I dont like playing walkers because of their ults because I feel that its rare for ults to happen. Its better value to play a walker based on what their normal use abilities are and I dont feel that Elspeth, Knight-Errant fits this deck very well for her normal abilities.
I would say that on average you should expect that your walkers will not make it to ult something like 90% of the time and so its hard for me to justify trying to run a walker for their ult assuming a low probability of hitting an ult.

ok thanks i just know that in most stax decks they will play old els instead of new els do to her low mana cost and strong abilities because you are playing pillow fort people will not be attacking you or you plains walkers with cards like ghostly prison

Stax decks often care about the lower mana cost though too. They want cheap token production to get online quickly so they can make everyone sacrifice permanents and not have to sacrifice lands themselves. I dont think those decks are including her for her ability to ult.
Keep in mind as well that a lot of Ghostly Prison effects do not by default cover your planeswalkers. No Mercy and a few others also will not cover for them.

What're your thoughts on Intangible Virtue? It's such powerful token support for almost nothing, and it has the added bonus of providing an experience counter.
Maybe I'm just not smart enough to figure this out, but what is Skybind for? Am I missing a strange rules interaction here?
Please excuse my ignorance.
With enough enchantments out to fuel Serra's Sanctum, use it and Skybind to pump out tokens from Daxos/Heliod at end of your turn to exile all lands the next player has to prevent them from playing anything. Repeat again to lock everyone out. Note: you have to exile Serra's Sanctum as well in order to have it untapped to produce more mana.

Opponent casts a spell targeting Daxos, then trigger his ability and out comes a token into play triggering constellation. You can Exile Daxos to save him so to speak.
Skybind is friggin nutso in a Daxos build. In this deck alone, there is Sun titan to recur, Emeria Archangel to do the same, Mana Crypt to avoid that burn. In decks that want to abuse it, you can set up like a convoluted 3-4 cards that interact in such a way where you get a poor man's permanent exile with Tidehollow Sculler type of creatures. Just getting instant speed enchantments are kind of bomby, and not actually completely busted in half.
This is what I get for looking at this at 2AM. Thanks guys. Skybind seems nuts.
My other suggestion is Basilisk Collar since you're not running artifact-hate anymore. It works well with your pestilence dudes and you can give your massive Daxos tokens lifelink if you're missing a Whip of Erebos effect.
Might be a little situational, but I like it here.
Its... ok but I dont think I would really run him. Remember that a lot of pillowfort tactics dont work to protect planeswalkers so if you want to push walkers heavier you need to focus on other means of defenses. The reasons why I am running the 6 mana elspeth is that she can function as a wrath if I need it but she also drops a lot of tokens into play per turn. In general I am not huge on packing lots of walkers into a build resembling mine as it stands.

I think it would be stronger to just run a good vigilance effect instead. Keep in mind that casting any enchantment buffs Daxos' tokens so it comes down to how much you are looking to buff the other tokens which I think is mostly minor. Anthems are generally sort of weak in this format so they need to buff more than +1/+1 to justify them for this format generally speaking. Brave the Sands is probably a superior effect especially because of the double blocking option which means you can dump a single token in front of two big attackers which is sort of big.
Maybe I'm just not smart enough to figure this out, but what is Skybind for? Am I missing a strange rules interaction here?

I think we addressed several options for using skybind. It has a lot of tricks that it can be used for which seems fun. It can blank opponents equipment or fog attackers or even flicker big lands to be used multiple times in a turn rotation for even more mana. Its just really versatile in what it can do.
Rings of Brighthearth - its... ok. I like it with the fetchlands and it does make Daxos make 2 tokens for BW3 instead of BBWW2 so it makes it a little less colored as well as saving one mana per two tokens but that seems more or less minor. Its.... ok but probably doesn't have enough interaction for me to really love it here. Illusionist's Bracers - its ok but I have always considered it winmore. Its really bad if I cant stick Daxos and it really doesnt work outside of my commander. I dont like that. Heartstone - its decent with Daxos. I like it a little more than the bracers but again, if Daxos is already working I am not too concerned with making him work better.
I dont like Oblivion Ring effects in this format. They feel too temporary to me and I dont like that sweeping my enchantments becomes a positive value generation for opponents with these kinds of cards.

