term replacement for a wheel), quan took it to drop below 20. Next trigger was a Zealous Conscripts(short-term replacement for Coffin queen) and the krond took it to go below 15 life. Meanwhile i was still sitting above 40. next two triggers were lands, which i needed, but i ended up top decking a Beacon of Unrest, grabbing the conscripts stealing the Krond, killing the krond with that and disabling the sun quan with a Mimic Vatted(another short term replacement) steel hellkite. Won the next turn.
Game 3: Olivia vs Sun Quan vs group hug Kruphix, God of Horizons
Kruphix ramped us all up with stuff like howling mine and rites of flourishing. Sun quan and I went back and forth, pretty much ignoring the Kruphix. I got an early Humble Defector(short term replacement for magus of the wheel) and that kept the kruphix and I hands full. Boards kept getting larger, no wipes at all. I was close to 8 life, sun quan was at 12, and kruphix had 37. I top decked a Insurrection and won off that. Got to see a lot of cards in the deck that game due to the kruphix.
OVERALL:
going to go through and make some changes in card choices. A lot of the replacement cards I had put in did a lot of work, I may have to slot them some of them in. Olivia is very good early, but past turn 10, I really didnt have a need for her. From the games so far, she is very good at setting up your mid game, but after that you do not need to rely on her. I didnt get as much into the graveyard as I had thought. In these games there were very little board clears and very little counters(there was a total of 0 boardwipes and 1 counterspell in those three games). I will change the deck around some more and explain my reasonings, hopefully soon
Hmm...sounds like you may not have enough lands? Generally in decks that don't have a lot of low cost, efficient draw, 1-2cmc (which is hard to get outside of U, I prefer to stay within 38 lands nowadays since we don't have pp mulls anymore. You could always try slotting in some cards for a bit more early draw. You could probably slot out a few of the swords for some of it if you don't feel they're pulling their weight.
Also, a card that is strong with a lot of tutors and wheels is Scroll Rack. It's cash right now, like 20 or 30 bucks I think, but damn is it ever worth.

