she's the main reason I put in snow covered forests and mouth of ronom.
Noted. Adding ronom and snow lands in my own. Thanks
Also, any reason you're not running seeker of skybreak?
End of turn find her.
End of opponents next turn search and untap Yisan with her to get Acolyte/sabertooth in one go.
A little worse than scryb ranger but I've liked it so far.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
she's great. One of many great cards I'm still considering. What do you propose taking out for her?
I feel I'm still in the early stages of making this deck. I'll likely end up with chrome mox, mox diamond, and other ramp cards. Maybe even lion's eye diamond. But I'm stil weeding out the chaff.
Incidentally, how have you been using temur sabertooth that makes it so invaluable?
I like it! It looks a lot like the list I tinkered around with.
What are your thoughts on hornet queen vs avenger of zendikar? they seem roughly interchangeable, with both generating about equal number of tokens, and both serving as a precursor to Craterhoof.
Why masticore? I can't fathom a reason for its inclusion. There are better outlets for infinite mana. I wouldn't advise running him even if he didn't have a crippling drawback.

Any thoughts on cards like Mobilize? I used to run them in Selvala, well, and most of the other cards you have in this deck, but as always the drawback with Selvala was she gave your opponents answers and the faster combo deck could outrun you easily with you giving them gas.

In my own testing I didn't care for Azusa. It was pretty rare when I got to exploit her so I put her on the test list for later.
On the previous page it explains how to generate infinite mana and infinite Yisan activations with sabertooth.
Yisan gets wirewood symbiote
Yisan gets seeker of skybreak end of opponents turn.
Yisan gets Temur sabertooth and karametra's acoylte end of next opponents turn and now you have infinite mana and infinite search.
Also have used him to bounce Yisan and reset the chain. Also used him with concordant crossroads and any dork that taps for 3 more mana than it's cmc (Priest, acolyte, archdruid)

What are your thoughts on hornet queen vs avenger of zendikar? they seem roughly interchangeable, with both generating about equal number of tokens, and both serving as a precursor to Craterhoof.
They're both good. The avenger was underwhelming in light of the fact that with all the forests I'm returning with quirion/scryb rangers, he doesn't pump out as many plants as you might think.
What does kamahl, fist of krosa do for the deck? He seems a bit sub-par outside of his combo with Elesh Norn.
He was performing a similar function with masticore, but I took masticore out. He has a couple infinite combos with staff of domination and gaea's cradle or nykthos. Also, I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket with craterhoof behemoth. This deck pumps out lots of creatures, and multiple overruns is devastating.
No Acidic Slime?... Also, have you considered Wickerbough Elder at the 4CMC slot? It is solid on its own (tutorable artifact/enchantment destruction), but gets even better when bounced back to the hand (Sabertooth etc.).
I added the slime. Still working on wickerbough.
How is Karametra's Acolyte working out for you? At 4CMC, it seems like an expensive attempt at trying to make up for the lack of Rofellos. I'd rather try to fit something like Elvish Archdruid into the deck considering that our dorks are mostly elves.
The acolyte goes infinite easier with temur sabertooth/wirewood symbiote, and staff of domination. Plus it simply creates a lot more mana. The archdruid is an overcosted priest of titania and I neither want to cast it, or search for it with yisan. But time will tell, and it might find its way back in the deck.
I've swapped out Tangle Wire and Winter Orb from my own deck. They allow for early leads (or general annoyance), but the amount of hate at the table they generate can and will backfire. If you tend to play with the same people, they'll remember you run these cards.
Edit: I'd definitely also include Skullclamp. The card is just too good to pass up on. Also, I'm not entirely sold on the staff you've included, but I can see why you would want it as an alternate win condition when paired with infinite mana. The only problem is that Yisan wants bodies to tutor for, and when I would have it on my hand, I fear that I would like to have something else.
I don't want to be completely reliant on craterhoof behemoth to win, so having the combo options of staff of domination is nice to fall back on. Skullclamp and wickerbough elder are great. Still working on how to include those.
I like wickerbrough over slime since the 5 cmc slot is often seedborn.
Also fauna shaman is a survival that can be tutored for so I don't think cutting her is good. I run both in my deck and honestly survival is more likely to be cut than shaman.