Basilisk Collar its alright. I like the mass lifegain effect because we are token based. Being that they are also enchantments which we also are building synergy into I like the other effects more because of that too. Generally speaking when you get a Pestilence effect the size of the opposing creatures isn't too much of a concern outside of like X/6s or bigger. I think it can be played but I think it focuses a lot more in on the Pestilence guys. If you want to run it I suggest also probably trying to make room for Pestilence Demon.
Have you considered Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts? Its a no mercy on a stick that can get in for damage most of the time(protection from creatures).
Creatures are a little more fragile and a little less of my focus. Its probably an ok addition but the cost to play it is a little bit meh. I like her effect but its on an expensive to drop creature which is probably why I wouldn't run it myself.

What do you think of auras overall? Gift of Immortality and Angelic Destiny, for two. They can trigger constellation and allow your creatures to survive better, and AD can also be a wincon.
Angelic Renewal with Sun Titan is a repeat combo that support the theme of your deck via constellation and recurring.
Some sac outlet in lands perhaps? High Market, Phyrexian Tower, Miren, the Moaning Well let you sac creatures like Academy Rector or trigger the above Sun Titan combo, and improve survival as a usually uncounterable source to gain life from.
I like Gift of Immortality for sure. I also ever away from using temporary exile effects just because people do play enchantment hate at my local
LGS, no sense in giving them anything back...in my build I might try oblivion ring or banishing light but the first time it hoses me, they're out!
@ ISB - You mentioned big butted creatures causing issues with your pestilence effects, try Last Laugh. It's ruthless in multiplayer especially coupled with lots of lifegain. I've literally had one creature die turn into 27 damage to every creature and player.
Any thoughts on Faith Healer? I have always appreciated it as a combo card for any Parallax enchantments or Oblivion Ring shenanigans. It is also nice as protection against exile, and nasty with Martyr's Bond. Still it does require other cards to be good.
I've seen somewhere stating that Starfield of Nyx is time stamped along with Daxo's tokens. Any tokens on the field when Starfield enters will die. Any created after will be unaffected due to the time stamping.
That is false. The ruling is dictated by two sublayers, the first is applied then the second. The first sublayer contains the power/toughness of a creature according to Daxos, the second contains anything else setting the power/toughness of that creature acording to Starfield. Since Starfield is applied last, the tokens die.
However, both Starfield and Opalescence are both good in the deck, and even better if you throw in Enduring Ideal as it allows you to win with Parallax Wave and an army of enchantment beatsticks while exiling your opponent's creatures.
No Flickering Ward? It's a complete house in constellation decks, and is all the more busted with Daxos himself! For every WW you pay, you can Anthem all your Daxos tokens! On top of that, it's fairly hard to kill. Oh, and it can also provide some protection for your creatures. That last part is the least relevant, though.
To go with Crypt Rats how about Lashknife Barrier. If you use the black mana one swamp at time the rats live and it becomes a one-sided wrath effect. It also replaces itself with its cantrip. I'll also admit that its use would be a little too narrow to make the final cut.
Season of the Witch is pretty funny with Ghostly Prison effects.
I feel like this deck could function best as an enchantment based stax deck. World Queller, Smokestack, Descent into Madness, Rule of Law, Contamination, Bottomless Pit, and token makers. Enduring Ideal to set up the lock, the first two enchantments you get would be Contamination and then Rule of Law. Then maybe something to make stuff indestructible.
Anyone? Daxos scales as the game goes later, and so the more turns that pass, the more tokens you make, the more you can afford to sacrifice on upkeep, the longer you keep your opponents locked, the more tokens you make.....