I definitely need more lands, im just really good at drawing all of them so in playtesting 36 has been fine with the mana rocks, but i really should be running 37-38.
on the scroll rack, I have been meaning to get one for a good while now. i will get one at some point(hopefully), just not sure what to cut for it :/
got more games in with the Marchesa mentioned above, 1v1. I was too fast, won two games in a row. dont think he drew all that well, but his deck is way better in multiplayer anyways.
onto the changes!!
OUT
Squee, Goblin Nabob - as serphi0 mentioned, while it sounds great, i want things in my graveyard. and, it does nothing for us if not in opening hand
Stigma Lasher - keeping it on sideboard, but Vampire Nighthawk outperformed it
Dark Withering - so many times i wish i had a Doomblade instead
Insidious Dreams - not a huge fan, but I will have to try again now that I have my wheels
Started to put in too many colorless lands, something had to get cut, and I haven't been using Ghost Quarter that much. Might keep it in the sideboard though.
As the new spoilers for Commander 2016 are getting me anxious, it's been awhile since I have looked at this deck, and its time I do some looking back at the past few sets to go over notable cards that might deserve a slot. I am planning on playing this deck this weekend to get a good feel for which of these changes will be worth it.
Let's get right into it!
Eldritch Moon Succumb to Temptation - generic card draw. can't find a good enough swap anywhere Hanweir Battlements - if Olivia didn't already give haste, it would deserve a slot Hanweir Garrison - for more aggro decks, if you put in the Battlements Geier Reach Sanitarium - interesting. colorless makes me cringe with all of the colorless i already have, but a Mikokoro, Center of the Sea effect with discard is interesting Liliana, the Last Hope - first two modes are good, but the ultimate isn't fit for this deck. if it was something else it might warrant a slot
Eternal Masters Necropotence - i did pull one, but unfortunately the best card draw in black hinders the discard effect from Olivia Sneak Attack - should get a slot, i just need to get one Entomb - for consistency, but i dont have one
Conspiracy: Take the Crown Skyline Despot - very interesting. Can give the tokens haste, and the card draw from being the monarch is relevant and easy to obtain with the deck. Will have to test for sure.
Nissa vs. Ob Ob Nixilis Reignited - the new art looks so dope, I would test him just to use his art. His spot removal is good, as I don't run too much Pestilence Demon - notable sideboard inclusion against tokens that I havent looked at in the past
Kaladesh Cathartic Reunion - Not sure if this is better than Tormenting Voice. Any thoughts? Noxious Gearhulk - the life gain and spot removal is some more useful stuff, but wouldn't know what to take out for it Combustible Gearhulk - YES. Gets a slot, fits awesome with the theme. A bigger Sin Prodder seems hella fun. Maybe a Mindslicer swap Demon of Dark Schemes - Great effects for the deck, but not sure if I need more energy effects for it to be worth it. A reanimating Massacre Wurm Fateful Showdown - a budget wheel, not nearly as good but if you can't get your hands on a proper wheel it will be a decent replacement Ghirapur Orrery - I really like the second half. But accelerating everyone else hurts this deck extremely. Live Fast - If you wanted more energy sources
Commander 2016 Magus of the Will - Very cool tech, but I think Yawgmoth's Will is better. Might warrant both however, will need to test out both. Runehorn Hellkite - Another wheel on a stick, kind of. A moderately worse dragon mage, but might find a spot. Grave Upheaval - always need more reanimation, and the landcycling makes it interesting, but not sure if it warrants a 6 mana spell Vial Smasher the Fierce - looks like a lot of fun, but doesn't fit this version of the deck.
Foundry Hornet - cheap token removal, great for budget decks Gifted Aetherborn - for those vampire tribals, almost a Vampire Nighthawk Herald of Anguish - the discard effect is strong with this one, and fits into megrim shells. Also has spot removal Hope of Ghirapur - I am actually hyped for this card, can't wait to get my hands on one. With the haste enable, it is easy for us to shut down a player from answers, and we have ways to bring it back as well. Great as a set up for pushing lethal! Kari Zev, Skyship Raider - What's scarier than a vampire monkey?!? Metallic Mimic - more tribal support Resourceful Return - for budget decks, the cantrip is great Yahenni, Undying Partisan - a growing finisher. not enough oomph as it hits the battlefield for our liking though. Yahenni's Expertise board clear, there are better options as this kills Olivia
tl;dr -- Hope of Ghirapur looks great. Quality of life changes, more reliable mana, more creatures with recursion.
surprisingly, no, it actually did quite well. It got a lot of cards into my graveyard, as it usually lasted 4ish turns, but with Mesmeric Orb in now, i want to try a more consistent draw engine in Disciple of Bolas. The only issue I had with it was when it hit a Reanimate type effect.
turns out Walking Atlas is prettttyyyyy good when you can give it haste, gonna give it a shot. Im hoping to get a lot of value from it with all of the wheels
Archfiend of Ifnir - amazing with wheels, with the added benefit of being able to cycle it when digging. Final Reward - not a card that should be overlooked. one of only a few ways to exile in red or black, with the exception of Chaos Warp, Silence the Believers, and Grip of Desolation. wont find a spot in this list however Shadow of the Grave - interesting after a wheel or two, if it can-tripped it would be worth but probably doesn't deserve a slot. Bloodrage Brawler - a cheap massive beater (5/4 haste for 2??) without much of a drawback. good for budget options Combat Celebrant - giving this guy haste is awesome, this is finding a spot. Harsh Mentor - a hatebear in red, good in very aggressive playstyles Hazoret's Monument - great for aggressive decks, helps to dig and play creatures out quickly Throne of the God-Pharaoh - another great aggressive card, if i was going more wide it would be a good fit Canyon Slough - might be too slow. will have to test.
not a whole of new goodies, but interesting nonetheless.
Bontu's Last Reckoning - cheap board clear, not convinced on it yet Torment of Hailfire - good for setting up lethal, but there are probably better options Cinder Barrens - a new guild gate, budget decks will appreciate it Dreamstealer - pumping and hasting is good, but better in an overrun strategy or a 1v1 list. Razaketh, the Foulblooded - a good top end, but as for now I prefer Rune-Scarred Demon in this spot. Neheb, the Eternal - Can generate a lot of value, but might be more of a win more with this deck Mirage Mirror - A card I might eventually test out, but not sure what to cut
Some other cards that I have run into that I want to try out: Crypt Champion - grabs a lot of utility creatures back, and swings for 6 hasted. Grimoire of the Dead - maybe too slow, but can yield awesome results if left unchecked Cauldron Dance - two cards in one can get some big turns from nowhere
funny enough, I am running one of the most popular vampire tribal decks, and yet there was very little from the vampire themed deck that warrants a slot here.
Izzet Chemister - can get more uses out of a wheel/reanimate Shifting Shadow - cheap way to get more things in the yard and on the field Kheru Mind-Eater - giving this thing haste is scary