Thanks for the awesome input mishichi! I made some changes
- wickerbough elder
+ nullmage shepherd
- crucible of worlds
+ survival of the fittest
As for winter orb and tangle wire, it's kind of a meta call for me. I tend to get dogpiled no matter what I play, and that gets much worse when I play stuff like that. I'd definitely use them in a tournament but in a casual setting with people that resent me for locking them out of the game with those kind of cards, I have to consider politics as well.
Bwahahahaha that card is awesome! The comic relief alone is almost enough reason to use it. The fact that it's from legends is another reason(I love old-school stuff).
What's funny is I dismissed that card at first glance since I want my list to be optimized, but after considering my meta (animar, arcum, zur, derevi, etc), I actually think that card would be playable. Perhaps I'm biased by the coolness of it.
After some playtesting, I'm absolutely loving lion's eye diamond too. It's funny - the 1vs1 tournament decks don't use it even though it's legal there, nobody suggested it on this thread, and yet to me it seems awesome. I'm more than happy to lose a card or two to get an extra yisan activation.
I obviously don't have any experience with the deck, but what about bow of nylea to return combo pieces to the library and basically turn Yisan into recursion? I can see this to be very useful on a multiplayer table where even a fast combo deck will often need longer to win, but maybe it's too clunky...

Why win when you can grab Temur Sabertooth & Willow Satyr into Seedborn Muse and troll everyone? I'm not a fan of Seeker of Skybreak and I do actually like the Lignify trick with Harbinger.
lol, that would be hilarious. It's a pity the satyr has such stiff competition at the 4cmc slot or I'd put him in the deck without a second thought. As it is, I'll think on it.
I tried it in combination with Wirewood Herald but it's too low impact. You'll just end up losing with 10 2/2 in play unless you have a Garruk Wildspeaker to overrun someone. At least Whisperwood Elemental "draws" you creature cards with his Manifests.
Yeah but the good ETB's are gone with WE.
Last time I manifested a craterhoof, that sucked.
coldray your deck is awesome.
Interesting that you don't use anything other than regal force in the 7cmc slot. I always go for regal force too and was thinking of dropping the hornet queen. I might do that eventually.
Lignify and song of the dryads have saved me too many times for me to cut.
I did make one change though after reading your list:
-1 carpet of flowers
+1 earthcraft
As for other stuff - greaves, whisperwood elemental, etc, I'll keep thinking on it and playtesting.
Two recent changes I made have boosted the deck considerably, dropping wickerbough elder and carpet of flowers for nullmage shepherd and earthcraft.
I find I have little interest in getting kamahl on the battlefield, despite the fact he can win the game for me in at least 3 different ways. Not ready to cut him yet though, I just have to think more about how and when to use him.
It's ridiculous how fast this deck fills the battlefield. Haven't had this much fun with a deck in a while.
That's a great suggestion. I wasn't aware of that card. Being able to sack it for GG is pretty sweet. I love that it's old-school too. I'll think on it.
I made a change:
-1 staff of domination
+1 expedition map
The staff is great but even the games where I happen to draw it I rarely use it and even more rarely do I combo off with it.
Expedition map on the other hand, fetches gaea's cradle which is an absolute powerhouse, or mouth of ronom to get rid of a creature that locks me down or threatens a quick win, or homeward path, or strip mine to get rid of an opponent's tabernacle, cabal coffers, gaea's cradle, etc.
My G Yisan, the Bard of Death G deck.
My BUGWR Hermit druid BUGWR deck.
Noted. Adding ronom and snow lands in my own. Thanks

Just brainstorming here since I dont think Mouth of Ronom as a one off is great since Linvala can come back (Karador) or has more than 4 toughness (Elesh Norn).
Whirlwind
Lignify(since the tutor for it is already in the deck, treefolk harbringer)
Song of the dryads
Beast within
Plummet
Berserk
Needle Storm
Brittle Effigy
Hurricane
Duplicant (great with Temur Sabertooth, exile all their creatures)
Crushing Vines
Treefolk Harbinger also grabs Rootgrapple.