Hopefully we can change things with this deck
some cards that I'm considering:
[EDH In Development] Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis | Trostani, Selesnya's Voice | Queen Marchesa | Ruhan of the Fomori | Yahenni, Undying Partisan
[EDH Retired] Ertai, The Corrupted | Sigarda, Host of Herons | Tariel, Reckoner of Souls | Korlash, Heir to Blackblade
[Modern] Stuffy Doll Combo Burn | Demigod of Revenge

Also there's the idea of Sandstone Oracle that I'm thinking about. Better in a ramp deck for sure, but it might be able to hold it's own in this deck.

and as for Sandstone Oracle, im just not sure that the 7 mana is worth it, when magus of the wheel does the same for cheaper and disrupts the others hands.

- Ghost Quarter
Started to put in too many colorless lands, something had to get cut, and I haven't been using Ghost Quarter that much. Might keep it in the sideboard though.

Let's get right into it!
Eldritch Moon
Succumb to Temptation - generic card draw. can't find a good enough swap anywhere
Hanweir Battlements - if Olivia didn't already give haste, it would deserve a slot
Hanweir Garrison - for more aggro decks, if you put in the Battlements
Geier Reach Sanitarium - interesting. colorless makes me cringe with all of the colorless i already have, but a Mikokoro, Center of the Sea effect with discard is interesting
Liliana, the Last Hope - first two modes are good, but the ultimate isn't fit for this deck. if it was something else it might warrant a slot
Eternal Masters
Necropotence - i did pull one, but unfortunately the best card draw in black hinders the discard effect from Olivia
Sneak Attack - should get a slot, i just need to get one
Entomb - for consistency, but i dont have one
Conspiracy: Take the Crown
Skyline Despot - very interesting. Can give the tokens haste, and the card draw from being the monarch is relevant and easy to obtain with the deck. Will have to test for sure.
Nissa vs. Ob
Ob Nixilis Reignited - the new art looks so dope, I would test him just to use his art. His spot removal is good, as I don't run too much
Pestilence Demon - notable sideboard inclusion against tokens that I havent looked at in the past
Kaladesh
Cathartic Reunion - Not sure if this is better than Tormenting Voice. Any thoughts?
Noxious Gearhulk - the life gain and spot removal is some more useful stuff, but wouldn't know what to take out for it
Combustible Gearhulk - YES. Gets a slot, fits awesome with the theme. A bigger Sin Prodder seems hella fun. Maybe a Mindslicer swap
Demon of Dark Schemes - Great effects for the deck, but not sure if I need more energy effects for it to be worth it. A reanimating Massacre Wurm
Fateful Showdown - a budget wheel, not nearly as good but if you can't get your hands on a proper wheel it will be a decent replacement
Ghirapur Orrery - I really like the second half. But accelerating everyone else hurts this deck extremely.
Live Fast - If you wanted more energy sources
Commander 2016
Magus of the Will - Very cool tech, but I think Yawgmoth's Will is better. Might warrant both however, will need to test out both.
Runehorn Hellkite - Another wheel on a stick, kind of. A moderately worse dragon mage, but might find a spot.
Grave Upheaval - always need more reanimation, and the landcycling makes it interesting, but not sure if it warrants a 6 mana spell
Vial Smasher the Fierce - looks like a lot of fun, but doesn't fit this version of the deck.

1 Westvale Abbey
1 Akroma's Memorial
1 Mindslicer
1 Cabal Coffers
1 Command Beacon
1 Stensia Bloodhall
1 Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace
Aether Revolt
Foundry Hornet - cheap token removal, great for budget decks
Gifted Aetherborn - for those vampire tribals, almost a Vampire Nighthawk
Herald of Anguish - the discard effect is strong with this one, and fits into megrim shells. Also has spot removal
Hope of Ghirapur - I am actually hyped for this card, can't wait to get my hands on one. With the haste enable, it is easy for us to shut down a player from answers, and we have ways to bring it back as well. Great as a set up for pushing lethal!
Kari Zev, Skyship Raider - What's scarier than a vampire monkey?!?
Metallic Mimic - more tribal support
Resourceful Return - for budget decks, the cantrip is great
Yahenni, Undying Partisan - a growing finisher. not enough oomph as it hits the battlefield for our liking though.
Yahenni's Expertise board clear, there are better options as this kills Olivia
tl;dr -- Hope of Ghirapur looks great. Quality of life changes, more reliable mana, more creatures with recursion.

Amonkhet
Archfiend of Ifnir - amazing with wheels, with the added benefit of being able to cycle it when digging.
Final Reward - not a card that should be overlooked. one of only a few ways to exile in red or black, with the exception of Chaos Warp, Silence the Believers, and Grip of Desolation. wont find a spot in this list however
Shadow of the Grave - interesting after a wheel or two, if it can-tripped it would be worth but probably doesn't deserve a slot.
Bloodrage Brawler - a cheap massive beater (5/4 haste for 2??) without much of a drawback. good for budget options
Combat Celebrant - giving this guy haste is awesome, this is finding a spot.
Harsh Mentor - a hatebear in red, good in very aggressive playstyles
Hazoret's Monument - great for aggressive decks, helps to dig and play creatures out quickly
Throne of the God-Pharaoh - another great aggressive card, if i was going more wide it would be a good fit
Canyon Slough - might be too slow. will have to test.
Overall, we got Combat Celebrant and Archfiend of Ifnir. Both seem very strong, hopefully they perform as well as expected!!
1x Combat Celebrant
1x Archfiend of Ifnir
1x Canyon Slough
1x Murderous Redcap
1x Sandstone Oracle
1x Swamp
[EDH In Development] Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis | Trostani, Selesnya's Voice | Queen Marchesa | Ruhan of the Fomori | Yahenni, Undying Partisan
[EDH Retired] Ertai, The Corrupted | Sigarda, Host of Herons | Tariel, Reckoner of Souls | Korlash, Heir to Blackblade
[Modern] Stuffy Doll Combo Burn | Demigod of Revenge
not a whole of new goodies, but interesting nonetheless.
Bontu's Last Reckoning - cheap board clear, not convinced on it yet
Torment of Hailfire - good for setting up lethal, but there are probably better options
Cinder Barrens - a new guild gate, budget decks will appreciate it
Dreamstealer - pumping and hasting is good, but better in an overrun strategy or a 1v1 list.
Razaketh, the Foulblooded - a good top end, but as for now I prefer Rune-Scarred Demon in this spot.
Neheb, the Eternal - Can generate a lot of value, but might be more of a win more with this deck
Mirage Mirror - A card I might eventually test out, but not sure what to cut
Some other cards that I have run into that I want to try out:
Crypt Champion - grabs a lot of utility creatures back, and swings for 6 hasted.
Grimoire of the Dead - maybe too slow, but can yield awesome results if left unchecked
Cauldron Dance - two cards in one can get some big turns from nowhere
1x Crypt Champion
1x Cauldron Dance
1x Grimoire of the Dead
1x Humble Defector
1x Mimic Vat
1x Puppeteer Clique
[EDH In Development] Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis | Trostani, Selesnya's Voice | Queen Marchesa | Ruhan of the Fomori | Yahenni, Undying Partisan
[EDH Retired] Ertai, The Corrupted | Sigarda, Host of Herons | Tariel, Reckoner of Souls | Korlash, Heir to Blackblade
[Modern] Stuffy Doll Combo Burn | Demigod of Revenge
1 Worldgorger Dragon
1 Izzet Chemister
1 Shifting Shadow
1 Murderous Redcap
1 Kheru Mind-Eater
1 Grimoire of the Dead
1 Crypt Champion
1 Cauldron Dance
1 Balthor the Defiled
1 Phyrexian Rager
Commander 2017
funny enough, I am running one of the most popular vampire tribal decks, and yet there was very little from the vampire themed deck that warrants a slot here.
Izzet Chemister - can get more uses out of a wheel/reanimate
Shifting Shadow - cheap way to get more things in the yard and on the field
Kheru Mind-Eater - giving this thing haste is scary
